Abstract

本実施の形態では、気化した蒸着材料がるつぼ内で変質することを抑制することができるるつぼの構成について、図1乃至図3を用いて説明する。
本実施の形態では、実施の形態1とは異なるるつぼの構成について、図4及び図5を用いて説明する。

前記筒状セルの内壁及び前記蓋の内壁は、前記金属に比べて酸素又は窒素との反応性が低い材料で被覆されていることを特徴とするるつぼ。 - 筒状セルと、蓋と、中蓋と、を有し、
前記筒状セルは、蒸着材料を収納することができ、
前記蓋は、前記蒸着材料を噴出することができる第1の開口部を有し、
前記中蓋は、前記蒸着材料を噴出することができる複数の第2の開口部を有し、
前記筒状セル、前記蓋、及び前記中蓋は、金属を有し、
前記筒状セルの内壁、前記蓋の内壁、前記中蓋は、前記金属に比べて酸素又は窒素との反応性が低い材料で被覆されていることを特徴とするるつぼ。 - 請求項1または2において、
前記金属は、チタンであることを特徴とするるつぼ。 - 請求項1乃至3のいずれか一において、
