Abstract
Description
本出願は、一般に整形外科安定化システムに関し、特に、後頭部プレートシステムに関する。
脊椎の凹凸の多くのタイプは、痛みを引き起こし、動きの範囲を制限し、または脊柱内の神経系を傷つける。これらの凹凸は、制限なしに、外傷、腫瘍、椎間板変性、および疾病を生じさせ得る。多くの場合、これらの凹凸は、脊椎の一部分を固定することによって治療される。この治療は、一般的に複数のねじおよび/またはフックを1つまたは複数の脊椎骨に取り付けることおよびねじまたはフックを一般に脊椎の軸の方向に延びる1つまたは複数の細長いロッドとつなぐことを伴う。ねじおよびロッドのそのようなシステムは、下方椎体まで下がって頭蓋骨から延び得る。

Claims (15)
- 後頭部プレート、上部および下部を有する前記後頭部プレート、1つまたは複数の横方向部材を受けるための少なくとも1つの開口部を含む前記下部と、を含む、後頭部プレートシステム。
- 前記後頭部プレートが、前記プレートの上部と比較して下部の近くでより厚さが大きくなるように先細になる、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記プレートの前記上部が、複数の穴を含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記穴が菱形の構造である、請求項3に記載のシステム。
- 前記横方向部材が、少なくとも1つの横方向コネクタを受けるための少なくとも1つの頂部開口部および少なくとも1つの側面開口部を含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記少なくとも1つの横方向コネクタが、多軸ねじ頭受取部に取り付けられた湾曲のないアームを含む、請求項5に記載のシステム。
- 前記少なくとも1つの横方向コネクタが、多軸ねじ頭受取部に取り付けられた湾曲したアームを含む、請求項5に記載のシステム。
- 後頭部プレート、上部および下部を有する前記後頭部プレート、前記上部の厚さが前記下部の厚さよりも小さいような先細になる前記上部と、を含む、後頭部プレートシステム。
- 前記後頭部プレートの前記上部が、複数の穴を含む、請求項8に記載のシステム。
- 前記下部が、一組の横方向部材を受けるための開口部を含む、請求項8に記載のシステム。
- 前記横方向部材が回転可能である、請求項10に記載のシステム。
- 前記横方向部材が、横方向コネクタを受けるための側面開口部をそれぞれ含む、請求項10に記載のシステム。
- 前記横方向コネクタが、多軸ねじ頭受取部に取り付けられた湾曲したアームを含む、請求項12に記載のシステム。
- 上部および下部を有する後頭部プレートと、それを通って1つまたは複数の留め具を受けるための複数の穴を含む前記上部と、
前記後頭部プレートに動作可能に取り付けられた一組の把持アームと、を含み、前記把持アームが前記システムを椎骨に固定するために中央方向に動かすことができる、後頭部プレートシステム。 - 前記後頭部プレートに取り付けられた延長部材をさらに含む、請求項14に記載のシステム。
