Claims (5)
- 歯車列を介してモータによりバルブを駆動する電動弁駆動装置であって、前記歯車列とセンサを収納する機構部品収納部と、前記センサが接続される制御回路基板を収納する電気電子部品収納部と、前記電気電子部品が接続される外部端子台を収納する端子台収納部とを有する装置本体を備え、前記電気電子部品収納部に前記モータへの電力を制御する電磁開閉器を設けると共に前記電磁開閉器のモータ接続側に絶縁抵抗測定用配線の一端を接続し、前記絶縁抵抗測定用配線の他端を前記端子台収納部に設けた絶縁抵抗測定用端子台に接続して前記端子台収納部側から前記モータの絶縁抵抗を測定可能としたことを特徴とする電動弁駆動装置。
- 前記機構部品収納部と前記端子台収納部との間が密封構造であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の電動弁駆動装置。
- 前記絶縁抵抗測定用端子台は絶縁材料からなる端子台板に導電材料からなる導電金具を一体成型により形成したことを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の電動弁駆動装置。
- 前記導電金具の外周に小径または大径の段差を設けたことを特徴とする請求項3記載の電動弁駆動装置。
- 前記導電金具は両端がビス締め形式であって、前記端子台板の表裏両側に突出させて配設したことを特徴とする請求項3または4記載の電動弁駆動装置。
