Abstract
Description

(2) 前記カートリッジロックアウトは、前記カートリッジ本体の壁に設けられ、かつ近位に延びる、1つ又は2つ以上の偏向機構を含む、実施態様1に記載のリニアステープラー。
(3) 前記偏向機構は、前記カートリッジ本体と一体的に成形される、実施態様2に記載のリニアステープラー。
(4) 前記偏向機構は、別途製造され、前記カートリッジ本体に後で取り付けられる、実施態様2に記載のリニアステープラー。
(5) 前記偏向機構は、ポリマー又は金属製である、実施態様2に記載のリニアステープラー。
(7) 前記偏向機構は、それぞれ、拡張された近位端を有する、実施態様2に記載のリニアステープラー。
(8) リニアステープラーであって、
近位端と遠位端とを有する支持ベース部と、
該支持ベース部の該近位端に位置するトリガーと、
該支持ベース部の該遠位端に位置するエンドエフェクタであって、該トリガーにより発射され、かつカートリッジを含む、エンドエフェクタと、を含む、リニアステープラーであって、
該カートリッジは、利用済みカートリッジの表示器を有するカートリッジ本体を含む、リニアステープラー。
(9) 前記利用済みカートリッジの表示器は、前記カートリッジ本体に形成された表示窓と、前記カートリッジのステープルを打ち込むためのステープルドライバに形成された表示機構と、を含み、前記カートリッジを発射後、該表示窓は、該表示機構を表示する、実施態様8に記載のリニアステープラー。
(10) 前記表示機構は、色又はマークである、実施態様9に記載のリニアステープラー。

- リニアステープラーであって、
近位端と遠位端とを有する支持ベース部と、
該支持ベース部の該近位端に位置するトリガーと、
該支持ベース部の該遠位端に位置するエンドエフェクタであって、該トリガーにより発射され、かつカートリッジを含む、エンドエフェクタと、を含む、リニアステープラーであって、
該カートリッジは、カートリッジ本体を含み、該カートリッジ本体は、
ステープルを収容するためのステープルスロットと、
カートリッジロックアウトであって、該カートリッジが発射されていない場合、開放位置に押しやられ、ステープルドライバの外側に対して隣接し、かつ該カートリッジの該ステープルが該ステープルドライバにより発射された後、該カートリッジ本体の内側方向に向かって跳ね戻る、カートリッジロックアウトと、を含む、リニアステープラー。 - 前記カートリッジロックアウトは、前記カートリッジ本体の壁に設けられ、かつ近位に延びる、1つ又は2つ以上の偏向機構を含む、請求項1に記載のリニアステープラー。
- 前記偏向機構は、前記カートリッジ本体と一体的に成形される、請求項2に記載のリニアステープラー。
- 前記偏向機構は、別途製造され、前記カートリッジ本体に後で取り付けられる、請求項2に記載のリニアステープラー。
- 前記偏向機構は、ポリマー又は金属製である、請求項2に記載のリニアステープラー。
- 前記偏向機構は、板ばねである、請求項2に記載のリニアステープラー。
