Claims (8)
- 中心軸を略水平方向として配置された円筒容器を回転させて、該円筒容器内に投入された原料を撹拌しながら前記円筒容器内の雰囲気ガスと反応させる容器回転型ミキサーであって、
前記円筒容器の内周面から突出する周面リフターと、
前記円筒容器の断面中心から放射状に突出する中央リフターと
を備えることを特徴とする容器回転型ミキサー。 - 前記周面リフターおよび前記中央リフターのうちの少なくともいずれかは、前記円筒容器の入口から前記円筒容器の出口に向かって断面形状が変化することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の容器回転型ミキサー。
- 前記中央リフターの断面形状が、前記入口から前記出口に向かって徐々に小さくなることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の容器回転型ミキサー。
- 前記中央リフターの配置が断続的であることを特徴とする、請求項2または3に記載の容器回転型ミキサー。
- 前記中央リフターが前記中心軸回りの螺旋構造を有することを特徴とする、請求項2〜4のいずれか1項に記載の容器回転型ミキサー。
- 前記中央リフターがメッシュ構造を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の容器回転型ミキサー。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の容器回転型ミキサーの設計方法であって、
離散要素法(DEM)を用いて前記原料を構成する粒子の挙動を解析した結果を利用して前記周面リフターおよび前記中央リフターを設計することを特徴とする設計方法。 - 前記粒子の混同度合、前記粒子の前記雰囲気ガスへの暴露度合、または前記粒子の前記雰囲気ガスとの反応度合のうちの少なくともいずれかを解析した結果を利用することを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の設計方法。
