Claims (5)
- 排気ガスターボチャージャ(1)であって、
−タービン(2)を有し、
・前記タービンが、流入ダクト(4)によって取り囲まれたタービンホイール(3)を有し、
−VTGカートリッジ(5)を有し、
・前記VTGカートリッジが、前記流入ダクト(4)に配置されかつ回転可能なベーンシャフト(9)によって前記ベーン軸受リング(7)に取り付けられる複数のベーン(8)を有し、前記ベーンシャフトがベーンレバー(10)に接続され、前記ベーンレバーのレバーヘッド(11)が、外側で前記ベーン軸受リング(7)を取り囲む調整リング(13)の関連の溝(12)内に係合し、
−前記調整リング(13)と前記ベーン軸受リング(7)との間に半径方向軸受を有する排気ガスターボチャージャ(1)において、
−2つの最少流れストッパ(25、26)が、互いに選択可能な角度間隔(α)で前記ベーン軸受リング(7)に配置されることを特徴とする排気ガスターボチャージャ(1)。 - 前記最少流れストッパ(25、26)がピンの形態であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の排気ガスターボチャージャ。
- 前記最少流れストッパ(25、26)と接触する前記調整リング(13)のカットアウト(29、30)が、平行のストッパ縁部(27、28)を有することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の排気ガスターボチャージャ。
- 排気ガスターボチャージャ(1)のVTGカートリッジ(5)であって、
−流入ダクト(4)を境界付けるディスク(6)及びベーン軸受リング(7)を有し、
−前記流入ダクト(4)に配置されかつ回転可能なベーンシャフト(9)によって前記ベーン軸受リング(7)に取り付けられる複数のベーン(8)を有し、前記ベーンシャフトがベーンレバー(10)に接続され、前記ベーンレバーのレバーヘッド(11)が、外側で前記ベーン軸受リング(7)を取り囲む調整リング(13)の関連の溝(12)内に係合し、
−前記調整リング(13)と前記ベーン軸受リング(7)との間に半径方向軸受を有するVTGカートリッジ(5)において、
−2つの最少流れストッパ(25、26)が、互いに選択可能な角度間隔(α)で前記ベーン軸受リング(7)に配置されることを特徴とするVTGカートリッジ(5)。 - 請求項2又は3を特徴とする請求項4に記載のVTGカートリッジ(5)。
