Claims (11)
- 少なくとも1つのカラー部を有するタイヤであって、該タイヤの前記カラー部が、高度に不浸透性のバリヤー層、及び前記バリヤー層上のポリウレタン塗料を有することを特徴とする、タイヤ。
- 前記高度に不浸透性のバリヤー層が、最終的には乾燥する水分散液を、タイヤの着色する部分上に堆積させることによって製造されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のタイヤ。
- UV照射保護層を前記ポリウレタン塗料上に有することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のタイヤ。
- 前記バリヤー層の前記水分散液が、少なくとも、架橋性ポリマー基材、及び下記分子式(I)の界面活性剤を含むことを特徴とする、請求項2又は3に記載のタイヤ。
R2は、H又はC1−C8の脂肪族基であり、
R3は、H又はC1−C8の脂肪族基若しくは芳香族基であり、
Xは、金属カチオンであり、及び、
nは、1〜3の整数である。) - 前記脂肪族基R1が、二重結合を有することを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のタイヤ。
- 前記バリヤー層の前記水分散液が、少なくとも、架橋性ポリマー基材、及び下記分子式(II)の界面活性剤を含むことを特徴とする、請求項2又は3に記載のタイヤ。
R4、R5及びR6は、同一でも異なっていてもよく、各々、mが1〜3のCmH2m+1、又はCH2CHCH2、又はCHCHCH3であり、
R7、R9、R10は、同一でも異なっていてもよく、各々、CH2CHCH2又はCHCHCH3であり、
nは0又は1であり、nが1の場合は、yは1であり、nが0の場合は、yは1又は2であり、
nが0のときは、R8はC15−C22の脂肪族基であり、及びnが1のときは、C9−C16の脂肪族基であり、
nが0のときは、R4,R5,R6及びR8の少なくとも1つが、二重結合を有する。) - 前記R7、R8及びR9が、CH2CHCH2であることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のタイヤ。
- 前記nが1であり、且つR8が飽和脂肪族であることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のタイヤ。
- 前記R8が二重結合を有し、且つnが0であることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のタイヤ。
- 前記水分散液が、カオリン、粘土、雲母、長石、シリカ、黒鉛、ベントナイト、カーボンブラック、及びアルミナからなる群における少なくとも1つのフィラーを含むことを特徴とする、前記請求項1〜9の何れか1項に記載のタイヤ。
- 前記架橋性ポリマー基材が、0℃を超える転移温度(Tg)のポリマーを少なくとも1つ有することを特徴とする、前記請求項1〜10の何れか1項に記載のタイヤ。
