前記コンベアの上流側に配設されて、前記豆腐生地を搬送して前記反転枠に収容させる搬入装置と、
前記コンベアの下流側に配設されて、前記反転枠から取り出した前記豆腐生地を送り出す搬出装置と、を備え、
前記コンベアは、上流端部に配設され、前記豆腐生地を収容した前記反転枠の上下方向を反転させる反転機構と、下流端部に配設され、前記豆腐生地が搬出されて空となった上下反転した前記反転枠を更に反転させて前記豆腐生地を収容可能な状態に戻す復帰機構と、を備えることを特徴とする豆腐生地の反転装置。
