Claims (12)
- 少なくとも1つの中間レバーアッセンブリ(12)を備えた、機械的に制御可能な弁駆動アッセンブリ(11)用の弁リフト調節アッセンブリ(10)であって、前記中間レバーアッセンブリ(12)が、作業カムフェース(24)を備えた少なくとも1つの中間レバー(18)を有し、該中間レバー(18)が、少なくとも第1のローラ(14)を介して可動にスライドガイド軌道(13)に支承されていて、カムシャフトアッセンブリ(22)と弁リフト調節装置(16)とに作用結合されており、前記カムシャフトアッセンブリ(22)は、ローラ(14)を介して前記中間レバーアッセンブリ(12)に作用しており、前記弁リフト調節装置(16)は回転可能な偏心シャフト(17)を有しており、該偏心シャフト(17)が、支承軸(30)に位置する第2のローラ(20)を介して前記中間レバーアッセンブリ(12)に作用している、機械的に制御可能な弁駆動アッセンブリ(11)用の弁リフト調節アッセンブリ(10)において、
前記第2のローラ(20)が偏心的に支承されて、前記第2のローラ(20)の位置調整、ひいては前記中間レバーアッセンブリ(12)の位置調整のための工具作用点(36)を有して、前記第2のローラ(20)の円周上の一点が、所定の角度α分だけ回転する際に、円弧とは異なる弧形状を描くようにするための手段(38;39)が設けられていることを特徴とする、機械的に制御可能な弁駆動アッセンブリ(11)用の弁リフト調節アッセンブリ(10)。 - 前記手段(38;39)が、偏心的に支承された支承軸(30)を有する、請求項1記載の、機械的に制御可能な弁駆動アッセンブリ(11)用の弁リフト調節アッセンブリ(10)。
- 前記支承軸(30)の両側に設けられていて、前記支承軸(30)の偏心的な配置を保証するスリーブ(38)が設けられている、請求項2記載の、機械的に制御可能な弁駆動アッセンブリ(11)用の弁リフト調節アッセンブリ(10)。
- 前記支承軸(30)に対して偏心的に配置された段部(39)が設けられており、該段部(39)は前記支承軸(30)の両側に配置されている、請求項2記載の、機械的に制御可能な弁駆動アッセンブリ(11)用の弁リフト調節アッセンブリ(10)。
- 前記工具作用点(36)は、多辺の接続ジオメトリとして形成されている、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の、機械的に制御可能な弁駆動アッセンブリ(11)用の弁リフト調節アッセンブリ(10)。
- 当該弁リフト調節アッセンブリ(10)は、旋回レバーアッセンブリ(26)に対して一義的に対応させるための基準マーキングを有する、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の、機械的に制御可能な弁駆動アッセンブリ(11)用の弁リフト調節アッセンブリ(10)。
- 請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の弁リフト調節アッセンブリ(10)の中間レバーアッセンブリ(12)を位置調整する方法において、
・ 前記弁リフト調節アッセンブリ(10)の外部に、制御ユニットを備えた距離測定装置(32)を設け、
・ 該距離測定装置(32)に対して中間レバーを移動させ、ひいては作業カムフェースをプローブし、
・ 前記距離測定装置(32)によって得られた測定値を、前記制御ユニットで基準値と比較し、
・ 前記距離測定装置(32)によって記録された測定値が前記基準値から偏倚していると、工具作用点(36)を介して、第2のローラ(20)を回転させることによって前記中間レバーアッセンブリ(12)の調節を実施する、
ことを特徴とする、弁リフト調節アッセンブリ(10)の中間レバーアッセンブリ(12)を位置調整する方法。 - 前記調節の後に、位置固定手段(37)を介して前記第2のローラ(20)の位置を固定する、請求項7記載の、弁リフト調節アッセンブリ(10)の中間レバーアッセンブリ(12)を位置調整する方法。
- 前記位置固定手段(37)は、たとえばピンおよび/または溝のような形状接続式および/または摩擦接続式の手段から成る、請求項8記載の、弁リフト調節アッセンブリ(10)の中間レバーアッセンブリ(12)を位置調整する方法。
- 前記位置固定手段(37)は、材料接続式の手段、特に溶接点および/またはろう接点から成る、請求項8記載の、弁リフト調節アッセンブリ(10)の中間レバーアッセンブリ(12)を位置調整する方法。
- 距離測定装置(32)として、容量式または誘導式の間隔センサ、ガラス測定ロッドを備えた測定プローブ、抵抗ポテンショメータを備えた測定プローブ、誘導式の検出部を備えた測定プローブ、LVDT検出部を備えた測定プローブまたはレーザ干渉計を主体とした測定装置を設ける、請求項7から10までのいずれか1項記載の、弁リフト調節アッセンブリ(10)の中間レバーアッセンブリ(12)を位置調整する方法。
- 請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の弁リフト調節アッセンブリ(10)を組み立てる方法、すなわち中間レバーアッセンブリ(12)を旋回レバーアッセンブリ(26)に組み付ける方法において、前記中間レバーアッセンブリ(12)に設けられた基準マーキングを、前記旋回レバーアッセンブリ(26)に設けられた基準マーキングと合致させ、引き続き最終組付けを行うことを特徴とする、弁リフト調節アッセンブリ(10)を組み立てる方法。
