Claims (10)
- 複数の電極ユニットの積層によって形成された電極組立体であって、
前記電極組立体は、面積が相違する三種類以上の電極ユニットが積層されて形成された2以上の段差を含み、且つ
最も大きい面積を有する電極ユニットの集合体が前記電極組立体の内部に位置し、
前記面積が相違する電極ユニット等の間の境界面で互いに異なる極性の電極が対向する電極組立体。 - 前記電極ユニットは、単一電極; 分離膜を境界に正極と負極が交互に積層された単位セル; またはこれらの組合せからなるものである請求項1に記載の電極組立体。
- 前記単位セルは、ゼリーロール方式、スタック方式、スタックアンドフォールディング方式またはラミネーションアンドスタック方式で製造された請求項2に記載の電極組立体。
- 前記それぞれの電極ユニットは、電極面の形状が四角形であり、但し、少なくとも一つの角が曲線であるか、少なくとも一つの辺が曲線である請求項1に記載の電極組立体。
- 前記電極組立体は、三種類以上の電極ユニットのうち少なくとも一つが相違する電極面の形状を有するものである請求項1に記載の電極組立体。
- 請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の電極組立体が電池ケースに内蔵されている二次電池。
- 前記二次電池は、リチウムイオン二次電池またはリチウムイオンポリマー二次電池である請求項6に記載の二次電池。
- 請求項6に記載の二次電池を2以上含む電池パック。
- 請求項6に記載の二次電池を一つ以上含むデバイス。
- 前記デバイスは携帯電話、携帯用コンピューター、スマートフォン、スマートパッド、ネットブック、LEV(Light Electronic Vehicle)、電気自動車、ハイブリッド電気自動車、プラグインハイブリッド電気自動車または電力貯蔵装置である請求項9に記載のデバイス。
