Claims (8)
- 直径5〜50nmである球状の結晶性シリコンナノ粒子が非晶質の二酸化シリコンからなる膜で覆われた先端を有し、該先端から伸びた1本の繊維状体に支持されたマッシュルーム状の物質が複数本放射線状に伸びた構造を有することを特徴とするシリコン系ナノ材料複合体。
- シリコンと二酸化シリコンの混合物を、不活性ガス雰囲気下でのアークプラズマ中に供給することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシリコン系ナノ材料複合体の製造方法。
- 前記混合物の粉末を、不活性ガスでなるキャリアガスにより筒状電極内に供給し、該筒状電極と、該筒状電極に対向配置された対向電極の間でアーク放電を行って、前記アークプラズマを発生させることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のシリコン系ナノ材料複合体の製造方法。
- 前記混合物中のシリコンの配合比が、30〜80wt%であることを特徴とする請求項2又は3に記載のシリコン系ナノ材料複合体の製造方法。
- 前記混合物の粉末が、不活性ガスでなるキャリアガスにより筒内に供給される筒状電極と、
該筒状電極のキャリアガス出口側に対向配置された対向電極と、
前記筒状電極と対向電極を保持する反応容器と、
前記筒状電極と対向電極の間でアーク放電を行ってアークプラズマを発生させる電源と、
該アークプラズマ中に生成して前記反応容器内で再凝固したシリコン系ナノ材料複合体を捕集するフィルターと、
を備えたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシリコン系ナノ材料複合体の製造装置。 - 請求項1に記載のシリコン系ナノ材料複合体を含むことを特徴とするリチウムイオン二次電池用負極活物質。
- 請求項6に記載のリチウムイオン二次電池用負極活物質を含むことを特徴とする電極。
- 請求項7に記載の電極を備えたことを特徴とする蓄電デバイス。
