Description
The present invention relates to a ceramic building material, a method for manufacturing a ceramic building material, and an extrusion mold, and more particularly, a ceramic building material in which layers formed of different materials are in contact with each other, a method for manufacturing such a ceramic building material, and an extrusion mold. About.
Conventionally, ceramic building materials formed by extruding materials such as cement and gypsum have been used as various building material applications such as outer walls of buildings. Such ceramic building materials may be formed into various structures for the purpose of improving performance such as strength, fire resistance, and heat insulation. For example, Patent Document 1 proposes a ceramic building material having a two-layer structure of a core layer and a skin layer. Here, a cement board in which a foamed lightweight cement board is formed as a core layer and a coating layer of high specific gravity cement is provided as a skin layer on the surface is illustrated. In such a ceramic board material, the core layer is formed by wrapping the entire surface with a skin layer.
The ceramic building materials as described above are formed by joining a molding material to be a core layer and a molding material to be a skin layer inside an extrusion mold and then extruding from the extrusion mold. FIG. 11 shows a cross-sectional view of the tip portion of the
A gap is provided between the upper surface of the
In the
However, in the ceramic building material B manufactured by the extrusion molding, for example, the core layer C and the skin layer S are formed of different materials, and the interface between the core layer C and the skin layer S is flat. Therefore, the adhesion between the core layer C and the skin layer S may be low. In this case, the skin layer S may be peeled off from the core layer C in the vicinity of the interface, or the quality may be deteriorated.
The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and in a ceramic building material in which layers formed of different materials are in contact with each other, a ceramic building material having improved adhesion of these layers, such a ceramic building material It aims at providing the manufacturing method which can manufacture a building material, and the extrusion mold which can manufacture such a ceramic industry type building material.
An extrusion mold according to the present invention is an extrusion mold for producing a ceramic board material having a skin layer on the surface of a core layer by extrusion molding, in order to distribute the molding material forming the core layer. Moreover, the said extrusion mold WHEREIN: It is preferable that the said non-flattened part has a recessed part.
In the extrusion mold, the non-flattened part is preferably removable.
A method for manufacturing a ceramic building material according to the present invention is a method for manufacturing a ceramic board material in which a skin layer is provided on the surface of a core layer by extrusion using an extrusion mold, and the extrusion mold is A flattening portion is provided, and the interface between the skin layer and the core layer of the ceramic board material is nonflattened by the nonflattening portion.
In the method for manufacturing a ceramic building material, the non-flattened portion preferably has a recess.
Moreover, in the method for manufacturing a ceramic building material, the non-flattened portion is preferably removable.

According to the present invention, in a ceramic building material in which layers formed of different materials contact each other, a ceramic building material having improved adhesion of these layers, a manufacturing method capable of producing such a ceramic building material, and the method An extrusion mold capable of producing such ceramic building materials is provided.
Hereinafter, modes for carrying out the present invention will be described.
Here, upstream and downstream are based on the flow direction of the molding material, and upper and upper or lower and lower are used based on the installation state of the extruder.
FIG. 2 is a schematic diagram illustrating an example of an
The ceramic board material B having the above two-layer structure is formed by extruding a predetermined molding material prepared in advance by the
In the ceramic board B having a two-layer structure, the cement-based molding material can be applied as a molding material for forming the core layer C and the skin layer S. However, the molding material for forming the core layer C (hereinafter sometimes referred to as the core material) and the molding material for forming the skin layer S (hereinafter sometimes referred to as the skin material) include the components and The content of each component can be different from each other.
To manufacture the ceramic board B having a two-layer structure with the
An outline of the
As can be seen from FIGS. 3B and 3C, the
A rectangular opening is formed in each of the front end surface and the rear end surface of the
The vicinity of the rear end portion on the upstream side of the
The
As shown in FIG. 3C, a
The
As shown in FIG. 1, the tip of the
As shown in FIG. 1, the tip portion of the
Further, in place of the
The
Instead of the zigzag shape, the
Further, the above-described
As described above, when the skin material is charged into the
The
Fig.7 (a)-FIG.7 (c) have shown the cross section of the ceramics board | plate material B obtained by making it above. As shown in these drawings, the ceramic board B is obtained as a ceramic board B having a two-layer structure in which the skin layer S is formed so as to cover the outer side of the core layer C. In the ceramic board material B shown in FIG. 7A, the interface between the skin layer S and the core layer C has a rectangular uneven shape in the cross section of the ceramic board material B. As described above, the shape of the interface between the skin layer S and the core layer C can be changed in the cross section of the ceramic board B by changing the shapes of the
