Abstract
Description
表示部材と、
表示部材の表示表面側に設けられ、かつタッチ部材がタッチセンシング層を含むタッチ部材と、
前記タッチセンシング層と前記表示部材との間に設けられる遮壁回路層と、
前記タッチセンシング層と前記遮壁回路層との間に設けられる透明絶縁層と、を備え、
前記遮壁回路層が前記タッチセンシング層とは等電位であることを特徴とするタッチディスプレイ。
(2)前記遮壁回路層と前記タッチセンシング層とは互いに電気的に接続されていることを特徴とする前記(1)に記載のタッチディスプレイ。
(3)前記タッチセンシング層と前記遮壁回路層とは透明導電層であることを特徴とする前記(1)または(2)に記載のタッチディスプレイ。
(4)前記透明導電層はインジウム錫酸化物層またはインジウム亜鉛酸化物層であることを特徴とする前記(1)から(3)のいずれか一項に記載のタッチディスプレイ。
(5)前記表示部材は対向基板とアレイ基板とを備え、前記タッチセンシング層、遮壁回路層及び透明絶縁層が前記対向基板上に設けられることを特徴とする前記(1)から(4)のいずれか一項に記載のタッチディスプレイ。
(6)前記表示部材は液晶表示パネルであり、かつ前記対向基板はカラーフィルタ基板であることを特徴とする前記(1)から(5)のいずれか一項に記載のタッチディスプレイ。
(7)前記遮壁回路層と前記タッチセンシング層とに接続され、前記遮壁回路層と前記タッチセンシング層に同じ電圧を提供するための電圧供給部を備えたことを特徴とする前記(1)から(6)のいずれか一項に記載のタッチディスプレイ。
(8)(1)から(7)のいずれか一項に記載のタッチディスプレイを備えた電子機器。

Claims (8)
- タッチディスプレイであって、
表示部材と、
前記表示部材の表示表面側に設けられ、かつタッチセンシング層を含むタッチ部材と、
前記タッチセンシング層と前記表示部材との間に設けられる遮壁回路層と、
前記タッチセンシング層と前記遮壁回路層との間に設けられる透明絶縁層と、を備え、
前記遮壁回路層が前記タッチセンシング層とは等電位であることを特徴とするタッチディスプレイ。 - 前記遮壁回路層と前記タッチセンシング層とは互いに電気的に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のタッチディスプレイ。
- 前記タッチセンシング層と前記遮壁回路層とは透明導電層であることを特徴とする前記請求項1または2に記載のタッチディスプレイ。
- 前記透明導電層はインジウム錫酸化物層またはインジウム亜鉛酸化物層であることを特徴とする請求項3のいずれか一項に記載のタッチディスプレイ。
- 前記表示部材は対向基板とアレイ基板とを備え、前記タッチセンシング層、遮壁回路層及び透明絶縁層が前記対向基板上に設けられることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のタッチディスプレイ。
- 前記表示部材は液晶表示パネルであり、かつ前記対向基板はカラーフィルタ基板であることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のタッチディスプレイ。
- 前記遮壁回路層と前記タッチセンシング層とに接続され、前記遮壁回路層と前記タッチセンシング層に同じ電圧を提供するための電圧供給部を備えたことを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のタッチディスプレイ。
- 請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のタッチディスプレイを備えた電子機器。
