Claims (8)
- 股関節インプラントのセラミック製のカップインサート(3)を検査する装置であって、収容装置(5)と、押圧部材(6)と、選択的にプランジャ(7)とを備え、前記収容装置(5)は、前記カップインサート(3)を収容するための位置決め範囲(10)を備えた切欠き(9)を有し、該切欠き(9)は前記位置決め範囲(10)に収容円錐部(11)を有する、股関節インプラントのセラミック製のカップインサートを検査する装置において、前記位置決め範囲(10)で前記収容装置(5)と前記カップインサート(3)との間に、環状で延性のアダプタ部材(8)が配置されており、該アダプタ部材(8)は、前記収容円錐部(11)に接触する円錐形の外面と、前記カップインサート(3)に接触する内面とを有しており、前記収容装置(5)と前記アダプタ部材(8)との間の摩擦が、前記アダプタ部材(8)と前記カップインサート(3)との間よりも低く形成されていることを特徴とする、股関節インプラントのセラミック製のカップインサートを検査する装置。
- 前記収容円錐部(11)が、少なくとも前記位置決め範囲(10)において研磨されている、請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記アダプタ部材(8)が、黄銅から成っている、請求項1または2記載の装置。
- 前記収容装置(5)が、表面焼入れされた鋼から成っている、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の装置。
- 前記アダプタ部材(8)の円錐形の外面と、前記切欠き(9)の収容円錐部(11)との間に、かつ/または前記アダプタ部材(8)の内面と前記カップインサート(3)との間に、角度ギャップX゜が設けられており、該角度ギャップX゜は、前記収容円錐部(11)の、前記カップインサート(3)に向けられた上端部を起点として下方に向かって増大している、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の装置。
- 前記角度ギャップX゜は、30角度秒〜20角度分、好適には6〜10角度分である、請求項5記載の装置。
- 前記角度ギャップX゜は、8角度分である、請求項5または6記載の装置。
- 前記押圧部材(6)に力を付与するためのプランジャ(7)が設けられており、該プランジャ(7)の材料が、前記押圧部材(6)の材料よりも硬質であり、好適には前記プランジャ(7)は、焼入れされた鋼から成っており、前記押圧部材(6)は、プラスチック、好適にはテフロンから成っている、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の装置。
