Abstract
Description
一実施形態では、ファルネセンは遺伝子改変されたファルネセンである。「遺伝子改変されたファルネセン」、又は「GMF」は、本明細書で使用するとき、イソペンテニルピロリン酸(「IPP」)を生成するための酵素経路を包含する遺伝子改変された宿主細胞から産生されたファルネセンである。経路酵素は、1つ以上の異種転写調節因子の制御下にある。宿主細胞は炭素源をファルネセンに変換する。宿主細胞は、宿主細胞に対する所望の増殖率が得られるように調節できる条件下で、培地中で培養される。
本発明の誘電性流体は抗酸化剤を含有する。抗酸化剤は、誘電性流体に酸化安定性を提供する。抗酸化剤は、フェノール系抗酸化剤又はアミン抗酸化剤であることができる。好適な抗酸化剤の非限定例としては、2,2’−メチレンビス(4−メチル−6−tert−ブチルフェノール)、テトラキス[メチレン(3,5−ジ−t−ブチル−4−ヒドロキシヒドロシンナメート)]メタン;N,N’ジオクチルジフェニルアミン、ジ−β−ナフチル−パラ−フェニレンジアミン、n−フェニルベンゼンアミンと2,4,4−トリメチルペンタンの反応生成物(IRGANOX(商標)l−57)の反応生成物、ノニル化ジフェニルアミン(Naugalube(商標)438L)、及びこれらの任意の組み合わせが挙げられる。
本誘電性流体は、以下の添加剤の1つ以上を任意追加的に包含してもよい:酸化防止剤、腐食防止剤、金属不活性化剤、流動点硬化剤、及びこれらの任意の組み合わせ。
本誘電性流体は以下の特性の1つ以上を有する。
本開示は、デバイスを提供する。一実施形態では、デバイスは電気部品を包含し、本誘電性流体はこの電気部品に作動可能に連通する。本誘電性流体は、ファルネセン系オリゴマー、抗酸化剤、及び本明細書に前述した任意追加の添加剤を包含する。好適な電気部品の非限定例には、トランス、コンデンサ、スイッチギヤ、伝送部品、配電部品、スイッチ、レギュレータ、回路遮断器、自動リクローザ又は類似の部品、流体入伝送線路、及び/又はこれらの組合せが挙げられる。
「抗酸化剤」は、他の分子の酸化を減速させるか又は阻止することが可能な分子である。
手順1.容量100mlの圧力反応器に窒素を満たし、2mmolのナフテン酸ニッケル、20mlのGMF及び2mmolのフェニルアセチレンを添加し、溶解する。続いて、12mmolのトリエチルアルミニウムを−10〜−20℃で滴下して還元し、更に、混合物全体を室温で反応させる。得られた反応混合物に残りのモルバランスのGMFを添加した後、容器を密封し、反応を80℃で12時間実施する。反応完了後、触媒をエチルエーテルで抽出する。エーテル層を炭酸水素ナトリウム水溶液で洗浄した後、水で洗浄する。生成したファルネセン三量体を、蒸留を含む相分離工程によって得る。ファルネセン三量体は、612g/mol(計算値)の分子量を有する。
Claims (11)
- 誘電性流体であって、
600g/mol〜2500g/molの分子量を有するファルネセン系オリゴマーと;
抗酸化剤と、
を含む、誘導性流体。 - 前記ファルネセン系オリゴマーが遺伝子改変されたファルネセンを含む、請求項1に記載の誘導性流体。
- 0.1重量%〜2.0重量%の抗酸化剤を含む、請求項1に記載の誘導性流体。
- 前記ファルネセン系オリゴマーがファルネセン三量体を含む、請求項1に記載の誘導性流体。
- 前記ファルネセン/テルペノイドオリゴマーが、70重量%〜99重量%のファルネセンから誘導される単位及び30重量%〜1重量%のテルペノイドから誘導される単位を含む、請求項5に記載の誘電性流体。
- 前記テルペノイドが、ジンギベレン、ビサボレン、ファルネセンエポキシド、ファルネソール、スクアレン、エルゴソール(ergosol)、及びこれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される、請求項5〜6のいずれか一項に記載の誘電性流体。
- 微生物油、植物油、種子油、鉱油、シリコーン流体、合成エステル、ポリ−α−オレフィン、及びこれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択されるブレンド成分を含む、請求項1に記載の誘電性流体。
- デバイスであって、
電気部品と;
前記電気部品と作動可能に連通する誘電性流体と
