前記主軸を少なくとも部分的に囲むとともに、第1の端部から第2の端部に延在する本体を有する主軸受ハウジングであって、前記第2の端部から前記ローター取付けフランジまでの距離が、前記第1の端部から前記ローター取付けフランジまでの距離よりも大きく、前記本体は、前記第2の端部において、該ハウジングを更なるドライブトレイン部品に接続する部品取付けフランジを提供する、主軸受ハウジングと、
を備え、
前記主軸受ハウジングは、第1の軸受及び第2の軸受を介して前記主軸を保持し、前記第2の軸受と前記ローター取付けフランジとの間の距離が、前記第1の軸受と前記ローター取付けフランジとの間の距離よりも大きく、
前記主軸受ハウジングは、前記第1の軸受に対する第1の軸受座と、前記第2の軸受に対する第2の軸受座とを有し、
前記主軸受ハウジングは、前記本体から少なくとも部分的に径方向内方に延在する軸受座フランジを備え、前記第2の軸受座は前記軸受座フランジの遠位端に位置する、ドライブトレインによって達成される。
Claims (6)
- 水平軸風力タービンのドライブトレインであって、
前記水平軸風力タービンのローターに接続されるようになっているローター取付けフランジが設けられている主軸と、
前記主軸を少なくとも部分的に囲むとともに、第1の端部から第2の端部に延在する本体を有する主軸受ハウジングであって、前記第2の端部から前記ローター取付けフランジまでの距離が前記第1の端部から前記ローター取付けフランジまでの距離よりも大きく、前記本体は、前記第2の端部において、該主軸受ハウジングを更なるドライブトレイン部品に接続する部品取付けフランジを提供する、主軸受ハウジングと、
を備え、
前記主軸受ハウジングは、第1の軸受及び第2の軸受を介して前記主軸を保持し、前記第2の軸受と前記ローター取付けフランジとの間の距離が前記第1の軸受と前記ローター取付けフランジとの間の距離よりも大きく、
前記主軸受ハウジングは、前記第1の軸受に対する第1の軸受座と、前記第2の軸受に対する第2の軸受座とを備え、
前記主軸受ハウジングは、前記本体から少なくとも部分的に径方向内方に延在する軸受座フランジを備え、前記第2の軸受座は前記軸受座フランジの遠位端に位置する、
ことを特徴とするドライブトレイン。 - 前記軸受座フランジは円錐台の形状であり、前記遠位端は前記円錐台の細い端部であり、前記遠位端から前記ローター取付けフランジまでの距離が、前記円錐台の太い端部から前記ローター取付けフランジまでの距離よりも大きい、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のドライブトレイン。
- 前記第2の軸受はころ軸受であり、軸受ころは、それぞれ第1のころ端及び第2のころ端を有し、前記ローター取付けフランジと前記第1のころ端との間の距離が前記ローター取付けフランジと前記第2のころ端との間の距離よりも小さく、前記主軸の回転軸と前記第1のころ端との間の距離が前記回転軸と前記第2のころ端との間の距離よりも小さい、ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のドライブトレイン。
- 水平軸風力タービンの主軸受ハウジングであって、該主軸受ハウジングは、前記風力タービンのローターに接続される主軸を少なくとも部分的に囲むようになっており、該主軸受ハウジングは、該主軸受ハウジングを更なるドライブトレイン部品に接続するのに用いる略円形の部品取付けフランジを提供し、前記更なるドライブトレイン部品及び前記ローターは該主軸受ハウジングの両側の端に位置し、該主軸受ハウジングは、該主軸受ハウジングと前記主軸との間に第1の軸受に対する第1の軸受座を備え、該主軸受ハウジングと前記主軸との間に第2の軸受に対する第2の軸受座を備え、前記部品取付けフランジから前記第1の軸受座までの距離が前記部品取付けフランジから前記第2の軸受座までの距離よりも大きく、前記部品取付けフランジの直径が前記第1の軸受座の直径よりも大きく、前記第2の軸受座の直径が前記第1の軸受座の前記直径に等しいか又は該直径よりも小さい、ことを特徴とする主軸受ハウジング。
- 前記部品取付けフランジの直径と前記第2の軸受座の直径との差が前記第1の軸受座の前記直径及び前記第2の軸受座の前記直径の差の少なくとも2倍、好ましくは3倍の大きさである、ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の主軸受ハウジング。
- 前記部品取付けフランジの前記直径は前記第2の軸受座の直径よりも少なくとも30%、好ましくは少なくとも40%、より好ましくは少なくとも50%大きい、ことを特徴とする請求項4又は5に記載の主軸受ハウジング。
