Claims (24)
- 血管内での展開中に正確な配置を行うために構成され、遠位端と近位端との間を伸長する長手方向軸を有し、径方向での圧縮および拡張を行うために構成された自己拡張腔内デバイスであって、
前記遠位端に配置されて前記長手方向軸の周りで円周方向に伸長し、複数の支柱、複数の内側頂点、および複数の外側頂点を備え、少なくとも2つの支柱は前記頂点の1つで接続し、前記外側頂点は前記内側頂点の遠位にある第1の起伏リングと、
前記内側頂点へ接続された近位部分と、
を備え、
前記腔内デバイスは送達を行うために構成され、前記第1の起伏リングは少なくとも部分的に拡張し、その間に前記近位部分は圧縮されたままであり、この位置において、
前記複数の支柱の第1の支柱が前記長手方向軸から径方向を外側へ或る角度で伸長し、前記第1の支柱は前記圧縮された近位部分へ接続され、

- 前記少なくとも1つのアンカーは、前記部分的に拡張された位置への前記腔内デバイスの部分的拡張によって、前記アンカーが前記圧縮された近位部分の残りから面外へ動くように構成された、請求項4に記載の腔内デバイス。
- 前記近位部分は複数のアンカーを備える、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の腔内デバイス。
- 前記複数のアンカーの各々は、前記部分的に拡張された位置への前記腔内デバイスの部分的拡張によって、前記アンカーが前記圧縮された近位部分の残りから面外へ動くように構成された、請求項6に記載の腔内デバイス。
- 前記第2および第3の支柱は、前記複数の内側頂点の第1の内側頂点で接続される、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の腔内デバイス。
- 前記第1の内側頂点は、前記第1の支柱と前記近位部分との間の接続の遠位に配置される、請求項8に記載の腔内デバイス。
- 前記第1の支柱は、前記複数の内側頂点の第2の内側頂点で前記近位部分へ接続され、前記第2の内側頂点が、前記第1の内側頂点から近位で離される、請求項9に記載の腔内デバイス。
- 請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の腔内デバイスおよび送達デバイスを備えるシステムであって、前記送達デバイスは、前記腔内デバイスが前記送達デバイスの内部で圧縮された位置にあるとき前記腔内デバイスを取り囲むように構成された被覆を備えるシステム。
- 前記腔内デバイスはステープルまたはステントを備える、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の腔内デバイス。
- 腔内デバイスであって、
前記腔内デバイスの遠位端に配置され、第1の支柱と第2の支柱との間に配置された第1の外側頂点、第3の支柱と第4の支柱との間に配置された第2の外側頂点、前記第2の支柱と前記第3の支柱との間に配置された第1の内側頂点、および前記第4の支柱に隣接して配置された第2の内側頂点を有する第1の円周部材と、
前記腔内デバイスの近位端に配置された第2の円周部材と、
前記第2の内側頂点と結合された第1の端部および前記第2の円周部材と結合された第2の端部を有し、中心ゾーンに、または中心ゾーンに隣接して配置されたプラークアンカーを有するブリッジ部材と、
を備え、
前記第1の内側頂点は、前記ブリッジ部材の中心ゾーンから第1の軸方距離だけ伸長し、前記第2の内側頂点は、前記ブリッジ部材の中心ゾーンから第2の軸方距離だけ伸長し、前記第1の距離は前記第2の距離よりも大きく、前記第2および第3の支柱は、前記腔内デバイスが部分的に拡張された位置にあるとき前記第2の円周部材から外側へ伸長し得る足を形成し、前記足は、前記腔内デバイスの長手方向軸と略平行である、

前記腔内デバイスの近位端に配置された第2の円周部材と、
を備え、
前記第1の内側頂点は、前記第2の内側頂点から遠位に配置され、前記第2および第3の支柱は、前記腔内デバイスが部分的に拡張された位置にあるとき前記第2の円周部材から外側へ伸長し得る足を形成し、前記足は、前記腔内デバイスの長手方向軸と略平行である、
腔内デバイス。 - 前記第1の複数の外側頂点および前記第2の複数の外側頂点は、前記長手方向軸に沿って整列する、請求項14に記載の腔内デバイス。
- 前記第1の複数の外側頂点は、前記第2の複数の外側頂点から前記長手方向軸に沿って近位で離される、請求項14に記載の腔内デバイス。
- さらに、前記第1の円周部材と前記第2の円周部材との間で伸長するブリッジ部材を備える、請求項14から16のいずれか一項に記載の腔内デバイス。
- 前記ブリッジ部材は、前記第2の内側頂点へ接続された第1の端部および前記第2の円周部材と結合された第2の端部を有する、請求項17に記載の腔内デバイス。
- さらに、前記ブリッジ部材の上に位置する少なくとも1つのアンカーを備える、請求項17に記載の腔内デバイス。
- 腔内デバイスを置く方法であって、
伸びボディを含むカテーテルシステムを提供し、前記伸びボディは、その遠位部分に隣接して配置された送達プラットフォーム、および前記送達プラットフォームの遠位端に位置するマーカバンドを有し、前記送達プラットフォームは、その上に配置された腔内デバイス、および前記腔内デバイスの上に配置された外方被覆を有することと、
前記マーカバンドが処置ゾーンに位置するまで、患者の血管系を通して前記伸びボディの遠位部分を進めることと、
前記マーカバンドを可視化して、前記処置ゾーンに対する前記送達プラットフォームの位置を確認することと、
前記伸びボディの位置を維持しながら前記外方被覆を引っ込めて、前記腔内デバイスの遠位端に配置された第1の円周部材の複数の足が、前記腔内デバイスの残り部分の開放の前に、前記送達プラットフォームから解放されるようにすることと、
を含み、
前記第1の円周部材は、
第1の支柱と第2の支柱との間に配置された第1の外側頂点、第3の支柱と第4の支柱との間に配置された第2の外側頂点、前記第2の支柱と前記第3の支柱との間に配置された第1の内側頂点、および前記第4の支柱に隣接して配置された第2の内側頂点を備え、前記足は、
前記第1の内側頂点、前記第1の外側頂点、前記第2の外側頂点、前記第2の支柱、および前記第3の支柱を備えて、完全拡張の前に完全展開前の位置を取る、
方法。 - さらに、血管壁を前記複数の足に係合することを備える、請求項20に記載の方法。
- 前記腔内デバイスの他の部分が前記血管壁と係合する前に、前記複数の足が前記血管壁と係合する、請求項21に記載の方法。
