Claims (19)
- 以下の工程を含んでいる、非合金鋼材または低合金鋼材の冷間圧延鋼板で製造されるアルミ被覆された包装用鋼材の製造方法であって、
鋼板を再結晶化形態で焼鈍し処理すべく、鋼材の再結晶化範囲の温度にて、75K/s(ケルビン/秒)を超える加熱速度により電磁誘導の手段によって鋼材を加熱する工程と、
前記鋼板上にアルミニウム層を形成すべく、再結晶化形態で焼鈍し処理された該鋼板を熔融アルミニウム槽内で浸沈処理し、該浸沈処理により前記鋼板を少なくとも700℃の温度にする工程と、
前記アルミニウム槽から前記鋼板を取り出し、該アルミ被覆された鋼板を少なくとも100K/s(ケルビン/秒)の冷却速度で冷却する工程と、
を含んでいることを特徴とする製造方法。 - 前記アルミ被覆された鋼板の冷却処理で前記鋼材には多相系構造が形成され、該多相系構造はフェライトを含み、かつ、構造構成要素としてマルテンサイト、ベイナイト、及び/又は残留オーステナイトのうちの少なくとも1種とを含み、
さらに該多相系構造がフェライト、マルテンサイト、ベイナイト、及び/又は残留オーステナイトを構造構成要素とした場合に、この構造構成要素が、好適には80%を超え、特に好適には少なくとも95%で成ることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の製造方法。 - 前記アルミニウム層を施した後に、400K/s(ケルビン/秒)を超える冷却速度、好適には500K/s(ケルビン/秒)を超える冷却速度で、前記鋼板を冷却することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の製造方法。
- 前記鋼板は、炭素成分が0.01重量%から0.1重量%であり、他の合金成分の重量比が以下の上限である低合金鋼から製造されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の製造方法:

Mn(マンガン):最大0.4%
Si(ケイ素):最大0.04%
Al(アルミニウム):最大0.1%
Cr(クロム):最大0.1%
P(リン):最大0.03%
Cu(銅):最大0.1%

Ti(チタン):最大0.05%、好適には0.02%未満
Nb(ニオブ):最大0.05%、好適には0.02%未満
B(ホウ素):最大0.005%
他の合金および不純物:最大0.05% - 前記アルミニウム槽から取り出された後に、前記鋼板は急冷液内で浸沈処理されるか、ガス流によって冷却処理されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の製造方法。
- 前記鋼板は、再結晶化形態の焼鈍し処理中に、700℃〜780℃の範囲の温度で、とりわけ740℃〜760℃の範囲の温度で、誘導加熱されることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の製造方法。
- 前記熔融アルミニウム槽は、シリコン分が5重量%〜13重量%、好適には9重量%〜11重量%であるアルミニウム合金を含んでいることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の製造方法。
- 前記熔融アルミニウム槽は、少なくとも本質的には純粋アルミニウムで成り、好適には少なくとも98重量%、好適には少なくとも99重量%、とりわけ99.5重量%のアルミニウム量を含んでいることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の製造方法。
- 前記再結晶化形態の焼鈍し処理の前に前記鋼板上にはケイ酸塩コーティングが施されることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の製造方法。
- 前記再結晶化形態の焼鈍し処理の前に前記鋼板は洗浄槽内を通過処理され、該鋼板上にケイ酸塩コーティングが施されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の製造方法。
- 施されたアルミニウム層(中間合金層を含んだもの)の厚みは1μm〜15μm、好適には1μm〜10μmであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載の製造方法。
- 前記アルミニウム槽から前記鋼板を取り出した後に、形成されたアルミニウム層の厚みを所望の値に調節し、前記鋼板の表面全体で均一状態にするように、余剰の熔融アルミニウムがストリッピングガス噴流によって剥ぎ取られ、または吹き飛ばされることを特徴とする請求項1から11のいずれかに記載の製造方法。
- 前記鋼板は冷却後に表面仕上げ処理、及び/又は再冷間圧延処理され、当該表面仕上げ処理時に、好適には0.5%から2.0%の表面仕上げ処理度が達成され、及び/又は当該再ロール処理時に、2%を超え、50%までの再冷間圧延処理度が達成されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜12のいずれかに記載の製造方法。
- 前記の再結晶化形態の焼鈍し処理、アルミニウム層の形成処理、およびアルミ被覆された鋼板の急冷処理は不活性還元雰囲気内で実行され、好適には、前記熔融アルミニウム槽と急冷タンクは保護ガス雰囲気の不活性チャンバ内に配置され、
前記鋼板は前記再結晶化形態の焼鈍し処理後に該不活性チャンバ内に導入され、そこで、前記鋼板は前記熔融アルミニウム槽内に導入され、その後に該アルミニウム槽から取り出され、前記急冷タンク内に導入されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜13のいずれかに記載の製造方法。 - 前記鋼材は、
0.01重量%〜0.1重量%の炭素、
0.4重量%未満のマンガン、
0.04重量%未満のケイ素、
0.1重量%未満のアルミニウム、及び、
0.1重量%未満のクロム
を含んでいることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の製造方法。 - 前記鋼板は低合金鋼製の冷間圧延された薄型シート又は超薄型シートであり、ホウ素、ニオブ、及び/又はチタンを含んでいることを特徴とする、請求項1〜15のいずれかに記載の製造方法。
- 冷却後には、前記鋼板は少なくとも500mPa、好適には650mPaを超える引張強度と、5%を超え、好適には10%を超える破断点伸びを有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜16のいずれかに記載の製造方法。
- 前記再結晶化形態の焼鈍し処理は、0.5秒〜1.5秒、好適には約1秒の時間間隔で実行されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜17のいずれかに記載の製造方法。
- とりわけ食品用および飲料用の缶の製造のための、化学製品あるいは生物学的製品等である他の充填物用の缶の製造のための、並びに、エアゾール容器および包装体の製造のための、包装用鋼材としての、請求項1〜18のいずれかに記載の製造方法で製造されたアルミ被覆鋼板の利用。
