Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a bee repellent method using an incense stick.
About 3000 types of bees are known in Japan, of which about 20 types have a strong bite. In recent years, residential areas such as hilly areas around cities have been developed, and human damage due to bees with strong bites has increased. Along with this, many bee control products such as aerosols are commercially available.
Conventionally, various studies have been conducted on the removal of bees. In particular, the use of a fast-acting drug is required, for example, 4-methoxymethyl-2,3,5,6-tetrafluorobenzyl 3- (2-cyano-1-propenyl) -2,2-dimethylcyclopropane There has been proposed a bee action terminator containing botoxylate as an active ingredient (Patent Document 1). In addition to this, as a bee-controlling composition having a rapid effect, a composition containing metofluthrin and tetramethrin as active ingredients is disclosed, both of which are intended to have a rapid effect (Patent Document 2).
In products that mainly consider such extermination, it seems that it is easy to use from the general user because it seems to actively kill insects at first glance, but it also involves the danger of a counterattack from bees. There are parts that cannot be said to be a good method as a method of implementation by a person.
For this reason, it was thought that the general public would prefer a method that does not remove the bees aggressively but rather creates a space where the bees do not come.
Under such circumstances, the present applicant discloses a spiral incense containing an active ingredient using a specific combustion base material and a specific vapor pressure as a mosquito coil incense suitable for outdoor use. (Cited document 3). This mosquito coil has been disclosed for use in a wide space or outdoors, and basically exhibits excellent effects against insect pests such as mosquitoes, but it is effective against larger insects such as bees. It was thought that more detailed examination was necessary for effective usage.
An object of the present invention is to provide a bee repelling method using an incense stick outdoors mainly for the purpose of avoiding bees.

By using the bee repellent method of the present invention, it is possible not only to keep the bees around the place but also to provide a place where the bee should be repelled for a certain period of time during and after use. The practicality is extremely high.
Any pyrethroid compound can be used as the pyrethroid insecticide used in the present invention. Examples of pyrethroid insecticidal components include imiprothrin, phenothrin, ciphenothrin, permethrin, cypermethrin, cyfluthrin, tralomethrin, phthalthrin, resmethrin, allethrin, praretrin, framethrin, transfluthrin, methofultrin, profluthrin, etofenprox, etc.
Among these, it is preferable to contain at least one of allethrin, transfluthrin, metfurthrin, and praretrin. These compounds have higher volatility compared with other pyrethroid insecticides and are suitable for the incense used in the present invention.
In addition, these pyrethroid insecticide components may contain various stereoisomers and geometric isomers in the molecule, and it is a matter of course that any of these isomers is also included in the present invention.
The concentration of the pyrethroid insecticidal component may be the concentration used for ordinary mosquito coils, but a higher setting is preferred from the standpoint of efficacy. A general mosquito coil is used at a concentration of 0.01 to 1.0% by mass, although it is appropriately changed depending on the type of active ingredient. The concentration of the active ingredient used in the present invention is preferably 0.02 to 2.0% by mass.
As an incense stick base material used by this invention, all the incense stick base materials used with a normal incense stick can be used. These incense base materials include pesticide chrysanthemum extract powder, fir, toga, cypress, tea, coconut shell powder, tub powder, citrus skin powder, diatomaceous earth, clay, kaolin, talc mineral powder, or Examples include ash.
As the paraffinic solvent having a boiling point of 200 ° C. or higher, various paraffinic solvents can be used, and either normal paraffin or isoparaffin can be used. In the present invention, normal paraffin is more preferable. Normal paraffin is excellent in combustibility when incense is burned, and more excellent in moldability when producing incense.
The normal paraffin referred to in the present invention can be either liquid or solid, but liquid normal paraffin is more preferably used. The normal paraffin includes liquid paraffin and light liquid paraffin, but is not particularly limited thereto.
The blending amount of the paraffinic solvent into the incense can be appropriately determined according to the combustibility and the amount of smoke generated. However, from the viewpoint of the inflammability of the incense stick, if the amount used is too large, the possibility of disappearance increases, so the blending amount to the incense stick is preferably 0.1 to 20% by mass in the incense stick. 3-12 mass% is more preferable. Below these concentrations, the effect of smoke generation is poor, and even when an amount higher than this is added, not only smoke generation is not expected, but there is a possibility that problems such as extinction and incense moldability may occur.
In addition, the blending ratio of the pyrethroid insecticidal component and the paraffinic solvent to the bee incense is also an important factor, and the ratio of both components is as follows. It is preferably about 01 to 1.0. If the ratio is lower than this, even if smoke is emitted, the pyrethroid insecticidal component in the smoke is low, so the effect is difficult to expect, and at most, the diffusibility and the adhesion effect may be lowered.
Furthermore, the fragrance | flavor used by this invention can mix | blend various fragrance | flavor components with a boiling point of 250 degreeC or more and 400 degrees C or less. In addition to enhancing the volatilization performance of the paraffinic solvent by blending the fragrance, the fragrance diffuses during combustion, thereby enhancing and sustaining the repellent effect of the pyrethroid insecticide component, which is an active ingredient, on bees.
Any of various flavor components having a boiling point of 250 ° C. or higher and 400 ° C. or lower can be used. Various perfume ingredients having a boiling point of 250 ° C. or more and 400 ° C. or less include galaxolide, musk ketone, hexyl cinnamic aldehyde, ethylene brushate, methyl atrate, hexyl salicylate, tricyclodecenyl acetate, oranger crystal, ambroxan , Cachemelan, caron, heliotropin, dihydroindenyl-2,4-dioxane, indole, methyl cedryl ketone, methyl β-naphthyl ketone, methyl dihydrojasmonate, rosephenone, coumarin, vanillin, stylus resinoid, iso -I-super (7-acetyl-1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8-octahydro-1,1,6,7-tetramethylnaphthalene), benzyl benzoate, benzyl salicylate, ionone, Lily Aldehyde, and is preferably at least one selected from isolongifolol Hora Non.
These perfume ingredients can be used alone or in combination of two or more.
Further, if necessary, a fragrance component having a boiling point of less than 250 ° C. can be further added to the extent that the object of the present invention is not impaired, and the volatility of the fragrance component can be adjusted.
When these various fragrance ingredients are blended with incense, they contribute to improving the diffusibility and adhesion of pyrethroid insecticides, which are active ingredients during combustion, thereby preventing bees from being moored on the wall surface. Was recognized.
The blending amount of these fragrance components is not particularly limited, but is preferably 0.01 to 5% by mass. If the amount is less than 0.01% by mass, the above effect is not recognized, and even if the amount exceeds 5% by mass, the effect cannot be expected, and the incense stick may disappear.
The use of the paraffinic solvent and the fragrance component is preferably 0.1 to 25% by mass as the total amount of both components, although it depends on the relationship with the amount of pyrethroid insecticide used. It is more preferable that it is 3-15 mass%. If the amount used is small, these effects are not recognized, and if the amount used is too large, it may disappear, the surface temperature of the incense stick will fall, and the pyrethroid insecticidal component may not be sufficiently volatilized.

In preparing the bee incense according to the present invention, a known production method can be employed. For example, premix powder (a mixture of insecticidal ingredients, efficacy enhancers, paraffinic solvents and fragrances in part of the incense substrate) and the remaining incense substrate and binder are mixed with water. And then kneading, followed by molding with an extruder and a punching machine, followed by drying to produce a mosquito coil. Moreover, after molding using only a binder and an incense stick substrate, it may be produced by spraying, applying or impregnating a liquid agent containing an insecticidal component or the like.
