Description

The present invention relates to a flexible tube fixing member that fixes a flexible tube through which a cable or the like is inserted in a curved state.

Cables used for electric power, communication, and the like are inserted and installed in protective tubes for cable protection. A flexible tube is widely used as such a protective tube. The flexible tube has a bellows shape including an inner cylinder made of a soft synthetic resin and an outer layer portion made of a hard synthetic resin and spirally provided on the outer peripheral surface of the inner cylinder.

Such a flexible tube can be cut at a construction site and can be easily bent by hand.
However, the flexible tube is often formed of a material that easily returns to elasticity, such as an elastomer, and is intended to return elastic even when it is bent during construction. For example, the work performed in a state where the flexible tube is bent. There was a problem that it was difficult to do.

With respect to this problem, Patent Document 1 discloses a configuration in which the shape of the flexible tube is maintained by mounting a restriction piece made of a hard synthetic resin on the outer peripheral portion of the flexible tube along the axial direction of the flexible tube. Is disclosed. In the flexible tube whose shape is maintained in Patent Document 1, a spiral groove is formed by providing the outer layer portion in a spiral shape. By this groove, a plurality of concave strips are formed in the flexible tube at intervals along the axial direction of the flexible tube.
The restricting piece includes a plurality of protrusions along the axial direction of the flexible tube, and these protrusions are engaged with the plurality of concave portions along the axial direction of the flexible tube. For this reason, when the protrusion of the restriction piece is fitted into the concave portion on the surface of the outer layer portion of the flexible tube, the bending deformation of the flexible tube in the direction in which the concave portion narrows is restricted.
Such restricting pieces are provided at two locations in the circumferential direction facing each other across the central axis of the flexible tube. Thereby, the flexible tube can maintain the shape of the flexible tube in the direction connecting the two restricting pieces facing each other.

Japanese Patent No. 3132800

In the configuration disclosed in Patent Document 1, the flexible tube is in a direction orthogonal to the direction connecting the regulating pieces and the flexible members provided at two circumferential positions facing each other across the central axis of the flexible tube. In contrast, flexible bending deformation can be performed.
Such a configuration is used when it is inconvenient if the flexible tube is bent downward locally, such as a water distribution tube, as described in Patent Document 1. By providing restriction pieces and flexible members at two locations on the top and bottom of the flexible tube, the bending of the flexible tube in the vertical direction is restricted, and the degree of freedom in bending in the horizontal direction is increased, so that piping can be performed easily. It is.

On the other hand, when it is desired to hold the flexible tube in a curved state, the configuration disclosed in Patent Document 1 cannot fulfill its purpose.
That is, for example, there is a case where a flexible tube through a cable is horizontally arranged in the ground, and the flexible tube is raised from the ground to the ground at the connection destination of the cable. In such a case, at the time of construction, the flexible tube arranged in the horizontal direction is bent upward in the excavation hole formed in the ground, and then the excavation hole is refilled. Therefore, it is desired to restrain the flexible tube in a curved state until the excavation hole is backfilled.

However, with the configuration disclosed in Patent Document 1, it is not possible to regulate an operation that attempts to return elastically from a bent state to a straight line. Therefore, the flexible tube may be temporarily fixed, for example, by bundling it with other members around it, but this takes time and effort.

Therefore, the present invention provides a flexible tube fixing member that can easily maintain the flexible tube in a desired bent state.

The present invention employs the following means in order to solve the above problems.
The flexible tube fixing member according to the present invention extends in a band shape in one direction and is arranged along the outer peripheral side of the bending direction of the bellows-like flexible tube to be attached; Extending in a direction crossing in one direction, projecting in a direction perpendicular to both the one direction and the direction crossing the one from the gripping portion for gripping the flexible tube in the circumferential direction, and the curved holding portion; and And a plurality of engaging protrusions that are formed at intervals in the one direction and are engageable with concave portions formed in a bellows shape of the flexible tube.
As described above, the bending holding portion is arranged along the outer periphery in the bending direction of the flexible tube, and the flexible tube is bent by engaging the plurality of engaging protrusions with the plurality of concave portions of the flexible tube. It is possible to prevent the elastic recovery from the state in a straight line.
Furthermore, by gripping the flexible tube in the circumferential direction by the gripping portion, the curved holding portion can be reliably arranged on the flexible tube, and the flexible tube can be prevented from escaping in the horizontal direction.

Further, in the flexible tube fixing member according to the present invention, the grip portion further includes an inner peripheral side engagement protrusion that is engaged with the concave portion of the flexible tube on the inner peripheral side in the bending direction of the flexible tube. You may have.
By comprising in this way, a flexible tube can be reliably hold | maintained by the holding | grip direction inner peripheral side by a holding part.

Furthermore, the said holding | grip part may be integrally provided with the several inner peripheral side engaging protrusion engaged with the said several groove part located in a line with the axial direction of the said flexible tube.
As a result, the bent flexible tube can be clamped on the inner peripheral side in the bending direction and constrained to the bent state.

Further, the grip portion may be formed such that the width dimension gradually decreases as the grip portion is separated from the curved holding portion, and the grip portion itself engages with the concave portion of the flexible tube. .
As described above, the gripping portion itself engages with the concave portion of the flexible tube, whereby the flexible tube can be reliably held in the circumferential direction by the gripping portion.

Moreover, you may further provide the bundling member which linearly connects the both ends of the curved said flexible tube.
In this way, by connecting the both ends of the flexible tube bent by the binding member, the bent state of the flexible tube can be more reliably maintained.

The flexible tube fixing member according to the present invention has an effect that the flexible tube can be easily and reliably held in a desired bent state.

(First embodiment)
FIG. 1 is a half sectional view showing the configuration of the flexible tube 10 to which the flexible tube fixing member 20A is attached. FIG. 2 is a half cross-sectional view showing the outer peripheral side of the flexible tube 10 in a curved state. 3A is a diagram of the flexible tube fixing member 20A attached to the flexible tube 10 as viewed from the outer peripheral side in the bending direction, and FIG. 3B is a diagram illustrating the flexible tube fixing member 20A in the direction of the axis L1 of the flexible tube 10. It is the figure seen from. FIG. 4 is a view showing a state in which the flexible tube fixing member 20A is mounted on the flexible tube 10. As shown in FIG.
As shown in FIG. 1, the flexible tube 10 includes a tubular inner cylinder 11 and an outer layer portion 12 provided on the outer peripheral side of the inner cylinder 11.

内筒11は、エラストマー、例えば、軟質塩ビ,TPU(ポリウレタン系),TPAE(ポリアミド系)等の軟質合成樹脂からなる。 The inner cylinder 11 is made of an elastomer, for example, a soft synthetic resin such as soft vinyl chloride, TPU (polyurethane), TPAE (polyamide). The inner cylinder 11 may be formed of a tubular body having a circular cross section, or may be tubular as a whole by spirally winding a band-shaped material. Moreover, you may equip the inner peripheral side of the inner cylinder 11 with the base material not shown helically.

The outer layer portion 12 is made of a hard synthetic resin such as a PVC-based resin or a mixed PVC resin or a chlorinated PVC resin. The outer layer portion 12 has a tubular shape as a whole by spirally winding a base material 13 having the same cross section in the longitudinal direction.
The base material 13 includes a base portion 13a along the outer peripheral surface of the inner cylinder 11, a first lip portion 13b that rises in an V shape from one end of the base portion 13a to the outer peripheral side of the inner cylinder 11, and the other end of the base portion 13a. The rising portion 13c rising to the outer peripheral side of the inner cylinder 11, the outer peripheral wall portion 13d extending from the upper end of the rising portion 13c to the opposite side of the base portion 13a, and the end portion of the outer peripheral wall portion 13d opposite to the rising portion 13c A second lip portion 13e extending toward the inner peripheral side of the tube 11 is integrally provided.

Then, by overlapping the base portion 13a of one base material 13 so that the outer peripheral wall portion 13d of the other base material 13 covers the plurality of base materials 13 to each other, the outer layer portion 12 is configured. . In this state, the first lip portion 13b of one base material 13 is located between the rising portion 13c and the second lip portion 13e of the other base material 13. Further, the second lip portion 13e of the other base material 13 is located on the base portion 13a of the one base material 13 between the first lip portion 13b and the rising portion 13c.

With this configuration, a groove-shaped recess 16 is formed between the rising portion 13 c of one base material 13 and the second lip portion 13 e of the other base material 13. The recess 16 is spirally continuous along the base material 13 that is spirally wound around the outer peripheral surface of the inner cylinder 11. A plurality of concave portions 16 are formed on the outer peripheral surface of the flexible tube 10 at intervals along the direction of the axis L <b> 1 of the flexible tube 10 to form a bellows shape.

The one base material 13 and the other base material 13 are relatively slidable along the direction of the axis L <b> 1 of the inner cylinder 11. The relative movement of the one base material 13 and the other base material 13 along the axial direction of the inner cylinder 11 is such that the second lip portion 13e of the other base material 13 is the first lip of the one base material 13. It is regulated by hitting one of the part 13b and the rising part 13c.

Therefore, when the flexible tube 10 is bent, as shown in FIG. 2, on the outer peripheral side in the bending direction of the flexible tube 10, the rising portion 13 c of one base material 13 and the second base material 13 are second. The base materials 13 and 13 slide in the direction in which the lip portion 13e is separated and the width of the concave stripe portion 16 is increased. Further, on the inner peripheral side in the bending direction of the flexible tube 10, the rising portion 13 c of one base material 13 and the second lip portion 13 e of the other base material 13 approach each other, and the width of the concave stripe portion 16 is narrowed. The base materials 13 and 13 slide in the direction.

この可撓管固定部材20Aは、例えば、塩化ビニル樹脂、ポリプロピレン樹脂、ポリエチレン樹脂等の樹脂、EPDM(エチレンプロピレンジエンゴム)、SBR(スチレンブタジエンゴム、MBS(スチレンブタジエンメチルアクリレート共重合体)、AC(アクリルゴム)等の架橋ゴムあるいは、TPU(ポリウレタン系)、TPAE(ポリアミド系)、EPR(エチレンプロピレンラバー)等の熱可塑性エラストマー等の合成樹脂材料により形成するが好ましい。
In such a flexible tube 10, a flexible tube fixing member 20 </ b> A that holds the flexible tube 10 in a curved state can be attached.
As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the flexible tube fixing member 20 </ b> A is integrally provided with a main beam (curved holding portion) 21 and a support beam (gripping portion) 22. The flexible tube fixing member 20A includes, for example, resins such as vinyl chloride resin, polypropylene resin, polyethylene resin, EPDM (ethylene propylene diene rubber), SBR (styrene butadiene rubber, MBS (styrene butadiene methyl acrylate copolymer), AC It is preferably formed of a crosslinked rubber such as (acrylic rubber) or a synthetic resin material such as a thermoplastic elastomer such as TPU (polyurethane), TPAE (polyamide) or EPR (ethylene propylene rubber).

The main beam 21 is a band-shaped member having a predetermined thickness and extending in one direction. The main beam 21 extends along the direction of the axis L1 of the bent flexible tube 10 and is on the outermost peripheral portion of the flexible tube 10 in the bending direction (that is, on the surface including the axis L1 of the bent flexible tube 10). It is arranged so as to cover the outer surface).

The support beams 22 are formed so as to extend in the width direction that intersects the length direction of the main beam 21 (in the present embodiment, orthogonal) at a plurality of locations in the longitudinal direction of the main beam 21. The support beam 22 can be elastically deformed and elastically restored, and extends from the main beam 21 along both sides in the circumferential direction of the flexible tube 10 with the main beam 21 being along the outer peripheral side of the curved flexible tube 10. The shape is extended. The support beam 22 can hold the flexible tube 10 by holding it from both sides.

The main beam 21 is integrally formed with a plurality of engaging protrusions 23 that protrude in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction and the extending direction of the support beam 22 at intervals along the longitudinal direction of the main beam 21. ing. Further, as shown in FIG. 2, each engagement protrusion 23 has a thickness along the longitudinal direction of the main beam 21, and the maximum dimension of the concave portion 16 when the flexible tube 10 is bent with a predetermined curvature. And has a taper shape that gradually decreases toward the tip 23S.
Such engagement protrusions 23 can be engaged with each of the plurality of concave portions 16 formed on the outer peripheral surface of the flexible tube 10 at intervals along the direction of the axis L <b> 1 of the flexible tube 10. ing.

When the flexible tube fixing member 20A configured as described above is installed in the flexible tube 10, as shown in FIG. 4, the flexible tube fixing member is attached to the concave portion 16 of the bent flexible tube 10. The engaging projection 23 of 20A is fitted from the outermost peripheral side of the bending direction of the flexible tube 10. As a result, the flexible tube 10 tries to elastically recover from the curved state, but the plurality of engagement protrusions 23 are engaged with the concave portion 16 of the flexible tube 10 having the largest width dimension. Therefore, the width dimension of the concave line portion 16 cannot be reduced, and the bending of the flexible tube 10 is maintained.

In addition, when the flexible tube 10 is elastically restored from the curved state and the width dimension of the concave portion 16 or the concave portion 16 is reduced, the concave portion 16 or the concave portion 16 becomes the engaging protrusion 23. The flexible tube fixing member 20 </ b> A is not easily detached from the flexible tube 10 by being gripped.

Further, by winding the support beam 22 around the axis L1 of the flexible tube 10 (that is, in the circumferential direction) and fixing it, the flexible tube fixing member 20A can be prevented from being detached from the flexible tube 10, and It is possible to prevent the curved flexible tube 10 from being displaced so as to escape in the lateral direction.

Due to the functions and functions of the flexible tube 10 and the flexible tube fixing member 20A, the flexible tube fixing member 20A can prevent the flexible tube 10 from elastically returning to a linear shape from the curved state. Is obtained. Further, the flexible tube fixing member 20 </ b> A can reliably maintain the curved state of the flexible tube 10 by gripping both sides in the circumferential direction of the flexible tube 10 with the support beam 22 in addition to the main beam 21. The effect that it can be obtained.

(Modification of the first embodiment)
FIG. 5 is a view showing a first modification of the flexible tube fixing member 20A shown in the first embodiment. FIG. 5A shows the flexible tube fixing member 20A in the direction of the axis L1 of the flexible tube 10. FIG. 5B is a diagram showing a state where the flexible tube fixing member 20A is attached to the flexible tube 10. FIG.

As shown in FIG. 5, each support beam 22 of the flexible tube fixing member 20 </ b> A according to the first modification of the first embodiment is engaged with the recess 16 on the inner peripheral side in the bending direction of the flexible tube 10. An inner peripheral engagement protrusion 24 is further formed.

The inner peripheral engagement protrusion 24 is formed in accordance with the shape of the concave portion 16 on the inner peripheral side of the flexible tube 10 on which the inner peripheral engagement protrusion 24 is disposed. And since the engagement protrusion 23 is distribute | arranged to the outermost periphery part of the flexible tube 10, and it fixes so that the width dimension of the concave-line part 16 may not shrink | contract, the inner periphery side engagement protrusion 24 is width dimension and shape. Are firmly engaged with and fixed to the concave portion 16 on the inner peripheral side.

Therefore, the flexible tube fixing member 20A of the first modification has an effect that the flexible tube 10 can be held more reliably.

FIG. 6 is a view showing a second modification of the flexible tube fixing member 20A shown in the first embodiment, and is a view showing a state in which the flexible tube fixing member 20A is attached to the flexible tube 10. FIG. .
As shown in FIG. 6, the support beam 22 is formed such that the width dimension gradually decreases as the distance from the main beam 21 increases, and the support beam 22 itself engages with the concave portion 16 of the flexible tube 10. It has become.

The flexible tube fixing member 20 </ b> A of the present modification has an effect that the flexible tube 10 can be held more reliably by the support beam 22 being engaged in a wide range in the circumferential direction of the concave portion 16. .

FIG. 7 is a view showing a third modification of the flexible tube fixing member shown in the first embodiment, and is a view showing a state in which the flexible tube fixing member 20 </ b> A is attached to the flexible tube 10.
As shown in FIG. 7, the support beam 22 includes a branch portion 25 that branches in a T-shape at the tip and extends along the inner circumferential side of the curved flexible tube 10. A plurality of inner peripheral side engaging projections 26 that are engaged with a plurality of concave line portions 16 aligned in the direction of the ten axial lines L1 are integrally provided.

According to this configuration, the bent flexible tube 10 is clamped on the inner peripheral side in the bending direction by the inner peripheral engagement protrusions 26 engaged with the plurality of concave strips 16 arranged in the direction of the axis L1 of the flexible tube 10. Is done. Thereby, the flexible tube 10 can be maintained in a curved state on the inner peripheral side in the bending direction. Accordingly, the flexible tube 10 in the curved state can be more reliably restrained and fixed by the flexible tube fixing member 20A.

(Second Embodiment)
Next, a flexible tube fixing member 20B according to a second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. Note that in the second embodiment described below, the same reference numerals are given to the same components as in the first embodiment, and description thereof will be omitted.
FIG. 8 is a view showing a state in which the flexible tube fixing member 20B is attached to the flexible tube 10. As shown in FIG.
The flexible tube fixing member 20B according to the present embodiment connects both ends 10a and 10a of the curved flexible tube 10 in addition to the same configuration as the flexible tube fixing member 20A described in the first embodiment. A bundling member 30 is provided.

The bundling member 30 adjusts the length of the belt 32, the fixing portions 31 and 31 fixed to the both ends 10 a and 10 a of the flexible tube 10, the belt 32 that linearly connects the fixing portions 31 and 31, and the length of the belt 32. A buckle portion 33.

The fixing portions 31 and 31 can be formed by an annular belt or the like so as to be wound around both end portions 10 a and 10 a of the flexible tube 10.
As long as the length of the belt 32 can be adjusted, the buckle part 33 may be of any existing configuration.

In such a binding member 30, the length (tension) of the belt 32 is adjusted by the buckle portion 33 in a state in which the fixing portions 31 and 31 are fixed to the both end portions 10 a and 10 a of the flexible tube 10. The flexible tube 10 is fixed so that is in a predetermined bending state (bending angle).

According to the flexible tube fixing member 20 </ b> B including the binding member 30, the main beam 21 and the support beam 22 support the holding of the flexible tube 10 in a curved state, and the binding member 30 supports both ends of the flexible tube 10. The interval between the portions 10a and 10a is fixed. As a result, the flexible tube 10 can be more reliably restrained in a curved state.

(Third embodiment)
Next, a flexible tube fixing member 20C according to a third embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. Note that in the third embodiment described below, components that are the same as those in the first embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals in the drawings, and description thereof is omitted.
9A and 9B are diagrams showing the flexible tube fixing member 20C, in which FIG. 9A is a perspective view of the flexible tube fixing member 20C, and FIG. 9B shows a state where the flexible tube fixing member 20C is attached to the flexible tube. FIG.
As shown in FIG. 9, the flexible tube fixing member 20C according to the present embodiment is a half-tube having a C-shaped cross section, and the other ends from the one end 20d so as to follow the outer peripheral side of the curved flexible tube 10. It is curved in an arc shape toward the end 20e.

The flexible tube fixing member 20 </ b> C comes into contact with the outer peripheral surface of the flexible tube 10 whose inner peripheral surface 40 is curved. In the flexible tube fixing member 20 </ b> C, a portion along the outermost peripheral portion of the curved flexible tube 10 in the bending direction is a curved holding portion 41, and portions extending from the curved holding portion 41 to both sides in the circumferential direction of the flexible tube 10. The grip 42 is used.

A portion of the inner peripheral surface 40 corresponding to the curved holding portion 41 protrudes toward the inner peripheral side in the bending direction of the flexible tube 10 and engages with each of the plurality of concave strip portions 16 on the outer peripheral surface of the flexible tube 10. A plurality of engaging projections 23 are formed.

Since such a flexible tube fixing member 20C has a curved half-tubular shape, the flexible tube 10 is held by gripping the curved flexible tube 10 on both the outer peripheral side in the bending direction and the both sides in the circumferential direction. The curved state can be reliably held. Furthermore, by engaging the plurality of engaging protrusions 23 with the plurality of concave portions 16 of the flexible tube 10, it is possible to more reliably prevent the flexible tube 10 from extending from a curved state.

In addition, such a flexible tube fixing member 20C can be fitted into the curved flexible tube 10 from the outer peripheral side in the bending direction with one touch.
Therefore, the flexible tube fixing member 20 </ b> C can be easily fitted into the flexible tube 10, and the desired bending state can be easily maintained.

(Modification of the third embodiment)
FIG. 10 is a view showing a modified example of the flexible tube fixing member 20C shown in the third embodiment. FIG. 10A is a perspective view of the divided body 50 constituting the flexible tube fixing member 20C. FIG. 4B is a diagram illustrating a state where the flexible tube fixing member 20C is attached to the flexible tube 10.
As shown in FIG. 10, the flexible tube fixing member 20 </ b> C includes a divided body 50 that is divided into a plurality of pieces along the direction in which the flexible tube 10 continues.

Each divided body 50 has a half tubular shape having a C-shaped cross section. Each divided body 50 comes into contact with the outer peripheral surface of the flexible tube 10 whose inner peripheral surface 50f is curved.

A trapezoidal convex portion 51 is formed at one end of the divided body 50, and a trapezoidal concave portion 52 is formed at the other end. The divided bodies 50 adjacent to each other are fitted on the concave portions 52 of the one divided body 50 with the convex portions 51 of the other divided body 50, so that the flexible tubes 10 Bend along 10 and connect.

Thus, by bending and connecting the plurality of divided bodies 50, the flexible tube fixing member 20C is disposed so as to bend along the outer circumferential side of the flexible tube 10 in the bending direction.

In the flexible tube fixing member 20 </ b> C composed of the plurality of divided bodies 50, a portion along the outermost peripheral side of the curved flexible tube 10 in the bending direction is the curved holding portion 41, and the flexible tube 10 is bent from the curved holding portion 41. The portions extending on both sides in the circumferential direction are the grip portions 42.
Then, the portion corresponding to the curved holding portion 41 on the inner peripheral surface 50 f protrudes toward the inner peripheral side in the bending direction of the flexible tube 10 and engages with each of the plurality of concave strip portions 16 on the outer peripheral surface of the flexible tube 10. A plurality of engaging projections 23 are formed.

In the flexible tube fixing member 20 </ b> C in this modification, the plurality of engagement protrusions 23 formed in each divided body 50 are engaged with the plurality of concave portions 16 of the flexible tube 10, so that the flexible tube 10 is It can prevent more reliably trying to extend from the curved state. And the flexible tube fixing member 20C can hold | maintain the curved flexible tube 10 reliably by supporting the curved flexible tube 10 in a curved direction outer peripheral side and the circumferential direction both sides.

Therefore, according to the flexible tube fixing member 20C, the flexible tube 10 can be easily restrained in a desired bent state.
As described above, the flexible tube fixing members 20A to 20C and the modified examples of the present invention can easily restrain the flexible tube 10 in a desired bending state, particularly in a bending state in which it rises vertically from the horizontal. There is an effect.

In addition to this, the configuration described in the above embodiment can be selected or changed to another configuration as appropriate without departing from the gist of the present invention.
