前記第1の注入管と連結され、前記第1の注入管を介して分散媒を受け取る貯蔵部と、
前記貯蔵部と連結され、分散質を供給する第2の注入管と、
前記貯蔵部及び前記第2の注入管とそれぞれ連結され、前記貯蔵部から流入する分散媒と前記第2の注入管から流入する分散質とが混合されて排出される吐出管と、
前記吐出管で分散媒と分散質とが混合されるように前記第2の注入管内で液体の自由表面が下側を向くようにさせる自由表面反転部と、
を含むことを特徴とする。
前記貯蔵部の内部に誘導電流を供給するコイルと、
前記第2の注入管と前記吐出管との連結部位に設置される電磁石と、
を含むことを特徴とする。
前記冷却部から排出される複合材料を上側に引き上げる引き出し部と、
をさらに含むことを特徴とする。
Claims (5)
- 分散媒を供給する第1の注入管と、
前記第1の注入管と連結され、前記第1の注入管を介して分散媒を受け取る貯蔵部と、
前記貯蔵部と連結され、分散質を供給する第2の注入管と、
前記貯蔵部及び前記第2の注入管とそれぞれ連結され、前記貯蔵部から流入する分散媒と前記第2の注入管から流入する分散質とが混合されて排出される吐出管と、
前記吐出管で分散媒と分散質とが混合されるように前記第2の注入管内で液体の自由表面が下側を向くようにさせる自由表面反転部と、
を含むことを特徴とする複合材料の製造装置。 - 前記貯蔵部は、閉回路型管材からなり、前記吐出管は、前記貯蔵部と連通し、前記貯蔵部から上側に延長される、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の複合材料の製造装置。 - 前記自由表面反転部は、
前記貯蔵部の内部に誘導電流を供給するコイルと、
前記第2の注入管と前記吐出管との連結部位に設置される電磁石と、
を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の複合材料の製造装置。 - 前記電磁石は、前記コイルの誘導電流の方向と直交する方向に磁場が形成されるように設置し、ローレンツ力を制御する、
ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の複合材料の製造装置。 - 前記吐出管に設置され、複合材料を冷却させる冷却部と、
前記冷却部から排出される複合材料を上側に引き上げる引き出し部と、
をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の複合材料の製造装置。
