However, according to the technique disclosed in Patent Document 1, if the tightening portion is tightened to the wire harness, the surface of the wire harness may be damaged.

In order to suppress this, the structure which winds an adhesive tape around a wire harness, and fastens a fastening part to the outer periphery can be considered.

However, in that case, after winding the adhesive tape around the wire harness, it is necessary to further tighten the tightening, and the assembly work of the path maintaining wire harness becomes troublesome.

Then, an object of this invention is to enable it to manufacture a wire harness with a path | route maintenance member easily, suppressing the damage to a wire harness.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, the wire harness with a path maintaining member according to the first aspect includes the wire harness and the annular protrusions and the annular recesses formed alternately along the extending direction, and the extending direction thereof. A corrugated tube formed with a slit along the slit, an interposition part that can be disposed in the slit, and a pair of inner peripheries that protrude from the inner peripheral side part of the corrugated tube to both sides in the width direction of the interposition part And maintaining the path attached to the corrugated tube in a state in which the interposition portion is disposed in the slit and the pair of inner peripheral side protruding portions are disposed on the inner peripheral side of the corrugated tube. A member, and an adhesive tape wound around the path maintaining member and the wire harness.

A 2nd aspect is a wire harness with a path | route maintenance member which concerns on a 1st aspect, Comprising: As for the said path | route maintenance member, the said interposition part is partially toward the said pair of inner peripheral side protrusion part in the extension direction. The adhesive tape is wound around the pair of inner peripheral protruding portions and the wire harness in the tape mounting portion.

A 3rd aspect is a wire harness with a path | route maintenance member which concerns on a 2nd aspect, Comprising: The said path | route maintenance member is a part of the outer peripheral side of the said corrugated tube among the said interposition parts, and excludes the said tape mounting part It includes a pair of outer peripheral protrusions that protrude from the portion to both sides in the width direction.

A 4th aspect is a wire harness with a path | route maintenance member which concerns on a 3rd aspect, Comprising: The adhesive tape is wound by the part according to the said tape mounting part among the outer periphery of the said corrugated tube.

A 5th aspect is a wire harness with a path | route maintenance member which concerns on any one aspect of the 2nd-4th, Comprising: The said tape mounting part is provided in the both ends of the said path | route maintenance member.

A 6th aspect is a wire harness with a path | route maintenance member which concerns on any one of the 2nd-5th aspect, Comprising: The said tape mounting part is provided in the extension direction intermediate part of the said path | route maintenance member. Is.

A 7th aspect is a manufacturing method of the wire harness with a path | route maintenance member which concerns on any one 1st-6th aspect, Comprising: The process of arrange | positioning the said wire harness along the said path | route maintenance member, Winding the adhesive tape around the path maintaining member and the wire harness; passing the wire harness through the corrugated tube while passing the interposition part into the slit of the corrugated tube; Attaching to a corrugated tube.

According to the 1st-7th aspect, since they can be maintained in a bound state with the adhesive tape wound around the said path | route maintenance member and the said wire harness, the damage to a wire harness can be suppressed. Moreover, it is not necessary to wind an adhesive tape around a wire harness in order to suppress damage to the wire harness. For this reason, it aims at enabling it to manufacture a wire harness with a path | route maintenance member easily, suppressing the damage to a wire harness.

According to the second aspect, since the adhesive tape is wound around the pair of inner peripheral protrusions and the wire harness in the tape mounting portion in which the intervening portion is recessed in the route maintaining member, the route maintaining member is corrugated. When attached to the tube, the adhesive tape is unlikely to get in the way.

According to the third aspect, the path maintaining member is securely corrugated by accommodating the side edge portions on both sides of the slit of the corrugated tube between the pair of inner peripheral side protruding portions and the pair of outer peripheral side protruding portions. Can be attached to a tube.

According to the 4th aspect, a slit can be covered with an adhesive tape also in the part in which a pair of outside protrusion part is not provided.

According to the 5th aspect, the both ends of a path | route maintenance member can be fixed to a wire harness, and the floating from a wire harness can be suppressed in the both ends of a path | route maintenance member.

According to the 6th aspect, since a path | route maintenance member is fixed to a wire harness also in the extension direction intermediate part, a path | route can be more reliably maintained by a path | route maintenance member.

Hereinafter, the wire harness with a path maintenance member concerning an embodiment is explained. 1 is a schematic side view showing a wire harness 10 with a path maintaining member according to the embodiment, FIG. 2 is a schematic cross-sectional view taken along line II-II in FIG. 1, and FIG. 3 is a schematic cross-sectional view taken along line III-III in FIG. FIG. FIG. 4 is a schematic perspective view showing the path maintaining member 40, and FIG. 5 is a schematic side view showing the path maintaining member 40.

The wire harness 10 with a path maintaining member includes a wire harness 20, a corrugated tube 30, a path maintaining member 40, and an adhesive tape T. This wire harness 10 with a path | route maintenance member is comprised so that the path | route regulation of the said wire harness 20 may be performed, protecting the wire harness 20 in the state integrated in the vehicle.

The wire harness 20 is configured by binding a plurality of electric wires. The wire harness 20 may have a configuration in which a plurality of electric wires are bundled while being branched according to a wiring form to a vehicle to be arranged, or may not be branched. Another optical cable or the like may be bound to the wire harness 20.

The corrugated tube 30 and the path maintaining member 40 are attached to at least a part of the wire harness 20. In the present embodiment, the wire harness 20 is protected by the corrugated tube 30, and the path of the wire harness 20 is regulated by the path maintaining member 40. As to which part of the wire harness 20 the corrugated tube 30 and the route maintaining member 40 are attached, in which part of the wiring route of the wire harness 20 should interference between the wire harness 20 and its peripheral components be suppressed? It is determined appropriately in view of the above situation.

The corrugated tube 30 is a tube-shaped member in which the annular convex portions 31 and the annular concave portions 32 are alternately formed along the extending direction thereof, and is formed of a resin or the like.

The annular convex portion 31 is a portion that is annularly convex when viewed from the outer peripheral side of the corrugated tube 30. Therefore, when viewed from the inner peripheral side of the corrugated tube 30, this portion has an annular concave shape. . Further, the annular recess 32 is a portion that becomes an annular recess when viewed from the outer peripheral side of the corrugated tube 30. Therefore, when viewed from the inner peripheral side of the corrugated tube 30, this portion has an annular convex shape. Yes.

Since the corrugated tube 30 is easily elastically deformed at the annular step portion between the annular convex portion 31 and the annular concave portion 32, the corrugated tube 30 itself has a property of being easily bent.

A long space that can accommodate the wire harness 20 is formed in the corrugated tube 30. Further, a slit 34 is formed in a part around the outer periphery of the corrugated tube 30 along the extending direction thereof. And even if it is a case where the connector etc. which cannot penetrate the inside of the corrugated tube 30 are connected to the edge part of the wire harness 20, the said wire harness 20 is opened by splitting the corrugated tube 30 with the slit 34. The corrugated tube 30 can be accommodated through the slit 34. Further, in a state where the wire harness 20 is housed in the corrugated tube 30, the slit 34 can be closed by bringing the edge portions on both sides of the slit 34 in the corrugated tube 30 closer to each other.

The path maintaining member 40 is a long member that is molded so as to be able to maintain an integral shape along the extending direction thereof, and is formed of a resin such as PP (polypropylene).

In other words, the path maintaining member 40 is formed in a linear shape, a curved shape, or a shape in which a straight line and a curved line are combined. It is preferable that the route maintaining member 40 has a shape that is at least partially bent. Here, the path | route maintenance member 40 is formed in the shape containing the linear part of both ends, and the curvilinear part which makes an S-shape gently in the intermediate part of the extension direction. The path maintaining member 40 may be formed in a three-dimensionally bent shape.

This path | route maintenance member 40 is mounted | worn with the slit 34 part of the corrugated tube 30, and maintains the wire harness 20 in the said corrugated tube 30 and the corrugated tube 30 in a fixed path | route shape.

That is, the path maintaining member 40 includes an interposition part 42, a pair of inner peripheral side protruding parts 44, and a pair of outer peripheral side protruding parts 46.

The interposition part 42 is formed in a long shape that can be disposed in the slit 34, more specifically, in the shape of an elongated plate corresponding to the path regulation shape.

The pair of inner peripheral protrusions 44 are formed so as to protrude from the inner peripheral part of the corrugated tube 30 in the interposition part 42 to both sides in the width direction. Further, the pair of outer peripheral side protruding portions 46 are formed so as to protrude from the outer peripheral side portion of the corrugated tube 30 in the interposition portion 42 to both sides in the width direction. In addition, the outer peripheral surfaces of the pair of outer peripheral protrusions 46 are formed in a shape that curves outwardly along the circumferential direction of the corrugated tube 30. Here, the projecting dimension of the outer peripheral projecting part 46 is larger than the projecting dimension of the inner peripheral projecting part 44, but this is not essential.

On both sides of the path maintaining member 40, a housing groove 41 is formed that is surrounded by the inner peripheral protrusion 44, the interposition part 42, and the outer peripheral protrusion 46, and opens outward. The width dimension of the housing groove 41 is set to a size that allows the edge of the corrugated tube 30 sandwiching the slit 34 to be housed without rattling. That is, is the width dimension of the inner peripheral side protruding portion 44 and the outer peripheral side protruding portion 46 the same as the difference between the outer peripheral radius of the annular convex portion 31 portion of the corrugated tube 30 and the inner peripheral radius of the annular concave portion 32? It is set to be large (slightly large).

The interposition portion 42 is disposed in the slit 34, the pair of inner peripheral protrusions 44 are disposed on the inner peripheral side of the corrugated tube 30, and the pair of outer peripheral protrusions 46 are disposed on the corrugated tube 30. The path maintaining member 40 is attached to the corrugated tube 30 in a state of being disposed on the outer peripheral side. In this state, the pair of edge portions on both sides of the slit 34 in the corrugated tube 30 are fitted in the pair of receiving grooves 41.

Further, tape mounting portions 50 and 52 are formed in a part of the extending direction of the path maintaining member 40. Here, a tape mounting portion 50 is formed at the intermediate portion in the extending direction of the path maintaining member 40, and a tape mounting section 52 is formed at both ends of the path maintaining member 40.

In the tape mounting portion 50, the interposition portion 42 is formed by being partially recessed toward the pair of inner peripheral side protruding portions 44 at the intermediate portion in the extending direction. In the tape mounting portion 50, a pair of inner peripheral side protruding portions 44 are formed so as to form a single plate with a portion therebetween. That is, the outward surface of the tape mounting portion 50 is finished to a continuous and uniform surface. In addition, the pair of outer peripheral protrusions 46 are omitted from the path maintaining member 40 where the tape mounting portion 50 is formed.

And when the adhesive tape T is wound around the tape mounting part 50 and the wire harness 20 in a state where the wire harness 20 is placed along the inner peripheral surface side of the pair of inner peripheral side protrusions 44, the adhesive tape T becomes the wire harness. The wound state is maintained in a state in which it is adhered to the outer peripheral surface 20 and the outward surface of the tape mounting portion 50. In this state, the adhesive tape T is wound through a position near the pair of inner peripheral protrusions 44 in the concave portion formed in the interposition part 42. Therefore, the edge portions on both sides of the slit 34 in the corrugated tube 30 are opposed to each other with a distance of about the width dimension of the interposition portion 42 without being disturbed by the adhesive tape T.

Here, the tape mounting portion 50 is formed in a flat plate shape, but may be formed in a shape that is curved in accordance with the inner peripheral shape of the corrugated tube 30.

Further, the tape mounting portion 52 is formed by the interposition portion 42 being partially dented toward the pair of inner peripheral side protruding portions 44 at the end portion in the extending direction. In the tape mounting portion 52, a pair of inner peripheral side protruding portions 44 are formed so as to form a single plate with a portion therebetween. That is, the outward surface of the tape mounting portion 52 is finished to a continuous and uniform surface.

Moreover, the part in which this tape mounting part 52 was formed among a pair of inner peripheral side protrusion parts 44 protrudes outward rather than another part. Further, the tape mounting portion 52 is formed in a shape that curves in accordance with the inner peripheral shape of the corrugated tube 30. Therefore, the outward surface of the tape mounting portion 52 is finished into a continuous uniform curved surface. The tape mounting part 52 may be formed in a flat plate shape. Further, a tape stop convex portion 53 extending along the width direction protrudes from the outer surface of the tip end portion of the tape mounting portion 52. It should be noted that the pair of outer peripheral projections 46 are omitted from the path maintaining member 40 where the tape mounting portion 52 is formed.

And when the adhesive tape T is wound around the tape mounting part 52 and the wire harness 20 in a state where the wire harness 20 is placed along the inner peripheral surface side of the pair of inner peripheral side protrusions 44, the adhesive tape T becomes the wire harness. The wound state is maintained in a state where it is adhered to the outer peripheral surface 20 and the outward surface of the tape mounting portion 52.

Further, when the adhesive tape T is wound around the tape mounting portion 52, the wound adhesive tape T is wound by passing the adhesive tape T through the position inside the tape fixing convex portion 53. A position shift to the outside of the mounting portion 52 is suppressed.

In addition, it is not essential that the interposition part 42 is partially depressed until the outward surface of the tape mounting parts 50 and 52 comes to form a uniform surface. The interposition part may protrude partially in the center part in the width direction of the tape mounting part.

The adhesive tape T is wound around the path maintaining member 40 and the wire harness 20 to hold the wire harness 20 along the path maintaining member 40. More specifically, the adhesive tape T is wound around the tape mounting portions 50 and 50 and the wire harness 20 in the path maintaining member 40. Thereby, the wire harness 20 is maintained in a state along the predetermined path along the path maintaining member 40.

Then, the wire harness 20 is inserted into the corrugated tube 30 and the path maintaining member 40 is attached to the slit 34 of the corrugated tube 30. Moreover, the adhesive tape T is wound around the outer periphery of the corrugated tube 30 as needed. Here, the adhesive tape T is wound around the end portion of the corrugated tube 30 and the portion of the wire harness 20 extending from the end portion. Thereby, the corrugated tube 30 is supported at a fixed position in the extending direction with respect to the wire harness 20 and the opening of the corrugated tube 30 is suppressed.

Here, the adhesive tape T is wound around the outer periphery of the corrugated tube 30 according to the tape mounting portion 50. However, it is not essential that the adhesive tape T is wound around this portion.

The manufacturing method of the said wire harness 10 with a path | route maintenance member is demonstrated.

First, as shown in FIG. 6, the wire harness 20 is disposed along the path maintaining member 40. Under the present circumstances, the wire harness 20 is arrange | positioned along the surface on the opposite side of the interposition part 42 with respect to a pair of outer peripheral side protrusion part 46. FIG. In this state, the wire harness 20 may be kept in a bundled state by winding an adhesive tape around the wire harness 20.

Then, as shown in FIG. 7, the adhesive tape T is wound around the intermediate tape mounting portion 50 and the tape mounting portions 52 on both ends of the path maintaining member 40 and the wire harness 20. At this time, in the tape mounting portion 52, the adhesive tape T may be wound around a portion of the tape mounting portion 52 inside the tape fixing convex portion 53. As a result, the adhesive tape T is less likely to be displaced outward from the tape mounting portion 52, and the path maintaining member 40 can be more accurately positioned with respect to the wire harness 20.

Thereafter, as shown in FIG. 8, a portion of the wire harness 20 where the path maintaining member 40 is not attached is accommodated in the corrugated tube 30 through the slit 34. Then, the corrugated tube 30 is moved toward the path maintaining member 40 along the extending direction of the wire harness 20. When the corrugated tube 30 reaches the path maintaining member 40, the corrugated tube 30 is opened by the slit 34, and one end portion of the interposition part 42 of the path maintaining member 40 is disposed in the slit 34. And the edge part of the both sides of the slit 34 of the corrugated tube 30 is accommodated in the accommodation groove 41 on both sides of the path | route maintenance member 40, is moved along the said accommodation groove 41, and the corrugated tube 30 is taken out of the wire harness 20 The path maintenance member 40 is moved so as to cover the part to which the path maintenance member 40 is attached. At this time, since the corrugated tube 30 can be easily bent and deformed, the corrugated tube 30 can be covered with the wire harness 20 while being easily deformed according to the bending state of the path maintaining member 40 and the wire harness 20.

Further, in the tape mounting portions 50 and 52, the adhesive tape T adheres to the surface of the tape mounting portions 50 and 52 and is positioned on the pair of inner peripheral side protruding portions 44 from the interposition portion 42. For this reason, when moving the edge part of the both sides of the slit 34 of the corrugated tube 30 along the accommodation groove | channel 41, the adhesive tape T cannot become an obstruction easily.

And the adhesive tape T is wound by the appropriate position of the outer periphery of the corrugated tube 30, the position which connects the both ends and the wire harness 20, and the position where the intermediate | middle tape mounting part 50 was provided here.

According to the wire harness 10 with a path maintenance member configured as described above and the manufacturing method thereof, the adhesive tape T wound around the path maintenance member 40 and the wire harness 20 can maintain them in a bundled state. Therefore, the damage to the wire harness 20 can be suppressed 8 as compared with the case where a binding band or the like is used. As a result, it is not necessary to wind an adhesive tape around the wire harness 20 in order to suppress damage to the wire harness 20. For this reason, the wire harness 10 with a path | route maintenance member can be manufactured easily, suppressing the damage to the wire harness 20. FIG.

Moreover, since the adhesive tape T itself is comparatively thin, the adhesive tape T is difficult to press the space in the corrugated tube 30. For this reason, even if the occupation ratio of the wire harness 20 with respect to the internal space of the corrugated tube 30 is high, the wire harness 20 can be easily passed through the corrugated tube 30.

Of course, as described above, an adhesive tape may be wound around the wire harness 20 for the purpose of keeping the wire harness 20 in a bundled state.

Further, after the route maintaining member 40 is mounted on the wire harness 20, it can be passed through the corrugated tube 30. At this time, since the corrugated tube 30 is easily bent, the operation of passing the wire harness 20 through the corrugated tube 30 and passing the path maintaining member 40 through the slit 34 while bending the corrugated tube 30 along the path by the path maintaining member 40. It can be done easily. Also from this point, manufacture of the wire harness 10 with a path | route maintenance member becomes easy. Moreover, since the corrugated tube 30 can be easily moved with respect to the path | route maintenance member 40, it also becomes possible to aim at the precision improvement of both attachment positions.

Moreover, in the tape mounting parts 50 and 52 in which the interposition part 42 is dented among the path | route maintenance members 40, since it winds around a pair of inner peripheral side protrusion part 44 and the wire harness 20, the path | route maintenance member 40 is made into the corrugated tube 30. When passing through the slit 34, the adhesive tape T is unlikely to get in the way. For this reason, the path | route maintenance member 40 can be easily mounted | worn with the corrugated tube 30, and manufacture of the wire harness 10 with a path | route maintenance member also becomes easy also from this point.

In addition, the path maintaining member 40 includes a pair of outer peripheral protruding portions 46 that protrude from the portion of the interposition portion 42 on the outer peripheral side of the corrugated tube 30 and excluding the tape mounting portions 50 and 52 to both sides in the width direction. The path maintaining member 40 is firmly secured by accommodating the side edge portions on both sides of the slit 34 of the corrugated tube 30 in the accommodating groove 41 between the pair of inner peripheral side protruding portions 44 and the pair of outer peripheral side protruding portions 46. And can be attached to the corrugated tube 30. Further, since the pair of outer peripheral protrusions 46 are omitted in the tape mounting portions 50 and 52, the adhesive tape T wound around the tape mounting portions 50 and 52 is disposed without crossing the accommodation groove 41. The For this reason, when passing the edge part of the both sides of the slit 34 of the corrugated tube 30 through the accommodation groove 41, the adhesive tape T is not easily obstructed, and the path maintaining member 40 can be easily attached to the corrugated tube 30.

Moreover, since the adhesive tape T is wound around the outer periphery of the corrugated tube 30 according to the tape mounting portion 50, the slit 34 is covered with the adhesive tape T even in a portion where the pair of outer protrusions are not provided. be able to. Thereby, it can suppress effectively that the corrugated tube 30 opens with the slit 34, and some penetration | invasion, such as refuse.

Further, since the tape mounting portions 52 are provided at both ends of the path maintaining member 40, both ends of the path maintaining member 40 can be fixed to the wire harness 20. Thereby, it can suppress that the both ends of the path | route maintenance member 40 float from the wire harness 20, and path | route control of the wire harness 20 can be performed more reliably.

Note that both ends of the path maintaining member 40 may be accommodated in the corrugated tube 30 or may be extended outside the corrugated tube 30.

Moreover, since the tape mounting part 52 is also provided in the extending direction intermediate part of the path maintaining member 40, the path of the wire harness can be more reliably maintained even in the extending direction intermediate part. This is particularly effective when the wire harness 20 is held in a complicated bent shape or a three-dimensional bent shape.

Note that the pair of outer peripheral protrusions 46 may be omitted. Even when the pair of outer peripheral projections is omitted, the path maintaining member is pressed against the slit side by the wire harness from the inner peripheral side of the corrugated tube, and a binding member such as an adhesive tape is wound around the outer peripheral side of the corrugated tube If the corrugated tube is maintained in a closed state, the path maintaining member is maintained in a state of being attached to the corrugated tube.

In this case, it is not essential that the tape mounting portion is formed by the intervening portion being recessed. Even if the interposition part is not recessed, if the adhesive tape is wound so that the adhesive tape is in close contact with the surface of the interposition part and the pair of inner peripheral side protruding parts, the edges on both sides of the slit in the corrugated tube This is because the slits can be closed by being placed close to each other so as to sandwich the interposition part.

In addition, like the path maintaining member 40B shown in FIG. 9, the lid portion 42B may be provided on one of the portions of the pair of outer peripheral protruding portions 46 that sandwich the tape mounting portion 50 via the hinge portion 41B. Good. And after winding adhesive tape T around this tape mounting part 50, you may block | close with the cover part 42B so that the outward opening of the tape mounting part 50 may be closed. The closed state of the lid portion 42B can be realized by winding an adhesive tape around the outer periphery or providing a separate lock structure.

As described above, the present invention has been described in detail. However, the above description is illustrative in all aspects, and the present invention is not limited thereto. It is understood that countless variations that are not illustrated can be envisaged without departing from the scope of the present invention.
