Claims (9)
- 全人工膝関節であって、

前記顆間ベアリング表面は、ほぼ遠位の位置から後部位置に延びて前記外側および内側大腿骨顆ベアリング表面の矢状半径よりも小さい矢状半径を有しているが、前記外側および内側大腿骨顆ベアリング表面;の曲率中心に接近した曲率中心を持っており、:
脛骨コンポーネントは、前記大腿骨コンポーネントと接触する関節で、外側脛骨顆ベアリング表面および内側脛骨顆ベアリング表面との間に位置する脛骨顆間ベアリング表面を含んで構成しており、
前記脛骨顆間ベアリング表面は、凹状で、前記脛骨コンポーネントの中央に対して後部に位置する最小表面標高点を伴っているものにおいて
ほぼ0(ゼロ)度の屈曲角では、前記大腿骨顆間ベアリング表面と前記脛骨顆間ベアリング表面の部分は、整合しており、前記脛骨コンポーネントに対する前記大腿骨コンポーネントの後方変位を防止するように構成されており、前記大腿骨顆ベアリング表面と前記脛骨顆ベアリング表面の部分は、整合しており、前記大腿骨コンポーネントの前方変位を防止するように構成されており、
そして、約30度の屈曲角では、前記大腿骨顆間ベアリング表面の部分と、脛骨顆間ベアリング表面は整合しており、前記大腿骨コンポーネントの後方変位を防止するように構成されており、前記大腿骨顆ベアリング表面と前記脛骨顆ベアリング表面の部分が、部分的に整合しており、
そして、約60度の屈曲角では、前記大腿骨顆間ベアリング表面と記脛骨顆間ベアリング表面との間で部分的な整合があり、
そして、約90度の屈曲角では、接触がないように前記大腿骨顆間ベアリング表面と前記脛骨顆間ベアリング表面が構成されていることを特徴とする全人工膝関節。 - 請求項1に記載の全人工膝関節において、
前記大腿骨と脛骨の顆間ベアリング表面の矢状半径は、前記大腿骨の遠位端から後部まで、前記外側および内側のベアリング表面の半径よりも、3〜6ミリメートル少ないことを特徴とする全人工膝関節。 - 前記脛骨顆間ベアリング表面が、屈曲が約0〜60度の範囲で相互作用することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の全人工膝関節。
- 脛骨顆間面の矢状半径は、大腿骨顆間面より0〜5ミリメートル大きいことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の全人工膝関節。
- 前記顆間ベアリング表面の中心は、0〜5ミリメートルと同等の角度で前記顆ベアリング表面の中心から逸脱していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の全人工膝関節。
- 前記内側大腿顆の遠位前方は、並置する前方の脛骨ベアリング表面の勾配の増加に対応して、矢状面でみて急峻に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の全人工膝関節。
- 前記外側および内側の頚骨ベアリング表面上の最低点は、前記脛骨コンポーネントの後部から10〜20ミリメートルの間であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の全人工膝関節。
- 前記外側脛骨顆上の最低点は、前記内側脛骨顆よりもさらに後方であることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の全人工膝関節。
- 前記内側脛骨顆の矢状半径は、前記外側脛骨顆の矢状半径よりも小さいことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の全人工膝関節。
