Description

The present invention relates to a pouring container including a container main body for storing liquid contents and a pouring device for ejecting the contents to the outside, and in particular, the container is used while being tilted when the remaining amount is low. Also when it does, it is related with the extraction container which can make the contents eject well.

Conventionally, a container body that contains liquid contents such as shampoo, rinse or liquid soap in the filling space, and the contents via a pipe provided in the filling space by checking the operating lever or pushing down the pressing head There is known a pouring container having a pouring device for sucking up and discharging the contents to the outside through a passage formed inside thereof.

In addition, if such a dispensing container is tilted and used in a state where the remaining amount of content is low, the lower end of the pipe will not reach the place where the content has accumulated, which may hinder the ejection of the content. The invention of a dispenser with a weight, in which the pipe is formed of a relatively soft material and a weight is provided at the lower end of the pipe, and the pipe is moved to a place where contents are accumulated by gravity acting on the weight. Known (for example, Patent Document 1).

Japanese Utility Model Publication No.59-135158

By the way, in such a weighted dispenser, if the length of the pipe is increased until the lower end of the pipe contacts the bottom of the container body in order to use up the contents until the end, the pipe is It may get stuck on the bottom of the body and not move as expected. On the other hand, if the length of the pipe is set so that the lower end does not touch the bottom, the pipe can move like a pendulum without being caught by the bottom, but as the inclination of the container increases, Since the gap with the bottom becomes large, when the container is tilted, the pipe cannot reach the place where the contents are accumulated and the contents cannot be ejected. For this reason, there has been a strong demand for an easy-to-use dispensing container that can eject the contents regardless of the inclination of the container even if the remaining amount of the contents decreases.

The object of the present invention is to solve such a problem, and the purpose of the present invention is to eject the contents satisfactorily regardless of the inclination of the container even when used in a state where the remaining amount is low. We are in the process of proposing an easy-to-use dispensing container that can be used.

The pipe includes a holding member that holds a weight at a lower end portion of the pipe, and is formed of a soft material that enables a pendulum movement of the weight with the lower cylindrical body as a fulcrum.
The pouring container is formed by a spherical bottom wall that extends along a path of the weight with a gap between the bottom and the weight.

The dispensing container has a concave portion or a convex portion that engages with an annular or intermittent convex portion or concave portion formed in the body portion, and a support portion that comes into contact with the bottom wall is provided to make the container main body self-supporting. It is preferable that a leg member is provided.

A holding member for holding a weight is provided at the lower end of the pipe, and the pipe is formed of a soft material that allows the pendulum movement of the weight with the lower cylindrical body of the inner plug as a fulcrum. Is formed with a spherical bottom wall extending along the weight trajectory, so that the distance between the bottom of the container body and the weight is constant regardless of the angle at which the container is tilted. For this reason, even when used in a state where the remaining amount is low, the contents can be ejected well regardless of the inclination of the container.

When providing a leg member that has an annular or intermittent convex part or a concave part that engages with a concave part or a concave part that is formed in the body part, and a support part that abuts against the bottom wall to make the container body self-supporting, It can be used by being placed on a horizontal plane in the same manner as a conventional container.

The pipe 30 is formed of a soft material that has flexibility and is easily bent. In addition, a holding member 32 that holds a spherical weight 31 is provided at the lower end of the pipe 30. As shown in FIG. 3, the holding member 32 has a cylindrical connection portion 32 a inserted into the pipe 30 with a concave-convex shape on the outer peripheral surface, and surrounds the weight 31 with a gap and a connection portion. A spherical portion 32b connected to 32a, and a protrusion 32c that is provided intermittently with a gap in the circumferential direction on the inner surface of the spherical portion 32b and that holds the weight 31 in place. As a result, the contents pass through between the weight 31 and the spherical surface portion 32 b through the gap between the adjacent protrusions 32 c and are introduced into the pipe 30 through the connection portion 32. It should be noted that a concave-convex retaining member may be provided on the inner peripheral surface of the connecting portion 32a, and the holding member 32 may be retained by inserting the pipe 30 inside the connecting portion 32a.

As shown in FIG. 2, the inner plug 40 includes a top wall 41 that covers the opening of the mouth portion 11. The top wall 41 has an inner annular wall 41a that rises upward from its edge, an outward flange 41b that extends radially outward from the upper end of the inner annular wall 41a, and a suspension from the outer edge of the outward flange 41b. An outer annular wall 41c. A projecting portion 41d that projects radially inward and engages with the claw portion 11d is provided on the inner peripheral surface of the outer annular wall 41c, and the inner plug 40 is retained in the mouth portion 11 to be prevented from coming off. A through hole 42 is provided in the central portion of the top wall 41. Further, a lower cylindrical body 43 is provided on the lower surface of the top wall 41 so as to hang around the through hole 42, and an upper cylindrical body 44 is provided on the upper surface of the top wall 41 so as to surround the through hole 42. The lower cylindrical body 43 is inserted into the upper end portion of the pipe 30 to hold the pipe 30, and the outer circumferential surface thereof is provided with a concavo-convex shape stopper. The upper cylinder 44 is fitted inside the passage 21 to connect the pipe 30 and the dispenser 20. Note that the pipe 30 may be inserted inside the lower cylindrical body 43 so as to be fitted and held.

As shown in FIG. 1B, the leg member 50 has an outer wall 52 that fits the stepped portion 12 a of the container body 10 integrally connected to the edge of the flat bottom 51. The leg member 50 includes a plate-like support portion 53 that comes into contact with the spherical bottom wall 13a. Furthermore, a concave portion 54 that engages with the convex portion 12 b provided on the stepped portion 12 a is provided on the inner peripheral surface of the outer wall 52. Accordingly, the container body 10 is supported by the leg member 50 so as to be able to stand on its own while holding the leg member 50 in place.

In the pouring container configured as described above, a force is applied to the weight 31 provided at the lower end portion of the pipe 30 downward in the vertical direction due to gravity. Therefore, when the container body 10 is tilted, the pipe 30 and the weight are inclined. 31 moves like a pendulum relative to the container body 10 with the lower cylindrical body 43 as a fulcrum, and moves to a position where the pipe 30 faces the vertical direction. Here, as shown in FIG. 1B, the bottom wall 13a described above opens a gap s with respect to the weight 31 held by the pipe 30, and extends along the trajectory t of the weight 31 that moves pendulum. The bottom wall 13a has a spherical shape with the lower cylindrical body 43 as the center. Therefore, the gap s between the bottom wall 13a and the weight 31 is constant regardless of the angle at which the container body 10 is tilted. In a container body with a flat bottom as in the past, the length from the fulcrum of the pipe to the bottom of the container body becomes longer as it goes to the outer edge of the bottom, so the container is tilted with the remaining amount of content reduced Then, the lower end of the pipe is accumulated in the corner of the bottom of the container body, and the contents cannot be ejected without reaching the contents. On the other hand, in the dispensing container according to the present invention, the gap s between the weight 31 and the bottom wall 13a is always constant regardless of the inclination of the container body 10, so that the content from the lower end of the pipe 30 regardless of the attitude of the container body 10. Since the distance to the object is also constant, the contents can be ejected stably.

In the present embodiment, the convex portion 12b is provided on the container body 10 and the concave portion 54 is provided on the leg member 50. However, the convex portion and the concave portion may be interchanged. Moreover, although the convex part 12b and the recessed part 54 are cyclic | annular in this embodiment, it is also possible to form these as the intermittent form partially provided in the circumferential direction.

Further, the form of the dispenser is not limited to the trigger type dispenser described in the present embodiment, and other parts such as a dispenser that drives the pump by pushing down the pressing head to eject the contents. Various kinds of dispensers are applicable.

Advantageous Effects of Invention According to the present invention, it is possible to provide an easy-to-use dispensing container that can eject the contents well regardless of the inclination of the container even when used in a state where the remaining amount is low.
