The liquid ejecting apparatus is not particularly limited, but a functional liquid is applied to a recording apparatus that records an image by ejecting ink onto a recording medium such as cardboard or a plastic plate, or a glass substrate. A functional liquid droplet ejection apparatus that ejects the liquid can be exemplified. In the former case, as the ink, for example, an electromagnetic curable ink that is cured by irradiation with X-rays, ultraviolet rays, visible rays, infrared rays, or the like can be used in addition to general water-based inks and oil-based inks. In the latter case, as the functional liquid, for example, a liquid crystal display device forming material for forming a liquid crystal display device, an organic EL forming material for forming an organic EL display device, and a wiring pattern of an electronic circuit are formed. This is a wiring pattern forming material.
The liquid ejecting unit is not particularly limited, and, for example, a unit that ejects liquid by an ink jet method can be used.
For example, an ionizer can be used as the ion generator. As the ionizer, various types such as a corona discharge type and an X-ray irradiation type can be used.
