Description

The present invention relates to a tip tool for indirect hot wire construction. In particular, it is an indirect hot-wire construction tool that can indirectly hot-work high-voltage distribution lines in an uninterruptible state using an insulation operation rod, etc., for operating bind wires that support high-voltage distribution lines on insulators. The present invention relates to a structure of a tip tool for indirect hot-wire work in which a hook-shaped bind hammer is improved so that an electric wire coating peeling tool for peeling an electric wire coating can be reliably operated.

There are two types of hot-line work that performs high-voltage distribution lines without power interruption: direct hot-wire method and indirect hot-wire method. In the direct hot wire construction method, workers wear protective equipment such as high-pressure rubber gloves and perform power distribution work by directly touching the high-voltage distribution line that is energized. On the other hand, the indirect hot wire method allows the operator to perform power distribution work without directly touching the high-voltage power distribution line that is energized using an insulating operation rod (hot stick) or the like.

In general, an insulating operation rod is composed of a long operation rod and a power distribution work tool (hereinafter referred to as a tip tool) attached to the tip of the operation rod. And the insulation operating rod is comprised so that a front-end tool can be replaced | exchanged according to the work objectives, such as holding | griping or cutting | disconnecting a high voltage distribution line.

As such a tip tool, it is possible to peel off the coating of a high-voltage distribution line arranged at a high place, and a wire coating peeling tool for indirect hot wire construction, and for indirect hot wire construction for operating this wire coating peeling tool A hook-shaped bind punch (tip tool) is disclosed (for example, see Patent Document 1).

FIG. 3 is a perspective view showing an example of a conventional wire sheath peeling tool. FIG. 3 of the present application corresponds to FIG. FIG. 4 is a view showing an example of a bind hitting device according to the prior art, FIG. 4A is a left side view of the bind hitting device, and FIG. 4B is a front view of the bind hitting device. .

Referring to FIG. 3, an electric wire coating peeling tool (hereinafter abbreviated as a peeling tool) 7 includes a cutting blade 7 c capable of peeling the coating of the electric wire W in the main body 7 b. The peeling tool 7 includes an eye handle 71 and an eye bolt 72 in the main body 7b. The eye handle 71 and the eye bolt 72 are arranged so that their axial centers are orthogonal to each other.

Referring to FIG. 3, the eye handle 71 has a feed screw portion 71s and a butterfly-shaped grip portion 71c. The feed screw portion 71s is screwed to the main body 7b. By rotating the gripping portion 71c, a movable die for pressing the electric wire W from the outer peripheral direction can be moved.

Referring to FIG. 3, the gripping portion 71 c has an engagement hole 71 h that is engageable with a hook portion 8 a provided on the bind hammer 8 described later at the center. The movable die can be advanced toward the fixed die by locking the hook portion 8a in the engagement hole 71h and rotating the grip portion 71c in one direction around the axis. And the cutting blade 7c can be made to bite into the coating | cover of the electric wire W because a fixed die | dye and a movable die | dye approach relatively. Next, the coating of the wire W can be peeled by turning the peeling tool 7 360 degrees around the wire W.

Referring to FIG. 3, the eyebolt 72 includes a cylindrical insulating shaft 72s and an annular operation ring 72r. The insulating shaft 72s has its proximal end fixed to the main body 7b. The insulating shaft 72s has an operation ring 72r attached to the tip thereof.

Referring to FIG. 3 or FIG. 4, the bind hammer 8 is detachably attached to the distal end portion of the long insulating operation rod 80. 3 includes a connection fitting (not shown) called a twist lock at the base end portion. The insulating operation rod 80 is a so-called common operation rod in which tip tools having different uses can be exchanged, and a twist lock type bind punch 8 is attached to the tip portion.

On the other hand, the bind striker 8 shown in FIG. 4 includes a disk-shaped star seat 8b at the base end. A male screw part is provided in a twist lock type connection fitting (not shown) provided at the tip of the insulating operation rod 80, and the male screw part is inserted through the center of the chrysanthemum part 8b, and a wing nut (not shown) is inserted. By fastening to the male screw portion, the bind hammer 8 can be fixed at an arbitrary angle with respect to the direction in which the insulating operation rod 80 extends (see FIG. 3).

Referring to FIG. 3 or FIG. 4, the bind hitter 8 includes a rod-shaped shaft portion 8s and a hook portion 8a. The hook portion 8a is bent in a C shape continuously from the shaft portion 8s. Further, the bind hammer 8 includes a cylindrical pin portion 8p. The pin portion 8p protrudes from the shaft portion 8s on the side opposite to the opening 8k of the hook portion 8a. In addition, the name of the bind hammer is derived from the fact that the bind wire that supports the high-voltage distribution line on the insulator can be operated.

Next, with reference to FIG. 3 or FIG. 4, the peeling method of an electric wire coating | cover is demonstrated. First, the electric wire W is supported from below using the gripping tool 6 for indirect hot wire construction. Next, the hook portion 8a is locked in the engagement hole 71h, and the gripping portion 71c is rotated in one direction around the axis, whereby the cutting blade 7c can be bitten into the coating of the electric wire W.

Next, referring to FIG. 3, the pin portion 8p is inserted into the operation ring 72r, and the peeling tool 7 is peeled against the force of turning around the electric wire W in the clockwise direction (see arrow A in the figure). When the tool 7 turns 360 degrees around the electric wire W in the counterclockwise direction (see arrow B in the figure), the coating of the electric wire W can be peeled off. For example, the core wire of the electric wire W can be exposed by pulling out the coating of the electric wire W from the terminal.

Referring to FIG. 3, the peeling tool 7 has a center of gravity so that the eyebolt 72 hangs down in a state where the electric wire W is gripped. Thus, when the peeling tool 7 is turned counterclockwise around the electric wire W, the position of the center of gravity is changed, and thus the peeling tool 7 generates a force for turning clockwise around the electric wire W.

However, according to the conventional method for peeling the wire coating, when the peeling tool 7 is turned about 90 degrees counterclockwise around the wire W, the hook portion 8a is hindered by the insulating shaft 72s, and more. There was a problem that turning was difficult.

In order to solve such a problem, referring to FIG. 3, the hook portion 8 a is inserted into the operation ring 72 r, the peeling tool 7 is turned about 180 degrees counterclockwise around the electric wire W, and the peeling tool 7 Is turned counterclockwise from the weight balance, the hook portion 8a is locked to the operation ring 72r from the opposite side, and the peeling tool 7 is rotated about 180 around the electric wire W in the counterclockwise direction. The coating of the electric wire W was peeled off by swiveling.

However, referring to FIG. 3 or FIG. 4, even in the above-described wire covering peeling method, the tip end side of the hook portion 8 a protrudes greatly in a direction substantially orthogonal to the direction in which the shaft portion 8 s extends. It is difficult to operate the insulating operation rod 80 so that the tip end side of the hook portion 8a is not obstructed by the peeling tool 7 or other insulating operation rod.

From the above, there has been a demand for a tip tool for indirect hot wire construction that can reliably operate an object to be locked such as an electric wire covering peeling tool for peeling an electric wire covering.

This invention is made in view of such a subject, and provides the front-end tool for indirect hot-wire construction which made it possible to operate | move reliably locking objects, such as an electric wire coating peeling tool which peels the coating of an electric wire. For the purpose.

The inventor connects a rod-like hook piece to the tip of the hook part bent in a C-shape so that the hook part can be rotated, and the plate spring is moved inward so as to urge the hook in the opening direction. By placing and opening the opening of the hook piece tip and the shaft side of the hook part with a wire member, it is possible to reliably operate an object to be locked such as an electric wire covering peeling tool for peeling an electric wire covering. Based on the headline and this, it came to invent the following new tool for indirect hot wire construction.

(1) A tip tool for indirect hot-line construction according to the present invention is a tip tool for indirect hot-wire construction that is detachably fixed to the tip portion of a long insulating operation rod and can lock an object to be locked. A connecting portion that is detachably fixed to the distal end portion of the insulating operation rod, and a rod-shaped shaft portion provided at the base end portion, and is bent in a C shape so as to bypass the extending direction of the shaft portion. And one end portion is anchored to the tip end portion of the hook piece, and the other end portion is anchored to the shaft portion side of the hook portion. And a bendable wire member that traverses the opening surrounded by the hook piece, and when the object to be locked is introduced from the opening, the wire member is bent, and the tip of the hook piece Can be moved in the closing direction toward the tip of the shaft.

(2) Preferably, the object to be locked is an operation ring provided at a tip portion of an eyebolt that turns an electric wire covering peeling tool for peeling an electric wire covering in one direction around the electric wire.

(4) The connecting portion may have a pair of twist lock-type holes that can connect a tip tool having a different use to a replaceable common operation rod.

The tip tool for indirect hot wire construction according to the present invention introduces an operation ring provided in the wire covering peeling tool from the opening surrounded by the hook portion and the hook piece, and then bends the wire member so that the tip portion of the hook piece 2 is moved.
