As a conventional beer keg washing device, the beer pouring valve mounted on the base of the beer keg among the pre-washing, main washing, hot water washing, and rinsing washing performed in a state where the beer keg is inverted. By jetting detergent solution into the barrel through the down tube, jet cleaning that cleans the barrel inner surface and the down tube outer surface with the detergent solution flowing along the barrel inner surface and the down tube outer surface, and filling the barrel with the detergent solution When the air is fed into the detergent liquid from the gas supply path of the beer dispensing valve, the down tube outer surface and the barrel inner surface are caused by the foaming of the detergent liquid due to the air that has been fed rises as bubbles in the detergent liquid. It describes that it is performed both by bubbling cleaning to be cleaned (see Patent Document 1).
However, in the above-mentioned

A container cleaning device and a container according to a first embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
The “container” to be cleaned by the container cleaning device means a container or barrel used when filling a liquid such as beer, wine or soft drink. However, the liquid filled in the container or barrel is not limited to the liquid for beverages, and includes liquids for industrial use such as agriculture and industry and medical liquids.
As shown in FIGS. 1 to 4, the
The
A flow path (not shown) for guiding the detergent liquid T to the
As shown in FIGS. 3 and 5, the
As shown in FIG. 6, the cleaning
Here, a first embodiment of the cleaning
Specifically, the
The
As one aspect of the fluidity detection sensor, a fluid sensor or a flow rate sensor can be used. As shown in FIG. 8, in the second embodiment, a
The
The flow sensor is a sensor that detects the amount of flow of water, pure water, air, gas, chemicals, steam, and the like. For example, an impeller type that applies the measurement fluid to the impeller and converts the number of revolutions to a flow rate value, a float type that detects the flow rate based on the degree of lift in a pipe installed in the vertical direction, and Faraday's law There are various detection principles such as electromagnetic.
As an example of a fluid sensor or a flow rate sensor, a sensor capable of detecting a flow rate by measuring strain generated in a metal plate by a flow pressure with a strain gauge can be applied.
A configuration including all of the
By providing and detecting a plurality of sensors among the
The cleaning
The
The
The
Note that the
The
When the water
Note that the water
The
A predetermined wall for causing the detergent liquid T to collide is provided at a predetermined portion of the
The
The
Note that the temperature control function of the
Instead of the temperature control function of the
As shown in FIGS. 7 to 10, the
The
Note that a predetermined threshold is defined in the cleaning processing determination program, and the
In the
The
Here, as shown in FIGS. 9 and 10, a configuration in which a
The
Instead of printing by the
The
The
The
The
The
The
The
The
The
The
The
The
The
Next, the arrangement (layout) of each component of the

The
The
The
The
The
The
Thus, space part SP1-SP3 comprises the L-shaped line LL by planar view.
In other words, the
By adopting the above layout for each component of the
In addition, after the
In particular, since the
Next, the flow of the detergent liquid in the
As shown in FIGS. 1 to 4, the
Here, while the detergent solution T stored in the
The remaining detergent liquid T reaches the
The used detergent solution T that has washed the
As described above, after the
Further, the
Here, the detergent solution T stored in the
Further, the temperature of the detergent liquid T in the
In particular, the detergent liquid T in the
Next, the cleaning process determination of the detergent liquid of the
As shown in FIGS. 5 to 10, the
In the configuration in which the presence or absence of the cleaning process is determined by the
In the configuration in which the
The detection results of the
Instead of the detection results of the
As described above, whether or not the detergent liquid T is flowing through the flow path of the
The fact that the detergent liquid T was flowing in the flow path of the
As described above, the conventional technology relates to the cleaning process of the
In particular, by using the
