Abstract
Description
i)好ましくは回転に対して安全な態様で、ユニットを握り片に固定するための手段を有する筐体と、
ii)筐体上または中に配されるレンズ受入部分とを含み、レンズ受入部分は、筐体から突出するとともに好ましくはちょうど2つの別個の葉状ユニットを有するセクションを含んでおり、葉状ユニットは、少なくとも筐体から離れるよう方向付けられた端部にて、互いに解放可能に接触するとともに、そこで、光学レンズを格納するためのチャンバを形成し、プレロードユニットはさらに、
iii)筐体の内部に移動可能に配され、レンズ受入ユニットの葉状ユニット同士の間で移動可能であるスライドを含む。
a)アプリケータに含まれる光学レンズの中心が目の光軸の上に存在するように、目の所望の位置、好ましくは人間の角膜におけるポケットに、上記アプリケータを正確な方位で位置決めするステップと、
b)レンズを移動させることなくスライドがレンズに接触するまで、握り片上の第1の制御要素によってスライドを前方に押すステップとを含み、同時に、レンズ受入部分の葉状ユニットは互いから離れるよう広げられ、挿入方法はさらに、
c)握り片上の第2の制御要素によって、規定された距離だけプレロードユニットの残りを引き出し、スライドの同時固定を行い、その結果としてレンズがアプリケータから解放されるステップを含む。
Claims (15)
- 凸状の表側の面および凹状の裏側の面を有する円形本体を含む角膜内レンズ(1)であって、前記凸状の表側の面は単一の一様な曲率半径(Rcv)を有し、前記凹状の裏側の面は曲率半径(Rcci)を有し、前記凹状の裏側の面の前記曲率半径(Rcci)は、0.1mm〜2mm、好ましくは0.2mm〜1.5mm、特に好ましくは0.5mm〜1mmだけ角膜の平均半径よりも大きいことを特徴とする、角膜内レンズ(1)。
- 前記凹状の裏側の面は、異なる曲率半径(Rcco,Rcci)を有する少なくとも2つ、好ましくはちょうど2つのゾーンを有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の角膜内レンズ。
- 前記レンズ(1)は中心開口部(4)を有しており、前記中心開口部(4)は、光学軸に同心であり、1%未満、好ましくは0.5%未満、前記表側の面のエリアの割合を占めることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の角膜内レンズ。
- 前記円形本体の直径は、2.4mm〜4mm、好ましくは2.7mm〜3.5mmの範囲に存在することを特徴とする、先行する請求項のいずれか1項に記載の角膜内レンズ。
- 前記レンズ(1)は、その光学軸のエリアにおいて、0.01mm〜0.1mm、好ましくは0.015mm〜0.05mm、特に好ましくは0.02mm〜0.03mmの範囲の厚さを有することを特徴とする、先行する請求項のいずれか1項に記載の角膜内レンズ。
- 前記凸状の表側の面および前記凹状の裏側の面は、前記円形本体の外縁部にある中間部分を介して互いに接続されることを特徴とする、先行する請求項のいずれか1項に記載の角膜内レンズ。
- 前記レンズは、内側および外側光学ゾーン(2,3)を有することを特徴とする、先行する請求項のいずれか1項に記載の角膜内レンズ。
- 前記内側光学ゾーン(3)は、光学的矯正を提供しないことを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の角膜内レンズ。
- 回折レンズであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の角膜内レンズ。
- キットであって、格納ユニット(15)と、前記格納ユニット(15)の内部におけるプレロードユニット(P)とを含み、前記格納ユニット(15)は、水密材料で形成され、ストッパ(16)により水密の態様で閉じられることが可能であり、前記プレロードユニット(P)には、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の角膜内レンズが装備される、キット。
- 前記格納ユニット(15)の内部は生理食塩水で充填されることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載のキット。
- 前記プレロードユニット(P)は、
i)好ましくは回転に対して安全な態様で、前記ユニットを握り片(11)に固定するための手段を有する筐体(6)と、
ii)前記筐体(6)上または中に配されるレンズ受入部分とを含み、前記レンズ受入部分は、前記筐体(6)から突出するとともに2つの別個の葉状ユニット(7)を有するセクションを含んでおり、前記葉状ユニット(7)は、少なくとも前記筐体(6)から離れるよう方向付けられた端部にて、互いに解放可能に接触するとともに、そこで、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載のレンズを格納するためのチャンバを形成し、前記プレロードユニット(P)はさらに、
iii)前記筐体(6)の内部に移動可能に配され、前記レンズ受入ユニットの前記葉状ユニット(7)同士の間で移動可能であるスライド(17)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項10または11に記載のキット。 - 2つの前記葉状ユニット(7)は各々穴(8)を有し、前記穴(8)は、互いの直上に存在し、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載のレンズを格納するための前記チャンバの中心を通る開口部を形成するように配されることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載のキット。
- 前記プレロードユニット(P)への接続のための握り片(11)がさらに設けられることを特徴とする、請求項10〜13のいずれか1項に記載のキット。
- 前記握り片(11)は、前記プレロードユニット(P)が接続状態で前記握り片(11)の内部で移動可能であるような態様で前記プレロードユニット(P)に接続可能であり、前記スライド(17)および前記プレロードユニット(P)の残りを移動させるための制御要素(12,13)が前記握り片(11)上に設けられることを特徴とする、請求項14に記載のキット。
