Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to an apparatus for forming an opening perforation for a bag-like package in which an item to be packaged is stored and whose upper opening is sealed, and in particular, a transport mechanism and a perforation forming mechanism for the package. It is related with the apparatus which forms a perforation automatically during conveyance of a package.
A single-packed bag (hereinafter referred to as a “small bag”) in which ingredients such as seasonings and ingredients are sealed is sold in the form of being enclosed in a food body package, and a plurality of small bags. Is sold in a bag-like package.
Here, the bag-shaped package utilized for the latter form is demonstrated.
FIG. 8 is a schematic diagram showing an example of a bag-shaped package sold in a state where a plurality of small bags are accommodated, and FIG. 8 (A) is before the upper opening of the package 1 is sealed. FIG. 8B is a perspective view showing a state in which the opening is sealed, and FIG. 8C is a front view of FIG. 8B.
The package 1 formed in a shape similar to this shape is used in a milk pack or the like, but when used as a product containing a plurality of sachets, as shown in FIG. After a plurality of sachets 1A (in this example, sachets sealed with “sprinkle”) are accommodated in a substantially rectangular parallelepiped accommodating portion, the upper protruding portion 1a and its lower portion are As shown in FIGS. 8B and 8C, the upper protruding portion 1a is sold in a state of being flatly sealed by heat welding or adhesion as shown in FIGS. 8B and 8C.
In such a package 1, as shown in FIGS. 8A and 8B, a perforation line 1b for cutting is printed in advance, for example, at a site directly below the lower end of the upper protruding portion 1a. And the person who purchased the package 1 cuts out using the scissors and the cutter along the perforation line 1b shown in FIG. 8 (B), and the part (gazette part) folded inwardly in the V shape is outside. When opened, the entire shape of the package 1 is a rectangular parallelepiped, so that the pouch 1A can be easily taken out from the rectangular take-out opening.
In other words, the package 1 illustrated in FIG. 8 is a package that accommodates a plurality of articles 1A that are used when needed individually, and is a portion cut along the perforated line 1b (this example). Then, the portion of the gusset portion below the upper protruding portion 1a) becomes a rectangular extraction opening 1c, which can be said to be a package that can be used as a storage container for storing the article 1A.
Such a package is formed of a predetermined packaging material such as synthetic resin or paper. In addition to the type of cutting with scissors or the like, there are a type that opens by pulling the sealed upper protruding portion 1a from both sides, and a type that opens by cutting from a notch portion. In the case of two types of packages, depending on the material of the bag and the welded state of the seal portion, the package may not open unless it is pulled forcefully, or other parts may be torn.
By the way, conventionally, there is a package in which an opening perforation composed of dotted cuts and dotted holes is formed instead of printed perforations, and many devices for forming the perforations have been proposed. Yes. However, the target for forming the perforation is to form a perforation in the horizontal seal portion for a strip-shaped film (for example, a continuous package in which a plurality of sachets are continuous through the horizontal seal portion) fed from a film roll. Most of them are made (see, for example, Patent Documents 1 to 3).
On the other hand, a perforation forming apparatus for a bag-like package as illustrated in FIGS. 8A to 8C has also been proposed, but a conventional apparatus has a plurality of articles (for example, “disposable diapers”). ")" Is a device for forming perforations in the packaging material before being accommodated (see, for example, Patent Document 4).
As described above, in a device for forming a perforation in a seal part of a continuous package in which a plurality of articles (small sachets) are connected via a lateral seal part, or in a flat package before an article is stored On the other hand, many apparatuses for forming perforations have been proposed.
However, an apparatus for forming a perforation for opening a package after an article (packaged object) is accommodated and the upper opening is sealed does not seem to be proposed at present.
In particular, for the bag-like package 1 having a substantially rectangular parallelepiped accommodation portion as illustrated in FIG. 8B, the lower end of the upper protruding portion 1a and the accommodation portion are being conveyed by the conveyance means such as a belt conveyor. If the perforation is automatically formed between the two, the direction and positioning of the perforation forming part may be difficult, and an effective perforation forming apparatus has not been realized.
The present invention has been made in view of the above-described problems, and an object of the present invention is to form a bag after an article to be packaged is accommodated in a substantially rectangular parallelepiped accommodating portion and the upper opening is sealed. It is an object of the present invention to provide a perforation forming apparatus capable of automatically forming an opening perforation accurately and without damaging other parts during transportation of the package.

Here, the guide for adjusting the position and direction of the protrusion 1a with respect to the package 1 conveyed from the upstream side will be described.
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 3, the guide guide 29 is composed of a pair of guides arranged to face each other with the conveyance path of the package 1 interposed therebetween. The pair of guides are formed of a material having a small friction coefficient, and a portion formed in a reverse C shape in plan view (referred to as a “package receiving portion”) and an upper protruding portion 1 a of the package 1. And a portion (referred to as an “upper protrusion guide portion”) disposed opposite to each other with a gap slightly larger than the thickness of the first portion.
Here, the effect of the guide guide 29 is demonstrated.
In FIG. 1, when the package 1 (1 </ b> A) is conveyed in an oblique direction, for example, in the direction of the arrow A, the vertical surface of the upper protruding portion 1 a is an inverted C-shaped portion of the guide guide 29. It is conveyed while contacting the surface and changing the direction of the surface. Thereby, the position of the protruding portion 1a with respect to the conveyance path width direction and the orientation of the surface of the protruding portion 1a are generally adjusted to the reference position and orientation (see the state of the package 1 (1B) in FIG. 1). .
Thereafter, the package unit 1 is installed with the blade unit 42 while the position and orientation of the protruding portion 1a are adjusted to the correct position and orientation by being conveyed by the first and second conveying means described above. To the perforation forming area.
<Sensor configuration>
A sensor 3 in FIG. 2 is a sensor for detecting the package 1, and is constituted by, for example, a light projecting / receiving sensor. In the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 1, the light projecting sensor 31 and the light receiving sensor 32 are configured to face each other on the upstream side of the perforation forming area with the conveyance path of the package 1 interposed therebetween.
When the sensor 3 detects the arrival of the front end of the package 1, the detection signal is sent to the control means so that perforation formation control is executed.
<Structure of perforation formation mechanism>
FIG. 4 is a front view schematically showing a configuration example of a perforation forming mechanism according to the present invention.
4, the perforation forming mechanism 4 includes a blade unit 42 on which a perforation forming blade 42a that can be controlled to move in the vertical and parallel directions along the LM guide 41, a drive motor 43 for the blade unit 42, A stopper 44 for stopping the forward movement of the base portion 42b of the blade unit 42 to the package 1 side and a perforation forming blade 42a sandwiching the conveyance path, the upper protruding portion of the package 1 being conveyed The blade receiving portion 45 is disposed so as to face the position close to the vertical surface, and the pressing guides 46 (a, b) for pressing down a portion below the perforation forming portion of the package 1 from both sides.
<Presser guide 46>
Here, the effect of the pressing guide 46 will be described with reference to FIG.
In this example, in the package 1, the shape of the non-accommodating portion 1d formed by the protruding portion 1a and the space immediately below it has a substantially inverted Y shape when viewed from the front. A perforation is formed in the non-flat portion (inverted Y-shaped inclined portion) 1d of the package 1.
In that case, since the perforation forming portion is inclined (see the perforation line 1b of the package 1 in FIG. 8B), if the perforation is to be formed in this state, the perforation is moved away from the predetermined position. There is a possibility that an eye is formed or the perforation forming blade 42a is caught by the package 1 and a part thereof is torn.
Therefore, in the present embodiment, the inverted Y-shaped inclined portion 1b, which is a non-flat portion of the package 1, is pressed from both sides by pressing guides 46 (a, b), as shown in FIG. In addition, the shape 1d of the inclined portion is deformed as the shape 1d ′, so that the perforation forming portion 1b located at the inclined portion appears on the vertical surface below the protruding portion.
In other words, the pressing guide 46 (a, b) presses a portion (a non-flat portion in this example) between the protruding portion 1a and the accommodating portion of the package 1 from both sides, thereby forming a perforation forming portion. It is comprised so that the effect | action to stretch may be brought about.
In this embodiment, the pressing guides 46 (a, b) that provide the stretching action are fixedly provided via a support member. However, a configuration that can control reciprocation in the horizontal direction or the vertical direction is possible. It is also good.
<Configuration of control means>
The control unit is a control unit that controls the operation of the entire apparatus, and includes a CPU and software.
The control means performs control to form the perforation by controlling the operation of the blade unit 42 based on the detection signal of the sensor 3.
Specifically, the control means detects that the package 1 has been conveyed to the perforation forming area based on the detection signal of the sensor, and the blade unit is in the same direction and at the same speed as the package 1 being conveyed. 42a is moved, and for example, the perforation forming blade 42a is perpendicular to the surface of the protruding portion 1a of the package 1 at a timing when the protruding portion 1a is conveyed to a predetermined position (for example, the position of the blade receiving portion 45). Then, control is performed to automatically form a perforation for opening between the projecting portion 1a of the package 1 and the accommodating portion by making it appear and retract (reciprocate) at a speed faster than the above speed. In the case of a package with a chuck that enables re-sealing and re-sealing of the bag after opening, the opening perforation is formed between the protruding portion 1a of the package 1 and the chuck portion. .
<About the trajectory of the perforation forming blade 42a>
In the present embodiment, when the perforation is formed, the blade unit 42 to which the comb-shaped blade 42a is attached is moved in the X direction parallel to the package transport direction and the vertical surface of the package (in FIG. 4). The surface of the package 1 is reciprocated in the Y direction perpendicular to the surface of the protrusion 1a.
Here, the locus of the perforation forming blade 42a will be described with reference to FIG.
FIG. 6 is a schematic diagram showing the trajectory of the perforation forming blade 42a according to the present invention. Reference numeral 42L in FIG. 6 shows the trajectory of the blade unit 42, and reference numeral 42aL is attached to the blade unit 42. The locus of the cutting edge of the perforation forming blade 42a is shown.
The trajectory of the rotation of the perforation forming blade 42a is mostly circular, but the blade 42a is shaped like a comb, so that the circular motion of the blade 42a to the perforation forming portion of the package 1 remains unchanged. Does not go in and out smoothly during insertion and ejection. Therefore, in the present embodiment, Y along the rail 41a of the LM guide 41 so that the trajectory of the cutting edge of the perforation forming blade 42a becomes a trajectory 42aL combining a circular arc and a straight line as shown in FIG. By reciprocating the blade unit 42 in the direction and the X direction, the blade 42a can smoothly enter and exit from the perforation forming portion of the package 1.
More specifically, after the base 42 b of the blade unit 42 collides with the stopper 44 in FIG. 6, the portion of the blade unit 42 above the LM guide 41 stops moving forward and moves parallel to the transport direction of the package 1. By doing so, the problem at the time of forming a perforation during conveyance of the package 1 with circular motion is solved. Further, in the present embodiment, as illustrated in FIG. 4, the blade receiving portion 45 disposed at a position close to the vertical surface of the upper protruding portion of the package 1 is provided, and the perforation is formed more smoothly. I am doing so. That is, the perforation is smoothly formed by suppressing the vertical movement of the perforation forming blade 42 a and the protruding portion 1 a of the package 1 by the blade receiving portion 45.
Here, the operation control of the perforation forming blade 42a will be described.
<Operation control of perforated blade>
The control means described above has a pulse train control function that changes the speed of the rotational movement (in this example, arc movement and linear movement in the X and Y directions) of the perforation forming blade 42a.
Specifically, the control means designates the rotation speed of the motor 43 shown in FIG. 4 by the parameter of the pulse train control, and at first, the perforation forming blade is faster than the conveyor conveyance speed (= moving speed of the conveyed object 1). 42a is rotated, and the perforation forming blade 42a is decelerated from the angle immediately before the perforation forming portion 1b immediately below the protruding portion 1a is stabbed to the same speed as the conveyor, and the perforation forming blade 42a passes through the perforation forming portion 1b. A function of pulse train control of the rotational speed of the motor 43 is provided so as to accelerate immediately after that and return to the original speed.
An operation example (overall processing flow) of the perforation forming apparatus according to the present invention having the above-described configuration will be described along the flow of the flowchart of FIG. Here, the configuration and operation already described are simplified or omitted, and a main operation example related to the formation of perforations will be described.
First, the control means of the perforation forming apparatus activates the conveyor in accordance with an operator's operation or a command from an external computer (step S1). Then, when the package 1 as a work is put on the conveyor by a robot or by hand, the lower side and the left and right sides of the package 1 are covered with the conveyor belts 21, 22, and 23 as illustrated in FIG. The package 1 is conveyed in the state, and is conveyed while sandwiching the protruding portion 1a of the package 1 by the conveyance belt 24 and the conveyance roller 25 (step S2).
When the package 1 sent toward the perforation forming area is detected by the sensor 3 (step S3), the control means sends a drive command to the motor 43 of the perforation forming mechanism 4 to send the blade unit 42. The rotation operation (movement operation in the X and Y directions) is started (step S4), the blade 42a of the blade unit is moved in the same direction and at the same speed as the package 1 being conveyed, and the protruding portion 1a is in a predetermined position. At the time of conveyance, the blade 42a is reciprocated in the direction perpendicular to the surface of the protrusion 1a.
That is, the perforation forming blade 42a cuts substantially perpendicularly to the package 1 being transported, so that a perforation is made in the perforation forming portion 1b (see FIG. 8B) of the package 1.
At this time, the protruding portion 1a is gripped from the left and right by the fourth conveyor belt 24 so that the blade 42a does not lose the resistance when cutting the perforation forming portion 1b, and the above-described pressing guide 46 (46a, 46b). By pushing down below the protrusion 1a, the perforation forming portion 1b is stretched to facilitate the formation of perforations (step S4).
When the perforation is formed in step S4, the work (package 1) is discharged out of the perforation forming area, and the perforation forming operation of the work is finished. Then, the process returns to step 2 to repeat the process for the next workpiece.
In addition, the workpiece | work in which the perforation was formed is shipped after being packed in a box, for example with the boxing apparatus provided in the downstream of the conveyor.
As described above, according to the present invention, at the time of perforation formation on a package, the cutter (perforation forming blade) moves in the same direction as the package being moved, and in the meantime, against the protruding portion of the package Therefore, when entering the package, the cutter smoothly penetrates the blade from the blade edge of the cutter part and protrudes to the back side, and exits from the package. Even at the time, the cutter blade part is smoothly withdrawn without being caught on the package. Thereby, the narrow perforation corresponding to the blade width of the cutter is reliably formed in the width direction of the package.
In the above-described embodiment, the case where the perforation is formed is described as an example for the bag-shaped package having the shape illustrated in FIG. 8, but the shape of the target package is FIG. 8. It is not limited to the example. For example, a package having a pair of opposed side surfaces parallel to each other, such as a package having no gusset portion or a package having an elliptical or hexagonal cross section in the horizontal direction. The perforation forming apparatus according to the present invention is a self-supporting package having a flat seal portion (referred to as an “upward protruding portion”) in which the opening portion is sealed in a direction parallel to the pair of surfaces. It can be suitably applied.
In addition, the article contained in the package is preferably a plurality of sachets (sealed sachets 1A as illustrated in FIG. 8B) in which foods such as seasonings are sealed and packaged inside individual bags. However, the perforated material forming apparatus according to the present invention is preferably used as long as the articles to be packaged are not limited to a plurality of sachets or foods but are used at the time when each is necessary. Can be applied.
