Description

The present invention relates to a joist support member and a double floor using the same.

In a building such as an apartment house, a double floor structure is widely used in which a joist is provided on a concrete slab constituting a building frame via a support member, and a floor covering is provided on the joist.

The joists extend in the horizontal direction, and at least both ends thereof are supported by the support members. Each support member includes a receiver that receives the joist and a support leg that supports the receiver.
As shown in FIG. 12, when a plurality of joists 2 are continuously provided along the wall 1 of the housing, two support joists 2 are disposed when the support members 3 are arranged at both ends of each jojo 2. The support member 3 provided at the end of the joist 2 and the support member 3 provided at the end of the joist 2 are located close to each other in a portion where the two are continuous. Become.
As described above, when the two support members 3 and 3 are arranged close to each other, the floor surface material (not shown) installed on the Tokita 2, the Tokiwa 2 and the support member 3 are vibrated. In the system, only the portion where the two support members 3 and 3 are close to each other is partially hardened. Then, the resonance frequency of the vibration system composed of the floor material, the thick joist 2 and the support member 3 is increased. Thereby, the sound and vibration on the floor surface material are easily transmitted to the slab 5 of the housing, which is disadvantageous in terms of vibration and sound insulation.

On the other hand, Patent Document 1 discloses a configuration in which two joists are supported on both ends of a receiving plate portion of one support member at a portion where two joists are continuous. Has been.
However, in the configuration described in Patent Document 1, the joist is simply placed on the receiving plate portion of the support member. Therefore, especially during construction, the joist may fall from the receiving plate portion, and the construction becomes complicated.

Therefore, support members 6A and 6B as shown in FIG. 13 are used.
The receiving tool 6A shown in FIG. 13A is used when two joists 2 and 2 are arranged directly and continuously. The support 6 </ b> A is provided on the support leg 7, and includes a receiving plate portion 8 that supports the ends of the joists 2 and 2, and guide claws 9 </ b> A that protrude upward from the receiving plate portion 8.
The guide claws 9A are a pair of two, and are respectively provided at both ends in the longitudinal direction of the receiving plate portion 8 having a rectangular shape in plan view. The two pairs of guide claws 9 </ b> A and 9 </ b> A are disposed opposite to both ends in the lateral direction (both ends in the width direction) of the receiving plate portion 8. Each joist 2 is inserted and placed between the guide claws 9 </ b> A and 9 </ b> A on one end side in the longitudinal direction of the receiving plate portion 8. The margin joist 2 is sandwiched between the guide claws 9 </ b> A and 9 </ b> A so as not to be displaced in the width direction of the margin joist 2 on the receiving plate portion 8.

The receiving tool 6B shown in FIG. 13B is used when two joists 2 and 2 are arranged orthogonally. On the receiving plate portion 8 of the support 6B, guide claws 9B and 9B are provided on one end side in the longitudinal direction, and guide claws 9C and 9C are provided on the other end side in the longitudinal direction.
The guide claws 9B and 9B on one end side are disposed opposite to both ends in the width direction of the receiving plate portion 8 in the same manner as the guide claws 9A and 9A in FIG. In the guide claws 9 </ b> B and 9 </ b> B, the end of the joist 2 </ b> A is inserted and arranged when it continues in the longitudinal direction of the receiving plate 8.
The guide claws 9 </ b> C and 9 </ b> C on the other end side of the receiving plate portion 8 are disposed to face each other along the longitudinal direction of the receiving plate portion 9. Between the guide claws 9 </ b> C and 9 </ b> C, an end portion of the joist 2 </ b> B is inserted and arranged along the short direction of the receiving plate portion 9.

However, in the configuration using the support member having the receivers 6A and 6B as shown in FIGS. 13A and 13B, when the joists 2 and 2 are arranged linearly, FIG. When the joists 6A shown in FIG. 13 are used and the joists 2 and 2 are arranged orthogonally, it is necessary to use the jig 6B shown in FIG.
Then, the number of types of parts of the support member used at the construction site increases, and it takes time to arrange and manage the parts.
An object of the present invention made there is to provide a joist support member and a double floor using the joist support member, which can reduce the number of types of parts to be used and reduce the trouble of arrangement and management.

The present invention employs the following means in order to solve the above problems.
That is, the joist support member of the present invention is a receiving member that supports each end of the two joists on the upper surface, a support leg that supports the receiving member, and protrudes upward from the receiving member, A movement restricting member that restricts movement of the two joists in the width direction, and the movement restricting member is provided so that the axial direction of the joists supported by the receiving member can be switched. It is characterized by being.

According to such a joist support member, movement of the joist in the width direction is restricted by the movement restricting member when it is supported on the receiving member. Since the movement restricting member can switch the axial direction of the joist when supported on the receiving member, the joist can be supported in a plurality of different directions with one kind of joist support member.

The movement restricting member includes a first movement restricting member provided at an end portion in the first direction along the surface of the receiving member, and orthogonal to the first direction along the surface of the receiving member. A second movement restricting member provided at an end in the second direction, and the first movement restricting member and the second movement restricting member are provided to be removable from the receiving member. You may do it.
Thereby, if the first movement restricting member is removed, the joist can be inserted from the end in the first direction and supported on the receiving member when the axial direction is aligned with the first direction. If the second movement restricting member is removed, the joist can be inserted from the end in the second direction and supported on the receiving member when the axial direction is aligned with the second direction. Thus, by removing either one of the first movement restriction member and the second movement restriction member from the receiving member, the joist can be supported in a plurality of different directions on the receiving member.

The movement restricting member has a state in which an end portion in the first direction along the surface of the receiving member is closed, and an end portion in the second direction orthogonal to the first direction along the surface of the receiving member. It may be configured to be switchable in a state of closing.
Thereby, if it is set as the state which block | closes the edge part of the 1st direction of a receiving member with a movement control member, a joist can be inserted from a 2nd direction and can be supported on a receiving member. Further, when the end portion of the receiving member in the second direction is closed with the movement restricting member, the joist can be inserted from the first direction and supported on the receiving member.

Further, the movement restricting member is opposed to the fixed wall continuous in the first direction along the surface of the receiving member, with a spacing in the second direction with respect to the fixed wall, and the first direction. A plurality of guide pins provided at intervals may be provided.
Thereby, when the axial direction of the joist is matched with the first direction, the jojo is inserted between the fixed wall and the plurality of guide pins from the end in the first direction and supported on the receiving member. be able to. Further, when the axial direction of the joist is aligned with the second direction, the jojo can be inserted between two guide pins adjacent to each other and supported on the receiving member.

The double floor of the present invention is installed on the slab, as described above, when the joist support member, when the joist support member is supported on the joist support member, and the floor board material provided on the joist board, It is characterized by providing.
According to such a double floor, it is possible to support the joist in a plurality of different directions when forming the double floor with one kind of joist support member. As a result, even when the joist is arranged in various layouts, only a few kinds of joist support members may be prepared.

According to the joist support member and the double floor using the same according to the present invention, the joist support member can support the joist in a plurality of different directions when constituting the double floor. Therefore, it is possible to reduce the number of types of parts to be used, and to reduce the trouble of arrangement and management.

In this embodiment, the joist support member 20A includes a first fixed wall (movement restriction member) 31, a second fixed wall (movement restriction member) 32, and a first foldable wall (movement restriction member) as the movement restriction member 23. , A first movement restricting member) 33 and a second foldable wall (movement restricting member, second movement restricting member) 34.

The first fixed wall 31 protrudes upward from the receiving member 21 on one side in the short direction S of the receiving member 21 and is provided so as to continue over the entire length in the longitudinal direction L of the receiving member 21.

The second fixed wall 32 is formed to protrude upward from the receiving member 21 on the other side in the short direction S of the receiving member 21. The second fixed wall 32 is provided so as to continue along the longitudinal direction L only on one side in the longitudinal direction L of the receiving member 21.

The first foldable wall 33 is provided at the end 21 s on the opposite side to the side on which the second fixed wall 32 is provided in the longitudinal direction L of the receiving member 21. The first foldable wall 33 is provided so as to be orthogonal to the first fixed wall 31 and to be continuous along the short direction S of the receiving member 21.

The second foldable wall 34 is provided at the end 21 t on the other side in the short direction S of the receiving member 21. The second foldable wall 34 is provided so as to continue along the longitudinal direction L only on the other side in the longitudinal direction L of the receiving member 21.

The first foldable wall 33 and the second foldable wall 34 are formed so as to protrude from the receiving member 21 above the first fixed wall 31 and the second fixed wall 32.
Further, as shown in FIG. 3B, the first foldable wall 33 and the second foldable wall 34 are each formed with a cut 35 at the base portion on the receiving member 21 side. When the first foldable wall 33 and the second foldable wall 34 are pressed outward from the receiving member 21 by the notches 35, the first foldable wall 33 and the second foldable wall 34 are respectively pressed. It easily falls outward and can be removed from the receiving member 21.
Here, the notch 35 is located above the lower surface 21b of the receiving member 21 at a position vertically below the wall surfaces 33f and 34f facing the inner peripheral side of the receiving member 21 at the base portions of the first and second folding walls 33 and 34. It is formed in a groove shape so as to be concave toward the surface. Accordingly, the first foldable wall 33 and the second foldable wall 34 are folded together with the receiving member 21 below the first foldable wall 33 and the second foldable wall 34 by folding from the receiving member 21 at the position of the notch 35. Therefore, no burr remains on the upper surface 21 f of the receiving member 21.

The receiving member 21 and the movement restricting member 23 are preferably formed of a resin material or a metal material because the first foldable wall 33 and the second foldable wall 34 are broken.

FIG. 4 is a plan view showing a configuration in the case where two joists are supported in a straight line with the jojo support members. FIG. 5 is a plan view showing a configuration in the case where two joists are supported along the corners by the joist support members. FIG. 6 is a plan view showing a configuration in the case of supporting two joists along the projecting corners with the jojo support members.
As shown in FIG. 4, in such a joist support member 20A, if the two joists 12, 12 are arranged linearly, one side of the receiving member 21 (the lower side in FIG. 4) ), The end of the joist 12 can be inserted and held between the first fixed wall 31 and the second fixed wall 32. Accordingly, the one joist 12 is restricted from moving in the width direction because the first fixed wall 31 and the second fixed wall 32 are located on both sides along the side surface of the end of the jojo 12. The
On the other side of the receiving member 21 (upper side in FIG. 4), the first foldable wall 33 is broken and removed. Then, when the axial direction is matched with the longitudinal direction L, the joist 12 can be inserted from the end portion 21 s side in the longitudinal direction L and supported on the receiving member 21. In this state, the other joist 12 is located between the first fixed wall 31 and the second foldable wall 34, and its movement in the width direction is restricted.

Further, as shown in FIG. 5, if the two joists 12 and 12 are arranged in the corners 14 a of the wall body 14, the second foldable wall 34 is broken and removed. And the 1st fixed wall 31 and the 1st foldable wall 33 are arrange | positioned so that the wall body 14 of the both sides of the entrance corner part 14a may be met.
On one side (right side in FIG. 5) of the receiving member 21, the end of the joist 12 is inserted and held between the first fixed wall 31 and the second fixed wall 32.
On the other side (left side in FIG. 5) of the receiving member 21, the joist 12 is inserted from the end 21 t in the short direction S when the axial direction is aligned with the short direction S and supported on the receiving member 21. In this state, the other joist 12 is located between the end portion 32t of the second fixed wall 32 and the first foldable wall 33, and its movement in the width direction is restricted.

In addition, as shown in FIG. 6, if the two joists 12 and 12 are arranged in the protruding corner portion 14 b of the wall body 14, the second foldable wall 34 is folded and removed. And the receiving member 21 is arrange | positioned so that the 2nd fixed wall 32 may follow the wall body 14 of the one side of the protrusion corner part 14b.
Then, on one side of the receiving member 21 (right side in FIG. 6), one end of the joist 12 is inserted and held between the first fixed wall 31 and the second fixed wall 32.
On the other side (left side in FIG. 6) of the receiving member 21, the joist 12 is inserted from the end portion 21 t in the short direction S when the axial direction is aligned with the short direction S and supported on the receiving member 21. In this state, the other joist 12 is located between the end portion 32t of the second fixed wall 32 and the first foldable wall 33, and its movement in the width direction is restricted.

According to the joist support member 20A and the double floor 10 using the same as described above, the first foldable wall 33 and the second foldable wall 34 constituting the movement restricting member 23 are provided to be removable from the receiving member 21. Yes. Accordingly, by removing one of the first foldable wall 33 and the second foldable wall 34 from the receiving member 21, the joist 12 can be supported on the receiving member 21 in a plurality of different directions.

The movement restricting member 23 restricts the movement of the joist 12 in the width direction when supported on the receiving member 21. Since the movement restricting member 23 can switch the axial direction of the joist 12 when supported on the receiving member 21, it can support the joist 12 in a plurality of different directions with one kind of joist support member 20A. .

In this way, with one type of joist support member 20A, the joist 12 can be supported in a plurality of different directions when constituting the double floor 10, so the number of types of parts used at the construction site Can be suppressed. As a result, it is possible to reduce the trouble of arranging and managing parts.

In the first embodiment, in order to prevent the joist 12 from rattling on the receiving member 21, an elastic material such as felt or rubber is attached to the upper surface 21 f of the receiving member 21. At the same time, the joist 12 may be placed. Accordingly, even when the joist 12 is warped or twisted, it is possible to prevent the joist 12 from rattling on the receiving member 21.

In the first embodiment, the second fixed wall 32 is provided on one side of the receiving member 21 in the longitudinal direction, and the first foldable wall 33 and the second foldable wall 34 are provided on the other side. Not limited to this. Instead of the second fixed wall 32, a first foldable wall 33 and a second foldable wall 34 may be provided on one side in the longitudinal direction of the receiving member 21.

(Second Embodiment)
Next, a second embodiment of a joist support member and a double floor using the joist support member according to the present invention will be described. Note that in the second embodiment described below, the same reference numerals are given to the same components as in the first embodiment, and description thereof will be omitted.
FIG. 7 is a perspective view showing the configuration of the joist support member according to the second embodiment.
As shown in FIG. 7, the joist support member 20 </ b> B includes a receiving member 21, support legs 22, and a movement restricting member 23.
The receiving member 21 and the movement restricting member 23 are preferably formed of a resin material or a metal material.

In this embodiment, the joist support member 20 </ b> B includes a first fixed wall 31, a second fixed wall 32, and a movable wall (movement restriction member) 40 as the movement restriction member 23.

The movable wall 40 is provided so as to be rotatable around an axis orthogonal to the upper surface 21 f of the receiving member 21 via a rotating shaft 41 provided on the receiving member 21. The rotation shaft 41 is provided at the corner of the receiving member 21 opposite to the first fixed wall 31.
In the movable wall 40, a guide protrusion 42 that protrudes downward is formed on the lower surface of the tip portion opposite to the rotation shaft 41. A guide groove 44 that guides the guide protrusion 42 when the movable wall 40 rotates around the rotation shaft 41 is formed on the upper surface 21 f of the receiving member 21.

Such a movable wall 40 rotates around the rotation shaft 41 to close the end portion 21s in the longitudinal direction L (the end portion in the first direction) 21s of the receiving member 21, and the shortness of the receiving member 21. Switching is possible in a state in which the end portion (end portion in the second direction) 21t in the hand direction S is closed.

Accordingly, as shown in FIG. 4, in the case where the two joists 12 and 12 are arranged linearly, at the movable wall 40, the end portion in the short direction S of the receiving member 21 by the movement restricting member 23. Is in a state of closing. Accordingly, the joist 12 can be inserted from the longitudinal direction L and supported on the receiving member 21.
Further, as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, when the two joists 12 and 12 are arranged in the corner 14 a of the wall body 14, or when the two joists 12 and 12 are arranged on the wall body 14. When arrange | positioning in the protrusion corner part 14b, it is set as the state which closes the edge part 21s of the longitudinal direction L of the receiving member 21 with the movable wall 40. FIG. Accordingly, the joist 12 can be inserted from the short direction S and supported on the receiving member 21.

Here, the guide protrusion 42 is urged downward by a spring (not shown) or the like, and a recess (not shown) into which the guide protrusion 42 is fitted is formed on the bottom surface of the guide groove 44. May be. The recesses are positions where the guide protrusions 42 fit in the state in which the movable wall 40 closes the end portion 21s in the longitudinal direction L of the receiving member 21 and the state in which the end portion 21t in the short direction S of the receiving member 21 closes. To form. Thereby, it can prevent that the movable wall 40 moves carelessly.

According to the joist support member 20B and the double floor 10 using the joist support member 20 described above, the axial direction of the joist 12 can be switched by the movable wall 40 constituting the movement restricting member 23 when the joist support member 20 is supported on the receiving member 21. Thus, the single joist support member 20B can support the jojo 12 in a plurality of different directions. Therefore, the number of types of parts to be used can be suppressed. As a result, it is possible to reduce the trouble of arranging and managing parts.

Moreover, in the said 2nd Embodiment, although the 2nd fixed wall 32 was provided in the one side of the longitudinal direction of the receiving member 21, and the movable wall 40 was provided in the other side, it is not restricted to this. A movable wall 40 may be provided on one side of the receiving member 21 in the longitudinal direction instead of the second fixed wall 32.

(Third embodiment)
Next, a joist support member according to the present invention and a third embodiment of a double floor using the same will be described. Note that in the third embodiment described below, the same reference numerals in the drawing denote the same components as those in the first and second embodiments, and a description thereof will be omitted.
FIG. 8 is a perspective view showing the configuration of the joist support member according to the third embodiment. FIG. 9 is a plan view showing a configuration in the case where the two joists are supported in a straight line by the joist support member shown in FIG. FIG. 10 is a plan view showing a configuration in the case where the two joists are supported along the corners by the joist support member of FIG. FIG. 11 is a plan view showing a configuration in the case of supporting the two joists along the protruding corners with the joist support member of FIG.
As shown in FIG. 8, the thick joist support member 20 </ b> C includes a receiving member 21, a support leg 22, and a movement restricting member 23.

In this embodiment, the joist support member 20 </ b> C includes a first fixed wall (fixed wall) 31 and a plurality of guide pins (movement restriction members) 60 as the movement restriction member 23.

The first fixed wall 31 is formed continuously in the longitudinal direction L at one end portion in the short direction S of the receiving member 21. The plurality of guide pins 60 are arranged at intervals in the short direction S with respect to the first fixed wall 31. The plurality of guide pins 60 are provided at intervals in the longitudinal direction L.
Two guide pins 60 are provided on the receiving member 21 on one side and the other side in the longitudinal direction L, respectively. Then, on one side and the other side in the longitudinal direction L, the interval between the two guide pins 60, 60 adjacent to each other is set to be equal to or greater than the width dimension of the joist 12.

Accordingly, as shown in FIG. 9, when the two joists 12 and 12 are arranged linearly, the axial direction of the jojo 12 is matched with the longitudinal direction L, and the jojo 12 is moved in the longitudinal direction L. From the end, it is inserted between the first fixed wall 31 and the plurality of guide pins 60, 60 and supported on the receiving member 21.
Further, as shown in FIGS. 10 and 11, when the two joists 12 and 12 are arranged in the corner 14 a of the wall body 14, or when the two joists 12 and 12 are arranged on the wall body 14. In the case of arranging in the protruding corner portion 14b, the axial direction of the joist 12 is matched with the short direction S in one side (left side in FIGS. 10 and 11). At this time, the joist 12 can be inserted between the two guide pins 60 and 60 adjacent to each other and supported on the receiving member 21.

According to the joist support member 20 </ b> C and the double floor 10 using the same, the axial direction of the joist 12 is switched by the plurality of guide pins 60 constituting the movement restricting member 23 when being supported on the receiving member 21. Since it is possible, it is possible to support the joist 12 in a plurality of different directions with one kind of joist support member 20B.
