Claims (10)
- 電極組立体を収容する缶と、
前記缶の上部開口を密封するトップキャップとを含み、
前記トップキャップは、前記缶の上部開口を密封するトッププレート、前記缶の内部に電解液を注液するために、前記トッププレートを貫通して形成される注液口、及び前記注液口の上部で前記トッププレートから突出して形成される突出部を備え、
前記突出部は、前記注液口に圧入されて前記注液口を密封することを特徴とする二次電池ケース。 - 前記突出部は、前記注液口の上部から前記注液口の内側に前記トッププレートから突出され、前記トッププレートから破断可能であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池ケース。
- 前記突出部は、前記トッププレートから上側に延長され、但し、前記注液口の反対側に傾斜する傾斜面を備え、前記突出部の破断時に前記傾斜面により前記注液口へ摺動されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の二次電池ケース。
- 前記突出部は、第1突出部と、前記第1突出部と向かい合わせるように前記第1突出部から所定の距離だけ離隔され、前記第1突出部とともに前記注液口へ通じる通路を形成する第2突出部とを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池ケース。
- 前記第1突出部の上部断面面積と前記第2突出部の上部断面面積の合計は、前記注液口の断面面積よりも広いことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の二次電池ケース。
- 電極組立体を缶の内部に取り付ける電極組立体取付段階と、
前記缶の上部開口を密封するトッププレート、前記缶の内部に電解液を注液するために、前記トッププレートを貫通して形成される注液口、及び前記注液口の上部で前記トッププレートから突出して形成される突出部を備えるトップキャップで前記缶の上部開口を密封する缶密封段階と、
前記注液口を介して前記缶の内部に電解液を注液する電解液注液段階と、
前記突出部を前記注液口に圧入して前記注液口を密封する注液口密封段階とを含むことを特徴とする二次電池の製造方法。 - 前記突出部は、前記注液口の上部から前記注液口の内側に前記トッププレートから突出され、前記トッププレートから破断可能であることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の二次電池の製造方法。
- 前記突出部は、前記トッププレートから上側に延長され、但し、前記注液口と反対側に傾斜する傾斜面を備え、前記突出部の破断時に前記傾斜面により前記注液口に摺動されることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の二次電池の製造方法。
- 前記注液口密封段階の後、前記突出部の上面にエポキシを塗布するエポキシ塗布段階をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の二次電池の製造方法。
- 前記注液口密封段階の後、前記突出部の上面枠を前記トッププレートに溶接する突出部溶接段階をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の二次電池の製造方法。
