前記文書の各ページをそれぞれ、前記作成手段により作成されたフォルダのうち当該ページに対応するフォルダに登録する登録手段と、
を備える文書管理装置。 - 前記文書の各ページから前記分類項目を抽出する抽出手段を更に備え、
前記作成手段は、前記抽出手段により抽出された分類項目に基づいて、前記フォルダを作成する請求項１に記載の文書管理装置。 - 前記抽出手段は、前記文書の各ページに含まれる分類項目設定情報を読み込み、当該読み込まれた分類項目設定情報に含まれる分類項目を抽出する請求項２に記載の文書管理装置。
- 前記文書は、工事に関する文書であり、前記分類項目は、工事を識別するための工事番号である請求項１〜３のいずれか一項に記載の文書管理装置。
- 文書の各ページに含まれる分類項目に基づいて、当該分類項目に対応するフォルダを作成する工程と、
前記文書の各ページをそれぞれ、前記作成されたフォルダのうち当該ページに対応するフォルダに登録する工程と、
