Description

The present invention can be used as an exterior material as it is without requiring finishing after placing concrete, prevents rainwater from intruding from the connecting portion between adjacent panels in the vertical direction, and seeps out It is related with the connection structure of the formwork panel which can also prevent.

Conventionally, when constructing concrete structures, dual-purpose formwork using exterior materials and base materials (heat insulation materials) as the formwork has been proposed, and most of them use heat insulation material as a formwork, and after the concrete is cured, Finishing treatment (applying decorative material, laying exterior material) is performed.

Patent Document 1 discloses a method of placing concrete using a combined heat insulating material panel A having a structure in which a composite reinforcing material 7 is integrated with a heat insulating material 6.
However, in Patent Document 1, foam ties (registered trademark) 3 and separators 5, which are metal fittings for mold fastening, penetrate through the heat insulating material 6 and the reinforcing material 7 and protrude to the surface (outside) of the reinforcing material 7. Therefore, there has been a problem that noro (cement water) leaks from the through hole. Moreover, since this noro is a strong alkali and soils the outer surface of the reinforcing material 7, it is necessary to wipe off the noro after curing or to cover the outer surface of the reinforcing material 7 with a finishing material (interior board 11). In addition, since the dual-purpose formwork is held down by the reinforcing material 7, it is necessary to perform the work from the outside of the dual-purpose heat insulating panel A, and a space for assembling a scaffold is required, and there is not enough space between the adjacent house and the like. ) Was difficult to build. In addition, the decorative finish after curing has a problem that the work becomes difficult in the case of a narrow area.

Patent Document 2 discloses a heat insulating wall outside a building in which a cement-based hard material 4 in which a tile 3 as a finishing material is integrated with a heat insulating material 2 is joined.
However, in this patent document 2, since the bolt of a anchor member 5, a nut, the edge part of a separator, etc. appear on the surface of the finishing material 3 as shown in figure, it was not preferable in design. In order to solve this problem, the same processing as in Patent Document 1 is necessary.

Therefore, the applicants of the present application have proposed, as Patent Documents 3 to 5, a panel for combined formwork that can prevent the outflow of noro from the connecting portion.
These formwork combined panels have a configuration in which an exterior finishing material is arranged along a heat insulating material that is long in the vertical direction, and one of the connecting portions at both ends is provided with a polymerized piece, and the other is provided with a polymerized piece. In a state where the adjacent polymer pieces are polymerized to the polymerized pieces, the rod-shaped member can be connected by being screwed into the screw portion of the fixing portion provided inside the face plate portion from the back surface side of the heat insulating material. Therefore, it is possible to easily connect adjacent panels for formwork, and to prevent leakage of leaking from the connection part (fixing part) between the panels, without having to wipe off the exterior finishing material as it is. It can be used as a material.
Also, a space portion is provided on the back side of the face plate portion, a fixing material having a screw portion is attached in the space portion to form a fixing portion, and the rod enters the fixing portion through the rod-shaped member from the concrete placement space. Even in this space portion, leakage to the surface of the face plate portion is prevented.

As described above, the formwork panels described in Patent Documents 1 and 2 require troublesome processing and finishing work after placing concrete, and can be used as they are as exterior materials or interior materials. It was something that could not be done.
In addition, it is assumed that it is necessary to wipe off the chips from the connecting part and the section of the cross-section material, and to wipe off the chips after curing as described above or to cover the outer surface of the surface material with a finishing material. Met.

In the panel for both formwork described in Patent Documents 3 to 5, it is possible to flow down the inside of the space without letting the spilling through the connecting part in the left and right direction, the separator, etc. flow into the exterior material surface. There is no mention of connections in direction.
When connecting panels adjacent in the vertical direction, generally, a draining method (connecting member) is often used so that rainwater flowing on the surface of the exterior material does not flow into the lower surface of the exterior material. This drainer is formed in a substantially horizontal Z shape, rain water flowing down the exterior material surface by positioning one end in the panel (inside the heat insulating material) and the other end on the lower exterior material surface, It is prevented that it flows into the back of the lower packaging material at the connection part.
However, in the panel for combined use as in the above-mentioned Patent Documents 3 to 5, even if such draining is adopted, noro in the storage space flows out to the exterior material surface by draining, and the exterior material below the draining Noro adhered to the surface, and it was necessary to perform wiping work.

Therefore, the present invention can be used as an exterior material as it is without the need for finishing after placing concrete, prevents rainwater from entering from the connecting portion between adjacent panels in the vertical direction, and immerses noro. The purpose is to propose a formwork panel connection structure that can prevent protrusion.

The present invention has been proposed in view of the above, and is in a connection structure in which a formwork panel composed of a back material and an exterior material is integrated adjacently in the vertical direction via a connection member, and the exterior material is On the back side, the end of the fastening member that constitutes the spacing member as the mold can be stored, and there is a storage space that is continuous in the longitudinal direction, and an insertion portion is formed in the storage space from the upper and lower ends of this exterior material The connecting member is disposed in the insertion portion, and the upright portion extending upward is positioned on the back surface of the outer packaging material of the upper panel, and the covering portion extends from the facing portion of the panels to the surface side and downward. It is related with the connection structure of the formwork panel characterized by extending.

The present invention also proposes a connection structure for a formwork panel, characterized in that, in the connection structure described above, the covering portion of the connection member is positioned at the insertion portion of the lower panel.

The present invention also proposes a connection structure for a form panel, in which the housing space for the exterior material is disposed in the recess of the back surface material in the connection structure.

The present invention also proposes a connection structure for a formwork panel, characterized in that in the connection structure described above, the housing space for the exterior material is formed in a protruding shape on the back side of the exterior material.

The formwork panel connection structure of the present invention is an integrated formwork panel that is vertically adjacent via a connection member, and rainwater flowing down the exterior surface is lowered by the presence of the connection member. It does not enter the back side of the panel exterior. Further, noro (cement water) reaching the back side of the exterior material and the storage space does not ooze out to the surface of the exterior material due to the presence of the connecting member, and can be reliably guided to the storage space of the lower panel.
Therefore, in the connection structure of the form panel of this invention, it can use as an exterior material as it is, without requiring the finishing after concrete placement. That is, since no stick adheres to the surface of the exterior material, post-treatment such as wiping off the stick is not required.

Further, when the covering portion of the connection member is positioned at the insertion portion of the lower panel, the slot flowing down in the storage space can be reliably guided into the lower storage space.

In addition, when the storage space for the exterior material is disposed in the concave portion of the back surface material, the hook-shaped portion forming the storage space is protected in the concave portion without causing deformation or the like, and the slot flows in the lateral direction or the like. And can flow downward.

Moreover, when the storage space of the exterior material is formed in a protruding shape on the back surface side of the exterior material, the surface side of the exterior material is apparently substantially flat, so that the design is excellent.

The connection structure for the formwork panel of the present invention is a connection structure in which a formwork panel composed of a back surface material and an exterior material is integrated adjacently in the vertical direction via a connection member, and the exterior material is on the back surface side. The end portion of the fastening member constituting the gap holding member as the mold frame can be stored, and has a storage space continuous in the longitudinal direction, and the insertion portion is inserted into the storage space from the upper end and the lower end on the back side of the exterior material. A connecting member is formed in the insertion portion, and an upright portion extending upward is located on the exterior surface of the upper panel (hereinafter referred to as the upper panel), and from the facing portion between the panels to the surface side And the coating | coated part extended downward is characterized by the above-mentioned.
The fastening member may be a bolt head or a nut, and may be a specification in which the spacing member is inserted into the panel or a specification in which the spacing member is erected from the panel.

The formwork panel used in the present invention has substantially the same configuration as the panel for combined formwork described in Patent Documents 3 to 5 except for an insertion portion and a connecting member described later. That is, as for the exterior material, the end of the fastening member as the mold frame can be stored on the back side and is continuous in the longitudinal direction, similarly to the exterior material in the panel for combined form described in Patent Documents 3 to 5. It is the structure which has storage space. For example, a configuration in which two types of exterior materials (two in total), each of which is two sheets, are attached (bonded) to the surface and integrated with each other on a single back surface material is shown in the illustrated embodiment (first embodiment) described later. Example).
Further, the integration of the formwork panels may be engagement or polymerization. That is, it is desirable that the exterior materials can be connected by engagement, fitting, or polymerization, and the back materials can be connected by polymerization.
In addition, the said storage space may be formed in the substantially square shape which a side or a back surface side opens, and may be formed in a substantially square shape (enclosed shape), and these are made into a bowl shape as a whole.
This housing space is preferably arranged in the recess of the back material. The concave portion may be a concave shape in a laid state or may be formed in a concave shape in advance. Since the concave portion and the storage space of the back surface material are continuous in the vertical direction, noro flows down without flowing in the lateral direction or the like.

And as a structure of the formwork panel of this invention different from the panel for both formwork in the said patent documents 3-5, it is a structure which forms an insertion part in storage space from the upper end and lower end of the back surface side of an exterior material.
The insertion portion may be formed upward or downward from the end surface, or may be formed at the boundary between the back material and the exterior material. That is, as shown in FIG. 2, which will be described later, the bottom portion of the bowl-shaped portion forming the storage space is formed with a constant width from the upper end, is formed with a tapered concave portion, or the exterior material rear surface as shown in FIG. It may be formed in the shape of a slit in the wall portion constituting the storage space. In the case of forming into a slit shape, the insertion may be facilitated by forming the slit in an oblique shape. In particular, it is useful to be provided below the upper panel.

As described above, the connecting member used in the present invention has an upright portion positioned at the insertion portion of the upper panel and a covering portion extending downward from the facing portion of the panels to the surface side. This connecting member serves to prevent rainwater flowing down the exterior surface from entering the back side of the exterior material of the lower panel (hereinafter referred to as the lower panel), and further to the back side of the exterior material and the storage space. This is a member for preventing the stick from oozing out on the surface of the exterior material.

The said covering part consists of the surface side hanging part located in the surface side of the exterior material of a lower panel, and the back surface side hanging part along the back surface side of an exterior material. More precisely, as shown in the illustrated embodiment described later, this covering portion includes a sandwiched portion that is sandwiched by the facing distance between the upper panel and the lower panel. Therefore, this connection member can be arrange | positioned so that the upper end of a lower panel may be straddled, and it can attach stably.

The surface side drooping part should just be attached to the surface side of the exterior material of a lower panel, and the attachment length is not ask | required. Moreover, the said back side drooping part should just be located in the insertion part of a lower panel, and the insertion length is not ask | required. In short, these covering portions may have a length that can be stably disposed so as to straddle (cover) the upper end of the lower panel as described above.

The connection structure of the form panel according to the present invention is a structure in which the form panel of the above configuration is integrated in the vertical direction through the connection member of the above configuration, and rainwater flowing down the exterior surface is Due to the presence of the connecting member, the lower panel does not enter the back surface of the exterior material. That is, the rainwater flowing down the exterior surface does not enter the back side of the upright connection member.
Further, the noro that has reached the rear surface side or the storage space of the exterior material can be guided to the storage space of the lower panel without oozing out to the surface of the exterior material due to the presence of the connecting member. Therefore, it can be used as it is as an exterior material without requiring finishing after placing concrete.

The connecting member in the present invention is preferably one that is continuous in the longitudinal direction as shown in the illustrated embodiments (the first embodiment described in FIGS. 1 and 2 and the second embodiment described in FIG. 3). However, if at least the standing part and the front side drooping part are continuous, the rainwater flowing down the exterior surface has the effect of preventing the penetration of the exterior material of the lower panel to the back side due to the presence of this connecting member. Fulfilled. Therefore, the connecting member is formed by connecting a plurality of connecting members to a joint member (in order to prevent rainwater intrusion, as shown in the illustrated embodiments (third embodiment shown in FIG. 4 and fourth embodiment shown in FIG. 5) described later. The structure which connected with the piece) may be sufficient.

The present invention relates to a formwork panel 1 that can be used as a formwork in concrete pouring and can be used as an exterior material even after use, and as shown in FIGS. 1 (a) and 1 (b), a back surface material that is a heat insulating material. The formwork panels 1 and 1 made up of 3 and the exterior material 2 are integrated with the connecting member 4 adjacent to each other in the vertical direction. In addition, the strip | belt-shaped material shown with the code | symbol 5 in a figure is a connection material engage | inserted by the insertion groove | channel 32 formed in the end surface of the back surface material 3. FIG. Further, a panel arranged on the upper side is distinguished as an upper panel 1o, and a panel arranged on the lower side is distinguished as a lower panel 1u. For the description of the common configuration, the form panel 1 is used.

The exterior material 2 constituting the mold panel 1 can accommodate the end (head) of a fastening member (nut 7) constituting a spacing member (not shown) as a mold on the back side, The structure described in Patent Documents 3 to 5 as shown in FIG. 1 (c) except that the storage space 24 is continuous in the longitudinal direction, except for the structure of the insertion portion 25 and the connection member 4 described later. It has substantially the same configuration as the exterior material 20 used for the frame combined panel 10. In addition, the code | symbol 30 in this panel for panel 10 is a heat insulating material, and is equivalent to the back surface material 3 in this invention.

That is, a total of four pieces of exterior materials 2I and 2II are respectively attached (bonded) to the surface of the integrated back material 3 to be integrated, and a recess 31 is formed at the approximate center of the front surface side of the back material 3. The storage space 24 for the exterior material 2 is disposed in the recess 31. In addition, the exterior materials 2I and 2II are provided with protrusions 211 protruding to the surface side in a substantially T-shape at the end and substantially the center of the face plate portion 21 serving as a finished surface, and a connecting portion is provided at the opposing edge. It is an aluminum extrusion mold material, and the edges 22a to 22d are connected to each other, but only reference is made to FIGS. 1 (b), (c) and FIGS. A total of four exterior materials 2I and 2II are shown as one exterior material 2.

In the mold / panel 10 shown in FIG. 1C, reference numeral 301 denotes a through hole through which a not-shown interval holding member is inserted, and reaches the storage space 24. This configuration is not described in the formwork panels 1o and 1u in FIG. 1B, but is a common configuration.
In addition, the storage space 24 is a substantially U-shaped (bowl-shaped) space surrounded by a portion extending from the face plate portion 21 and a substantially L-shaped piece formed so as to protrude to the back surface side. The end (head) of the fastening member (nut 7) is housed.

In the formwork panel 1 according to the present invention, the insertion portions 25, 25 are formed in the storage space 24 from the upper end and the lower end of the exterior material 2. The insertion portion 25 in the exterior material 2 of the first embodiment is illustrated in FIG. As shown in FIG. 2 (a), it is a deleted portion formed with a constant width from the lower and upper ends of the bowl-shaped portion forming the storage space 24.
In addition, although the heat insulating material is arranged as the back surface material 3 on the back surface side of the exterior material 2, the front surface side end portion of the back material 3 is notched on the back surface side of the insertion portion 25 in the illustrated embodiment. Since the stepped portion 33 is formed, an insertion groove 34 is formed between the stepped portion 33 and the exterior material 2, and the standing portion 41 of the connecting member 4 and the back side hanging portion 43 are formed in the insertion groove 34. Is arranged.

As shown in FIGS. 1 (a) and 1 (b), the connecting member 4 extends from the upright portion 41 positioned at the insertion portion 25 of the upper panel 1o and the facing portion between the panels 1o and 1u to the surface side and downward. Covering portions 42 to 44 to be used. The covering portions 42 to 44 include a front side hanging portion 44 located on the surface side of the exterior material 2 of the lower panel 1 u, a back side hanging portion 43 along the back surface side of the exterior material 2, and the upper panel 1 o and the lower side. It is a member that is composed of a sandwiched portion 42 that is sandwiched at a distance facing the panel 1u and that is formed in a substantially h shape. The width dimension of the sandwiched portion 42 and the dimension of the facing interval between the front side hanging part 44 and the back side hanging part 43 are set according to the thickness of the exterior material 2 and are set at the upper end of the exterior material 2 of the lower panel 1u. It is desirable to form in the dimension which works elasticity in the attached state.

The connecting member 4 functions to prevent rainwater flowing down the exterior surface from entering the back surface side of the exterior material 2 of the lower panel 1u, and further, the noro that reaches the back surface side of the exterior material 2 and the storage space 24. This is a member for preventing the surface of the exterior material 2 from seeping out, and the connecting member 4 of the first embodiment is formed as a continuous member in the length direction as shown in FIGS. 1 (a) and 1 (b). It is.
The above-described operation will be described with reference to FIG. 2B. Rainwater flowing down the surface of the exterior material 2 of the upper panel 1o reaches the sandwiched portion 42 of the connection member 4 and temporarily enters the back side. The presence of the upright portion 41 prevents entry into the back side. Therefore, it is guided by the surface side hanging part 44 and flows down the surface of the exterior material of the lower panel 1u. On the other hand, noro can penetrate into the insertion groove 34 so as to ooze from the back material 3 side to the front surface side, but due to the presence of the upright portion 41 and the back surface side hanging portion 43 of the connecting member 4, Bleed out is prevented. Therefore, since no stick adheres to the surface of the exterior material 2, no post-treatment such as wiping away the paste is required, and the exterior material 2 can be used as it is.

In addition, the code | symbol 6a is the water stop material distribute | arranged to the corner between the standing part 41 and the to-be-clamped part 42. FIG. The water blocking material 6a functions to prevent rainwater from entering from the surface side. As this water-stopping material 6a, it is preferable to use a material having elasticity in order to water-tightly seal between the upper and lower exterior materials 2 and 2.
Reference numeral 6b denotes a waterstop material arranged so as to cover the end surface of the exterior material 2 of the lower panel 1u including the corners of the sandwiched portion 42 and the back surface side hanging portion 43. The water blocking material 6b functions to prevent exudation to the front surface side even if noro runs around the back surface side hanging portion 43 and goes upward. As the water blocking material 6b, it is preferable to use an elastic material in order to water-tightly seal the space between the lower exterior material 2 and the sandwiched portion 42 in the same manner as the water blocking material 6a.
Reference numeral 45 denotes an abutting portion provided at the lower end of the surface side drooping portion 44 and serves to prevent friction (rubbing) between the surface of the exterior material 2 and the surface side drooping portion.

As a different aspect of the insertion portion, an insertion portion 25 ′ is formed in a slit shape on the wall portion that forms the storage space 24 along the back surface of the exterior material 2 as in the second embodiment shown in FIG. Also good. When the insertion portion 25 ′ of this aspect is formed, it is necessary to form the insertion groove 34 by providing the step portion 33 on the back surface material 3 as in the aspect (first embodiment) of FIG. In addition, the standing portion 41 and the back side hanging portion 43 of the connection member 4 can be stably disposed in the insertion portion 25 ′.
In addition, since the insertion groove 34 of the back surface material 3 is electrically connected to a plurality of recesses, it is possible that noro may enter the insertion groove 34, but this second insertion groove 34 is not formed. The embodiment has an advantage that no wraparound (conduction) occurs.

In the third embodiment shown in FIG. 4 and the fourth embodiment shown in FIG. 5, the insertion portion 25 is a lower end of the bowl-shaped portion forming the storage space 24 and a deletion portion formed with a constant width from the upper end. The same as in the first embodiment.
In the third embodiment, an insertion groove 34 having a constant width is formed in the back surface material 3 of the lower panel 1u, and a tapered insertion groove 35 is formed in the back surface material 3 of the upper panel 1o so as to face each other in the vertical direction.
In the fourth embodiment, tapered insertion grooves 35 are formed in the back material 3 of the upper and lower panels 1u and 1o, respectively.

And in these 3rd Example and 4th Example, the thing of the structure which connected the some connection member 4X with the joint member (piece) 4Y was used as a connection member.
The connection member 4X in this connection member is almost the same as the connection member 4 in the first and second embodiments in terms of the cross-sectional configuration, so that the description is omitted by adding x to the reference numeral.
On the other hand, the joint member (piece) 4Y is connected to an upright portion 41y that extends along the upright piece 41x of the connection member 4X from the back surface side, and a clamped portion 42y that extends along the pinched piece 42x of the connection member 4X from below. It consists of a surface side drooping portion 44y extending from the back surface side to the surface side drooping portion 44x of the member 4X.
An attachment engagement portion 411 whose tip is folded back is formed at the upper end of the upright portion 41y, and can be easily attached to the connection member 4X in a hooked manner.
Further, an abutting portion 45y whose tip is folded back is also formed at the lower end of the surface hanging portion 44y, and serves to regulate the position (stop displacement) at the connecting portion.

Even in the connecting member (4X + 4Y) having this configuration, the standing portion 41y, the sandwiched portion 42y, and the surface side hanging portion 44y are continuous in the length direction, so that rainwater flowing down the exterior surface of the exterior material 2 of the lower panel 1u The effect of preventing intrusion to the back side is achieved.

FIG. 6 shows an exterior material 2I having a storage space 24 at an end portion constituting the exterior material 2 in the first embodiment.
FIG. 7 shows an exterior material 2II that does not have the storage space 24.
As described above, the outer edges 22a to 22d of these exterior materials 2I and 2II are connection portions, the connection portions 22a and 22b are formed at the edge of the exterior material 2I, and the connection portions are formed at the edge of the exterior material 2II. 22c and 22d are formed, the connecting portion 22b of the outer packaging material 2I is connected to the connecting portion 22c of the outer packaging material 2II, and the connecting portion 22d of the outer packaging material 2II is connected to the connecting portion 22a of the outer packaging material 2I. The exterior material 2I, the exterior material 2II, the exterior material 2I, and the exterior material 2II are attached (adhered) to the surface of the back material 3 in this order.
