5. 前記第1離型層の厚みが、20μm以上30μm以下である1.乃至4.のいずれか一つに記載の離型フィルム。
6. 前記第1離型層の粗さ曲線要素の平均長さ(Rsm)が90μm以上である、1.乃至5.のいずれか一つに記載の離型フィルム。
7. 当該離型フィルムが、さらに第2離型層を有し、前記第1離型層、前記クッション層、及び前記第2離型層の順に積層された三層構造を形成してなる3.乃至6.のいずれか一つに記載の離型フィルム。
8. 前記クッション層が、αオレフィン系重合体と、αオレフィン−(メタ)アクリル酸エステル共重合体との混合物を用いて形成される3.乃至7.のいずれか一つに記載の離型フィルム。
9. カバーレイフィルムまたは銅張積層板の表面に、前記第1離型層側が接するように重ねて用いられる1.乃至8.のいずれか一つに記載の離型フィルム。
10. 1.乃至9.のいずれか一つに記載の離型フィルムの前記第1離型層が対象物側になるように、前記対象物上に前記離型フィルムを配置する工程と、
前記離型フィルムが配置された前記対象物に対し、加熱プレスを行う工程と、
