Abstract
【解決手段】被検者の体表面に輝点を照射して、その反射光をカメラで捉え、被検者の呼吸量を計測する呼吸運動測定装置であって、被検者の体表面上にさらに目印位置であるメルクマールを設定し,これらのメルクマールに,反射率が前記体表面と異なる反射体を配置し,観察画像上で,前記メルクマールの像を通る分離線により前記体表面を複数の領域に分割して,分割された各領域毎の輝点の反射を集計して呼吸運動信号を得る。

Claims (6)
- 体表面に光束を照射して該体表面からの反射光により高さ変化を検知し、呼吸運動に対応する呼吸運動信号を得る呼吸運動測定装置において,前記体表面の観察画像を撮像する撮像装置を配置し,前記体表面上に目印位置であるメルクマールを設定し,これらのメルクマール上に,前記撮像装置が受光する波長域において,反射率が前記体表面と異なる反射体を配置し,前記観察画像上で,前記メルクマールの像を通る分離線により前記体表面を複数の領域に分割して,分割された各領域の呼吸運動信号を得ることを特徴とする呼吸運動測定装置。
- 前記メルクマールは,少なくとも胸骨上の点、臍部近傍の点および左右前腸骨棘の中点近傍の点の3点を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の呼吸運動測定装置。
- 前記メルクマールは,胸骨柄または胸骨上の肋骨の位置と、肋骨と腋窩線との交点、および肋骨と鎖骨中線との交点、のうちの少なくとも1点を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の呼吸運動測定装置。
- 前記呼吸運動信号は,体表上の複数の点の高さ変化に対応する変化量を領域ごとに平均化することにより得ることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3に記載の呼吸運動測定装置。
- 複数に分割された各領域の呼吸運動信号のうち、特定の領域を合併し、分割した数より少ない数の領域数で表示することを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4に記載の呼吸運動測定装置。
- 前記反射体は,表面に再帰反射素子を配置したものであり,体表面から見て撮像装置の方向に近い方向に,撮像装置が実質的に感度を持つ波長域を含む別の光源を設置したことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項5に記載の呼吸運動測定装置
