Description

The present invention relates to a water surface floating material collecting apparatus that sucks and collects floating materials such as fallen leaves floating on a water surface such as a pond.

Ornamental ponds may be built in outdoor gardens. These ponds are used as part of the garden landscape for raising corals and goldfish, and for growing lotus and other plants. In particular, a pond that is built in an outdoor garden may enter the pond if the leaves, garbage, etc. planted in the garden fall or are blown away by the wind. The leaves that fall on the pond surface sink into the water after a certain period of time, and the leaves corrode, causing the water quality of the pond to deteriorate and algae to occur, causing malodor and water turbidity. .

Therefore, a skimmer filter or the like may be used for a removal device that sucks water on the surface of a pond or the like and removes floating substances such as fallen leaves floating on the water surface. The skimmer filter in which the collection container and the water absorption device are integrated is used by adjusting the height of the water suction port formed in the main body portion to be embedded near the water surface. By sucking water in the vicinity of the water surface such as a pond, suspended matter on the water surface moves along with the flow of water on the water surface and is collected inside the collection container in the skimmer filter. Floating matter such as ponds can be collected in one place, reducing the trouble of cleaning.

In addition, for example, there is a float equipped with a skimmer tray that floats on the water surface, and a floating substance removal device in which a pump is connected by a pressure-feed line main body and a feed hose (see Patent Document 1). According to this removal device, suspended matter on the surface of the water is collected with a skimmer tray, and the water and suspended matter sucked into the pump connected to the skimmer tray, the pressure feeding line main body, and the feeding hose are pumped. And removed by a filtration device or the like connected to the pump.

Since such a floating substance removing device can collect the floating substance on the water surface before settling, it can easily collect the fallen leaves and prevent deterioration of the water quality. Moreover, since floating substances are collected in the removing device, the labor of cleaning can be saved. However, these floating substance removal devices are often large in size, and the embedding work is complicated, and the water depth for installation is sometimes required to be greater than a certain level. In addition, it is often necessary to take out the suspended matter easily collected in the water-absorbing part.

Therefore, the present invention has been proposed particularly for a pond having a shallow water depth and the like, and has proposed a water surface floating material collecting device that is difficult to block floating matter in the water absorption part and is easy to install.

Utility Model Registration No. 3153557

The floating surface collection device according to claim 1, wherein the floating portion accumulation portion is a V-shaped inner side of the partition portion.

Invention of Claim 3 concerns on the water surface floating substance collection | recovery apparatus of Claim 1 or 2 which has a standing part extended upwards from the lower end of the front opening of the said box.

A fourth aspect of the present invention relates to the water surface floating matter collecting apparatus according to any one of the first to third aspects, wherein the rising portion extends upward from the lower end of the front opening of the floating matter collecting portion.

A fifth aspect of the present invention relates to the water surface floating matter collecting apparatus according to any one of the first to fourth aspects, wherein a filter is provided behind the floating matter collecting portion.

The water surface floating substance collection device according to the invention of claim 1 is based on a box having at least a front opening and having a water absorption part connected to a water absorption pump at a rear part and a floating body pivotally supported at a lower end of the front opening of the box. The control plate is arranged so that floating matter floating on the water surface passes through the top end of the control plate, and the rear part of the control plate is removable. At least in front of the water-absorbing part of the box body, there is a floating-material collecting part in which a water-flowing part that does not collect floating substances is formed. The suspended matter can be recovered stably over time. Moreover, it is easy to install and can be used for small ponds with shallow water depth.

According to a second aspect of the present invention, in the first aspect of the present invention, in the first aspect, the suspended matter collection part is formed of a bowl-shaped body having an opening at the front part, and a planar V-shaped partition part having the front part as a tip is formed. The V-shaped outer side of the partition part is the floating substance collecting part and the V-shaped inner side of the partition part is the water passing part, so even when the floating substance collects in the floating substance collecting part, the water absorption part is difficult to clog, Floating matter can be recovered stably without stagnation of water flow.

Since the invention of claim 3 has a rising portion extending upward from the lower end of the front opening of the box in claim 1 or 2, the floating substance is less likely to enter from below the front opening. Further, water near the water surface at the upper end of the floating plate portion can be stably sucked.

Since the invention of claim 4 has a rising portion extending upward from the lower end of the front opening of the floating substance recovery part in claims 1 to 3, it is recovered when the floating substance recovery part is lifted. It can prevent the fall of the suspended matter.

According to a fifth aspect of the present invention, in the first to fourth aspects, since a filter is provided behind the suspended matter collection unit, fine dust or the like that has passed through the suspended matter collection unit can be collected.

It is a perspective view which shows the water surface floating substance collection | recovery apparatus which concerns on one Example of this invention. It is a partial cross section figure which shows the state which a control board rotates according to a water level. It is a perspective view which shows the state which removed the suspended | floating matter collection part which concerns on the Example of FIG. It is a schematic diagram which shows the movement of the floating substance which flows in into a floating substance collection | recovery part. It is a top view which shows the use condition of the Example of FIG.

FIG. 1 shows an embodiment of the water surface suspended matter recovery apparatus of the present invention. The collection device 10 includes a box 20, a control plate 30, and a suspended matter collection unit 40. The water surface floating substance collection device 10 is used by being placed in water such as a pond. It can be used for a pond having a shallower depth than the height of the side wall 21 of the box 20 of the floating surface collection apparatus 10 of the present invention, and can be appropriately changed according to the size of the pond.

The box 20 has at least a front opening 22 and a water absorption portion 28 connected to a water absorption pump at the rear portion 27. Further, an upper opening 23 can be formed in order to easily take out the suspended matter collection unit 20 described later. Since water is sucked from the front opening 22 by the water absorption pump connected to the water absorption portion 28 of the rear portion 27 of the box body 20, if the box body 20 is formed from a plate body 29 having no water permeability, the direction of water flow may be limited. Can be collected efficiently.

Since the floating plate portion 31 made of a floating body is pivotally supported at the lower end of the front opening 22 of the box 20, the floating object is moved to the front by forming a rising portion 24 extending upward from the lower end of the front opening 22. It becomes difficult to enter from the lower side of the opening 22, and it becomes difficult for the floating plate to be caught and prevent the control plate 30 from rotating. Further, water near the water surface at the upper end of the floating plate portion 31 can be stably sucked. Furthermore, if the narrow part 25 which narrows both ends of the front opening 22 that pivotally supports the floating plate part 31 is formed, the floating plate part 31 can be easily attached, and the floating material enters from the left and right ends of the floating plate part 31. It becomes difficult to do. The narrow portion 25 is desirably extended to the rear end of the movable range of the control plate 30.

The control plate 30 is arranged such that the upper end of the floating plate portion 31 is located in the vicinity of the water surface and the suspended matter floating on the water surface passes through the upper end 32 of the floating plate portion 31. The floating plate portion 31 that is pivotally supported at the lower end of the front opening 22 of the box 20 floats according to the water depth, and is held at an angle so that the upper end 32 of the floating plate portion 31 does not protrude from the water surface when water is sucked by the water absorption pump. The Thereby, the water sucked by the water suction pump from the rear of the box body 20 is in the vicinity of the water surface at the top of the floating plate portion 31, and the suspended matter moves in accordance with the flow of the water and efficiently collects the suspended matter. Can do. When the suction of the water absorption pump is stopped, the upper end 32 of the floating plate portion 31 protrudes to the water surface, and the backflow of the suspended matter in the box 20 can be prevented.

Further, as shown in FIG. 2, the upper end 32 of the floating plate portion 31 sinks from the water surface by a space L that does not protrude from the water surface due to the buoyancy of the floating plate portion 31, and the suspended matter F is the upper end of the floating plate portion 31. It passes through the space L of 32 or the water surface and flows into the box 20. When the water level changes from the water surface position Sa to the water surface position Sb, the control plate 30 rotates about the shaft support portion 33 and the position of the upper end 32 of the floating plate portion 31 moves according to the water level. For this reason, the suspended | floating matter F cannot be collect | recovered by the fluctuation | variation of a water level, and can be used stably.

The floating substance collection unit 40 is detachably disposed at the rear part of the control plate 30, and a water passage part 45 in which floating substances are not collected is formed at least in front of the water absorption part 28 of the box 20. Although not shown, the water flow part 45 may be formed so as to prevent a suspended matter from collecting by forming a plane U-shaped or semicircular partition plate. In the embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 3, the suspended matter collection unit 40 is formed so as to be separable from the box 20, and the suspended matter collection unit 40 includes a bowl-like body 41 having an open front surface 42. The bowl 41 is also formed with an open upper portion 43 so that the collected suspended matter can be easily discarded. The saddle-like body 41 is formed of a plate body in which a wire net or a punch hole is formed, and the floating body can be easily removed and cleaned by adopting a configuration in which water flows out when it is lifted. Further, by forming a rising portion 44 extending upward from the lower end of the opening of the front surface 42 of the floating substance collection unit 40, it is difficult to drop the collected floating substance when the floating substance collection unit 40 is lifted. be able to. Furthermore, if the handle part 46 is formed, it becomes easy to lift the suspended solid collection part 40.

In the suspended matter recovery part 40 of the embodiment, a flat V-shaped partition part 47 with the front part as a tip is formed, and the V-shaped outer side of the partition part 47 is used as a suspended matter accumulation part 48. The V-shaped inner side is a water passage portion 45. As shown in FIG. 4, the suspended matter flows as indicated by a thick line in the figure, and stays in the suspended matter accumulation portion 48 along the partition portion 47. By suction of the water absorption pump, water flows from the front to the rear of the suspended matter collection unit 40, and the front part is the tip, so that the suspended matter easily moves to the rear of the suspended matter accumulation unit 48 along the partition 47. . Although suspended matter stays behind the suspended matter accumulating portion 48, the suspended matter does not accumulate in the water passing portion 45 by the partition portion 47, so that suction by the suction pump is not hindered, and thus the water flow does not stagnate. The suspended matter can be recovered smoothly and stably over a long period of time.

FIG. 5 shows a usage example of the water surface suspended matter recovery apparatus 10 of the present embodiment. By the suction of the water absorption pump P connected to the water absorption portion 28 of the rear portion 27 of the box body 20, a flow of water is generated from the front to the rear of the box body 20. The water near the water surface is sucked by the floating plate portion 31 pivotally supported by the lower end of the front opening 12 of the box body 20, and the suspended matter F easily flows into the box body 10. The floating substance F passes through the upper end 32 of the floating plate part 31 and flows into the floating substance collecting unit 40 arranged at the rear part of the control plate 30. The floating substance F avoids the water passing part 45 by the partition part 47. It moves and stays in the suspended matter accumulation part 48. The floating substance F is fastened by the partition wall 45 or the rear wall 49 of the floating substance collection unit 40, and the water that has passed through the rear wall 49 or the water passage part 45 is supplied to the water absorption pump P attached to the water absorption part 28 at the rear of the box body 20. Sucked. A filter 50 may be provided at the rear portion of the suspended matter collection unit 40 in the box 20. Fine dust and the like that have passed through the suspended matter collection unit 40 can be collected. Further, when bacteria or the like are propagated on the filter 50, it is possible to improve the water quality by decomposing organic substances in the water.

The present invention has a box, a control plate, and a suspended matter recovery unit, and can be used for a pond with a shallow water depth. The floating surface collection apparatus of the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment. For example, only the partition part of the floating substance collection unit and the water flow part are formed from a plate body having water permeability such as a wire mesh.
