Claims (8)
- 航空機ターボプロップまたはターボジェットなどのタービンエンジン用の燃料噴射器(1)にして、加圧下で燃料を流入させるための導入手段(3)を有する本体(2)と、導入手段(3)から下流で本体(2)に取り付けられ、第1の決定された燃料圧力で開くように、かつ1次燃料回路(31、20)に供給するために前記第1の圧力を超えて開いたままであるように設計される停止バルブ(7)と、停止バルブ(7)から下流で本体(2)に取り付けられ、第1の圧力よりも大きな第2の決定された燃料圧力を超えて開くように、かつ2次燃料回路(17、21)に供給するために第2の圧力を超えて開いたままであるように設計される計量バルブ(15)とを備える噴射器(1)であって、停止バルブ(7)から下流におよび計量バルブ(15)から上流に位置している領域(32)から、2次回路(17、21)に永続的な漏洩流れを発生させるために計量バルブ(15)から下流に位置している領域(17)まで延びる少なくとも1つの漏洩流路(35)を含むことを特徴とする、噴射器(1)。
- 漏洩流路(35)が、コイルまたはラビリンスの形をとっていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の噴射器(1)。
- 漏洩流路(35)が、螺旋形状または渦巻線形状からなることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の噴射器(1)。
- 漏洩流路(35)が、計量バルブ(15)の軸線と一致する軸線(A)を中心に延びることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の噴射器(1)。
- 漏洩流路(35)が、円筒表面のねじ山によって形成されることを特徴とする、請求項3または請求項4に記載の噴射器(1)。
- 計量バルブ(15)が、管状支持体(14)に移動可能に取り付けられ、螺旋状の溝(33)が、管状支持体(14)の外壁に形成され、ブッシング(34)が、螺旋状の溝(33)を覆い、かつ計量バルブ(15)からそれぞれ上流および下流にその端部で通じる漏洩流路(35)を形成するように管状支持体(14)を取り囲むことを特徴とする、請求項3から5のいずれか一項に記載の噴射器(1)。
- 計量バルブ(15)が、計量バルブ(15)の軸線(A)に対してオフセットされた孔を有し、かつその中にインサート(36)を収容している管状支持体(14)に移動可能に取り付けられ、漏洩流路(35)が、インサート(36)に形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の噴射器(1)。
- 請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の少なくとも1つの噴射器(1)を含む、航空機ターボプロップまたはターボジェットなどのタービンエンジン。
