Abstract
Description
開示の実施形態では、電極30は接着剤により取り付けられるが、替わりに、接着剤ではなく機械的なメカニズムを用いてパッチを取り付けることができる。さらに、銀・塩化銀以外の材料を用いて、電極組織インタフェース回路を生成する。例えば、ジェルが染みこんだスポンジやペーストを用いて、電極組織インタフェース回路を生成してもよい。保護レイヤ50と同様に、電極パッチ34の保護レイヤ70は有利にも泡状断熱レイヤであってもよい。
Claims (21)
- 磁気共鳴(MR)環境における生体電位測定に用いるケーブルであって、
第1端から反対側の第2端まで一体構造として延在する柔軟なプラスチックまたはポリマーのシートと、
前記柔軟なプラスチックまたはポリマーのシート上に配置され、前記第1端から反対側の前記第2端まで伸びた、シート抵抗が1オーム/スクエア以上である導電性トレースと、
前記第2端の前記導電性トレース上に配置された電極であって、
前記第2端の前記導電性トレース上に配置された、前記導電性トレースの前記材料より高い導電性を有する導電性材料のレイヤと、
前記導電性材料のレイヤ上に配置され、前記電極を人間の皮膚に当てるように構成されたアタッチメントレイヤと、を含む電極と、
を有するケーブル。 - 前記電極の前記導電性材料のレイヤは銀レイヤを含む、請求項1に記載のケーブル。
- 前記アタッチメントレイヤは電解レイヤを含む、請求項1ないし2いずれか一項に記載のケーブル。
- 前記電解レイヤは塩化銀を含む、請求項3に記載のケーブル。
- 前記アタッチメントレイヤは人間の皮膚に付着して、前記電極を人間の皮膚に付着させる、
請求項1ないし4いずれか一項に記載のケーブル。 - 前記第1端に配置され、モニターまたは受信ユニットと接続されるように構成されたコネクタをさらに有し、前記導電性トレースは前記電極から前記コネクタに生体電位測定を伝導する、請求項1ないし5いずれか一項に記載のケーブル。
- 前記導電性トレースは導電性炭素トレースである、請求項1ないし6いずれか一項に記載のケーブル。
- 前記基板上に配置され、前記導電性トレースをカバーするが前記電極はカバーしない電気的絶縁性保護レイヤをさらに有する、請求項1ないし7いずれか一項に記載のケーブル。
- 磁気共鳴(MR)環境における生体電位測定に用いるケーブルであって、
第1端から反対の第2端まで一体構造として延在する柔軟なプラスチックまたはポリマーのシートと、
前記柔軟なプラスチックまたはポリマーのシート上に配置され、前記第1端から反対側の前記第2端まで伸びた、シート抵抗が1オーム/スクエア以上である導電性トレースと、
前記基板上に配置され、前記導電性トレースをカバーする電気的絶縁性保護レイヤと、
前記第1端の前記導電性トレース上に配置された、前記導電性トレースを含む前記材料より高い導電性を有する導電性材料のレイヤまたはレイヤスタックを有する、前記第1端のエッジコネクタと、を有し、前記電気的絶縁性保護レイヤは前記導電性材料のレイヤまたはレイヤスタックをカバーしていない、
ケーブル。 - 前記導電性トレースの材料は炭素を含み、前記導電性材料のレイヤまたはレイヤスタックは銀レイヤを含む、請求項9に記載のケーブル。
- 前記導電性トレースの材料は金属酸化物である、請求項9に記載のケーブル。
- 前記導電性トレースの材料はドーピングされた半導体である、請求項9に記載のケーブル。
- 前記導電性トレースはハッチングまたはチェッカーボードパターンを有する、
請求項9ないし12いずれか一項に記載のケーブル。 - 前記第2端の前記導電性トレース上に配置された、人間の皮膚に付着するように構成された電極をさらに有し、前記導電性トレース前記エッジコネクタと前記電極とに接続され、前記電気的絶縁性保護レイヤは前記電極をカバーしていない、
請求項9ないし13いずれか一項に記載のケーブル。 - 前記電極は、前記第2端の前記導電性トレース上に配置された、前記導電性トレースの前記材料より高い導電性を有する導電性材料のレイヤを有する、請求項14に記載のケーブル。

前記第2端の前記導電性トレース上に配置された銀レイヤと、
前記銀レイヤー上に配置された塩化銀ベースの電解レイヤーとを有する、
請求項14に記載のケーブル。 - 磁気共鳴(MR)環境における生体電位測定に用いるケーブルであって、
第1端から反対の第2端まで一体構造として延在する柔軟なプラスチックまたはポリマーのシートと、
前記柔軟なプラスチックまたはポリマーのシート上に配置され、前記第1端から反対側の前記第2端まで伸びた、シート抵抗が1オーム/スクエア以上であり、ハッチングまたはチェッカーボードパターンを有する導電性トレースと
を有するケーブル。 - 前記第2端の前記導電性トレース上に配置された、人間の皮膚に付着するように構成された電極をさらに有する、請求項17に記載のケーブル。
- 生体電位測定装置であって、
人間または動物の皮膚に付着するように構成された電極と、
生体電位測定結果を受け取るように構成されたモニターまたは受信ユニットと、
前記電極を前記モニターまたは受信ユニットと接続する、請求項1ないし19いずれか一項に記載のケーブルとを有する生体電位測定装置。 - 前記モニターまたは受信ユニットは心電図検査(ECG)装置を含む、
請求項19に記載の生体電位測定装置。 - 前記生体電位測定結果は、心電図検査(ECG)測定結果、筋電図検査(EMG)測定結果、脳波記録検査(EEG)測定結果、及び網膜電図検査(ERG)測定結果のうちの1つである、
