遠位コアに固定して取り付けられる取り付け構造であって、前記取り付け構造が、互いに取り付けられた複数層の材料層を備え、前記複数層の材料層が、圧力検出コンポーネントを受け入れるサイズ及び形状の凹部を画定する取り付け構造と、
前記取り付け構造に取り付けられた圧力検出コンポーネントと、
前記取り付け構造に固定して取り付けられて、前記取り付け構造から近位側に延びる近位コアと、
近位箇所及び遠位箇所を有する少なくとも一個の導体であって、前記少なくとも一個の導体の前記遠位箇所が、前記圧力検出コンポーネントに連結され、前記少なくとも一個の導体の近位箇所が、少なくとも一個のコネクタに連結された少なくとも一個の導体と
を備え、
前記第一フレキシブル要素及び前記取り付け構造が、0.035”以下の外径を有するガイドワイヤー。 - 前記複数層の材料層が、少なくとも6層を備える請求項1に記載のガイドワイヤー。
- 前記複数層の材料層のそれぞれが、同一の材料で形成される請求項1に記載のガイドワイヤー。
- 前記材料がニッケルコバルトである請求項3に記載のガイドワイヤー。
- 前記複数層の材料層のそれぞれが、同一の厚みを有する請求項1に記載のガイドワイヤー。
- 前記複数層の材料層のそれぞれの前記厚みが、約0.01mmと約0.025mmとの間である請求項5に記載のガイドワイヤー。
- 前記取り付け構造が、近位部、中央部及び遠位部を含み、
前記近位部が、前記近位部及び中央部に比して小さな外形寸法を有する近位ブリッジにより、前記中央部から分離され、

前記近位ブリッジ及び前記遠位ブリッジのそれぞれが、0.075mmと約0.125mmとの間の外形寸法を有する請求項7に記載のガイドワイヤー。 - 前記取り付け構造の前記中央部が、凹部を含む請求項8に記載のガイドワイヤー。
- 前記取り付け構造が、第一部分と、ブリッジにより前記第一部分から離隔して位置する第二部分とを含み、前記ブリッジが、前記第一部分及び第二部分に比して小さな外形寸法を有する請求項1に記載のガイドワイヤー。
- 前記取り付け構造の前記第一部分が、凹部を含む請求項10に記載のガイドワイヤー。
- 前記近位コアが、前記取り付け構造に固定して取り付けられた第一箇所と、前記第一箇所から近位側に延びる第二箇所とを含み、前記第一箇所が第一材料で形成され、前記第二箇所が第二材料で形成される請求項1に記載のガイドワイヤー。

- 前記開口部が、第一部分及び第二部分を含み、前記第二部分が、前記取り付け構造の縦軸に対し、第一部分からずれて位置する請求項17に記載のガイドワイヤー。
- 前記開口部が、前記取り付け構造の前記縦軸に対し、前記第一部分と並べて配置された第三部分を更に含み、前記第二部分が、前記第一部分と第三部分との間に配置される請求項19に記載のガイドワイヤー。
- 外径が0.018”以下のガイドワイヤーの遠位部内で用いる取り付け構造であり、前記取り付け構造が、
互いに取り付けられた複数層の材料層であって、前記複数層の材料層が、圧力検出コンポーネントを受け入れるサイズ及び形状の第一凹部、及び、前記ガイドワイヤーのコアの一部を受け入れるサイズ及び形状の第二凹部を画定する複数層の材料層
を備える取り付け構造。 - 前記第一凹部が、材料層の第一グループにより画定され、前記第二凹部が、材料層の第二グループにより画定される請求項21に記載の取り付け構造。
- 材料層の前記第一グループ及び第二グループが重複しない請求項22に記載の取り付け構造。
- 前記複数層の材料層が、少なくとも6層を備える請求項23に記載の取り付け構造。
- 材料層の前記第一グループが、少なくとも3層を備え、材料層の前記第二グループが、少なくとも3層を備える請求項24に記載の取り付け構造。
- 前記複数層の材料層のそれぞれが、同一の材料で形成される請求項21に記載の取り付け構造。
