Abstract
【解決手段】スパー型浮体構造物2の下部10に、係留手段3に対して回転可能に連結されるパッシブヨー機構を設けることによって、スパー型浮体構造物2の上部に別途パッシブヨー機構を設けることなくダウンウインド型風車1をそのまま搭載するのを可能とし、一方、パッシブヨー機構の回転部を拘束手段により拘束し回転不能とすることによって、従来技術と同様にアクティブヨー機構を介してアップウインド型風車を搭載するのを可能とする。

Claims (3)
- その上部にアップウインド型風車又はダウンウインド型風車を搭載可能であり、その下部が係留手段を介して水底に係留可能とされるスパー型浮体構造物であって、
前記下部に設けられ当該下部を前記係留手段に対して回転可能に連結するパッシブヨー機構と、
前記パッシブヨー機構の回転部の回転を拘束可能とする拘束手段と、を備えたことを特徴とするスパー型浮体構造物。 - スパー型として細長い筒状体を呈し、
前記筒状体内が、前記係留手段を構成するシングルテンションレグを収容可能な空間とされることを特徴とする請求項1記載のスパー型浮体構造物。 - 請求項1又は2記載のスパー型浮体構造物の作動方法であって、
前記アップウインド型風車を搭載する場合、若しくは、前記ダウンウインド型風車を搭載する場合においてもパッシブヨー機構を有する場合には、前記拘束手段により当該スパー型浮体構造物下部の前記パッシブヨー機構の前記回転部の回転を拘束し、
前記ダウンウインド型風車を搭載する場合には、前記拘束手段による拘束を行わないことを特徴とするスパー型浮体構造物の作動方法。
