  3. 1摂取量単位の形態からなり、該単位中に、もち米糠画分を1摂取量として、乾燥質量換算で3.0質量g以上含有する、請求項1または2に記載の組成物。
  4. サプリメントである、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
  5. もち米糠またはその抽出物を含有する、24時間を通しての平均血糖変動幅(MAGE)の抑制用組成物。
  6. 酸化ストレスまたは心疾患のリスクを低減するための、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
  7. 血糖値を低下するための、請求項5または6に記載の組成物。
  8. 食品である、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
