本発明に係る琺瑯引き気密端子40は、図4に示すように鉄または鉄合金の金属外環41と、金属外環41に挿通したリード42と、金属外環41とリード42とを気密に封着した絶縁ガラス43とを備え、金属外環41およびリード42は、所望の面に琺瑯などのガラスフリット焼成膜46を設けたことを特徴とする。金属外環41は、貫通孔の周囲を上下面ともガラスフリット焼成膜46で被覆し、リード42は、琺瑯が貫通孔から上下の軸方向に突出するようにガラスフリット焼成膜46を設け、絶縁ガラス43で金属外環41とリード42とを封着している。図4の例では、金属外環41とリード42の上下面ともガラスフリット焼成膜46を設けているが、金属外環41とリード42に施すガラスフリット焼成膜46は、必要に応じて何れか片側のみとしてもよい。また、図示しないが、ガラスフリット焼成膜46を施す金属外環41やリード42の表面を予めひだ状や段状に加工して沿面距離拡張手段としてもよい。   As shown in FIG. 4, the pulling airtight terminal 40 according to the present invention airtightly connects an iron or iron alloy metal outer ring 41, a lead 42 inserted through the metal outer ring 41, and the metal outer ring 41 and the lead 42. 本発明に係る琺瑯引き気密端子50は、図5に示すように複数の貫通孔と周壁にフランジを設けた鉄または鉄合金の金属外環51と、金属外環51の貫通孔に挿通した複数のリード52と、金属外環51とリード52とを気密に封着した絶縁ガラス53とを備え、金属外環51は、所望の面に琺瑯などのガラスフリット焼成膜56を施したことを特徴とする。図5の例では、金属外環51の下面側のみに部分的にガラスフリット焼成膜56を設けているが、この気密端子を密閉容器等に取り付ける際の溶接代とリード52を除いて、表面全部をガラスフリット焼成膜56で被覆してもよい。図示しないが、さらに必要なら下面側のリード52の所望の周壁面に、図4の如く貫通孔からリード52の軸方向に琺瑯が突出するようにガラスフリット焼成膜56を設けてもよい。また、ガラスフリット焼成膜56を施した金属外環51やリード52の下地表面を予めひだ状や段状に加工して沿面距離拡張手段としてもよい。   As shown in FIG. 5, the lead-tight airtight terminal 50 according to the present invention includes a plurality of through-holes and a metal outer ring 51 made of iron or iron alloy having a flange on the peripheral wall, and a plurality of through-holes inserted in the metal outer ring 51.
