Claims (21)

前記デバイス本体部と前記皮膚との間に留置され、前記デバイス本体部が前記皮膚に接触するのを妨げ、前記皮膚への付着のために接着面を有する、皮膚アタッチメント・プレートと、
前記皮膚アタッチメント・プレートを前記デバイス本体部と移動可能に接続し、前記皮膚アタッチメント・プレートを前記デバイス本体部から隔てた状態に保つことを可能にし、前記アタッチメント・プレートを前記皮膚と一緒に前記針支持体に向けて後退させる後退メカニズムとを備えるデバイス。 - 使用可能な位置において、前記皮膚アタッチメント・プレートは、前記針支持体から押し離されて、前記針の先端部を覆い、前記後退メカニズムの作動後に、前記接着面によって付着されている前記皮膚を前記針支持体の方へ引っ張って、前記固定して位置決めされている針の前記先端部に当てることによって前記針の皮下挿入を行わせることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の皮下接近デバイス。
- 前記後退メカニズムは、前記使用可能な位置において、抑制手段によって事前に応力を受けた状態に保持され、リリース要素によって作動されると、送り出されて弛緩状態になり、前記皮膚アタッチメント・プレートを前記針支持体の方へ引っ張るように構成されたバネ型メカニズムであることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の皮下接近デバイス。
- 前記リリース要素は、ハンドル又はつまみを押すことによって作動される摺動ボルト・メカニズムを備えることを特徴とする請求項1から3までのいずれか一項に記載の皮下接近デバイス。

- 前記後退メカニズムは、前記使用可能な位置において、前記皮膚アタッチメント・プレートの前記剛体層及び前記柔軟層の両方が前記針支持体から押し離され、一緒になって前記針(複数可)の前記先端部を覆い、前記後退メカニズムの作動後に、前記皮膚アタッチメント・プレートの前記剛体層及び前記柔軟層が前記針支持体の方へ連続的に送り出されるように構成されることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の皮下接近デバイス。
- 前記皮膚に付着するための前記接着面は、前記皮膚に付着されている前記接着面と比較して縮小された表面によって、前記皮膚アタッチメント・プレート上に固定されることを特徴とする請求項1から11までのいずれか一項に記載の皮下接近デバイス。
- 前記後退メカニズムのほとんどの要素は、前記針の皮膚挿入の後に取り外すことができることを特徴とする請求項1から12までのいずれか一項に記載の皮下接近デバイス。
- 患者の体内に注射液を皮下送達するために、複数の針が順次作動させる単一ポンプに接続され、前記針を連続的に開閉するための手段が提供されることを特徴とする請求項1から13までのいずれか一項に記載の皮下接近デバイス。
- 皮下検体レベルを判定するための手段を特徴とする請求項1から13までのいずれか一項に記載の皮下接近デバイス。
- 皮下検体レベルを判定するための前記手段は、前記皮下組織と接触するための診断プローブとして形成された針を備える検体判定システムであることを特徴とする請求項15に記載の皮下接近デバイス。
- 前記検体判定システムの定期的較正を行うための較正システムを収容することを特徴とする請求項15又は16に記載の皮下接近デバイス。
- 前記較正システムは、カニューレが、インシチュで、前記診断プローブの活性表面の近くに較正流体を送達するための前記診断プローブと一緒に前記皮膚内に挿入される送達システムを備えることを特徴とする請求項17に記載の皮下接近デバイス。
- 前記異なる機能のための少なくとも1つの送達システムは、円形注射器ポンプを備えることを特徴とする請求項1から18までのいずれか一項に記載の皮下接近デバイス。
- 前記挿入メカニズムは、前記皮膚内への挿入の前に、前記針の前記先端部を覆っている保護隔壁の穿刺機能を作動することを特徴とする請求項1から19までのいずれか一項に記載の皮下接近デバイス。
- 前記デバイスは、前記皮膚の方へ前記接着剤層の外側リムを押すためのリムを有し、前記デバイスのリリース及び作動要素を意図しない作動から保護する機能性パッケージに含まれることを特徴とする請求項1から20までのいずれか一項に記載の皮下接近デバイス。
