FIG. 10 is a cross-sectional view showing a state in which an insertion member is attached to the base 2 and the column 10 of FIG.
The insertion member used for the road marking body 1 of the present embodiment includes the screw B, and the male screw portion of the screw B is inserted from the front into the column through hole 11 formed in the marking portion 12 on the front side of the column body 10. I am letting.
The screw B allows the male screw portion to be inserted into the column through hole 11 on the front side of the column body 10, and is inserted into each base through hole 31 formed in each straight plate portion 32 of the base 2, and further to the rear side of the column body 10. It is inserted so that the male thread portion protrudes to the rear side of the column body 10.
And the base 2 is attached so that it may not remove | deviate from the column 10 by screwing the nut N to the said external thread part which protrudes back of the column 10.
Further, the base 2 can be removed from the column body 10 by releasing the screw B and the nut N and extracting the screw B from the column body 10.

The road marking body 1 according to the present embodiment has each column through hole 11 through which the screw B is inserted formed only in each convex portion 15a and each base through hole 31 formed only in each concave portion 35a. It is not limited to. For example, each column through-hole 11 through which the screw B is inserted may be formed in each convex portion 15b and each base through-hole 31 may be formed in each concave portion 35b, and each column through-hole 11 through which the screw B is inserted is formed. Each base 15 may be formed in each concave portion 35c while being formed in each convex portion 15c. The column through-hole 11 through which the screw B is inserted may be formed in at least one of the convex portions 15a, 15b, and 15c, or may be formed in all of them.

FIG. 11 is a view showing an embodiment of a state in which the road marking body 1 of FIG. 1 is installed.
In FIG. 11, the road marking body 1 has the base 2 inserted into the embedding hole H drilled in the installation surface G to the upper end thereof, and the embedding hole H is filled with the filler J and solidified to form the installation surface G. Standing up.
The filler J filled in the embedded hole H is located above the stepped portion 29b formed from the upper surface of the lower projecting portion 24 projecting sideways from the lower end of the core portion 23, or from the lower end of the inserting portion 3 to the side. Since the upper step portion 29a that projects from the upper surface of the upper protrusion portion 22 is filled on the step portion 29a, the upper step portion 29a and the lower step portion 29b that form the retaining portion 29 are engaged with the filler J. Thus, the road marking body 1 is prevented from being removed from the buried hole H.

Further, since the filling material J filled in the buried hole H enters and is filled between the upper rotation stoppers 25 protruding sideways from the core part 23, the upper rotation stoppers 25 and The filler J is brought into an engaged state, and the road marking body 1 is prevented from rotating.
In addition, each rotation stop portion 25 of the present embodiment is formed with a lower portion 25b that is smaller in the lateral projection than the upper portion 25a, so that when the filling material J is filled, In the lower portion 25b where a gap between the inner surface and the inner surface is formed, the filler J can easily go around the base 2, and the entire periphery of the base 2 can be easily filled.
In addition, although the rotation prevention part 25 above the road marking body 1 of this embodiment is formed in the flat plate shape which protrudes from the core part 23, it is not restricted to this. For example, it may be formed in a shape other than a flat plate such as a rod shape and protrude from the core portion 23 to be engaged with the filler J, or may be formed in a concave shape recessed inward from the side surface of the core portion 23. The filler J entering the inside may be engaged.

As the filler J, mortar, cement, adhesive, etc. that have fluidity at the time of filling and solidify after filling can be suitably used. In the installation method of the road marking body 1 of the present embodiment, mortar is used. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and the soil that has been dug when the burial hole H is drilled may be used as the filler J, and the road marking body 1 may be erected by refilling the soil into the burial hole H. .

Further, in FIG. 11, the filling material J filled in the embedding hole H is filled so as to reach above the screws B and nuts N that are insertion members to which the base 2 and the column body 10 are attached. There is no problem that the screw B is extracted from the standing road marking body 1 by mischief.

The road marking body 1 according to the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and various modifications can be made without departing from the gist of the present invention.

For example, in the road marking body 1 of the present embodiment, the column engaging portion provided on the column body 10 is formed on the protruding portion 15 of the ridge shape, and the base engaging portion provided on the insertion portion 3 of the base 2 is provided. The concave portion 35 is formed in a concave groove shape that can be engaged with the convex portion 15. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and the column engaging portion is formed in a concave groove shape, and the base engaging portion is formed in this column. You may form in the shape of a protrusion which can be engaged with an engaging part.
However, the column engaging portion provided in the column body 10 is formed in a ridge shape as in the embodiment shown in FIGS. It is preferable because the thickness of the formed portion is increased and the strength of the column 10 is improved.

Further, in the road marking body 1 according to the present embodiment, the column engaging portion provided in the column body 10 is formed over the entire length of the column body 10, but the present invention is not limited to this. The base 2 may be formed only at a portion where the insertion portion 3 is inserted. However, the column engaging portion provided in the column body 10 is formed so as to extend further upward than the portion into which the insertion portion 3 is inserted, and the column engaging portion is convex as in the embodiment shown in FIGS. By forming the ridge shape like 15, when the vehicle comes into contact with the column body 10 and elastically deforms and bends, the column body is partially formed by the column engagement portion that is partially thickened. The restoring force of 10 is increased, and it is easy to restore to the original state. For this reason, it is preferable that the column engaging portion is formed in the shape of a ridge and is formed so as to extend above the upper end of the insertion portion 3 of the base 2, and more preferably formed over the entire length of the column body 10.

Further, in the road marking body 1 according to the present embodiment, the column engaging portion provided in the column body 10 is formed in a ridge shape having a triangular cross-sectional shape, and the base engaging portion has a cross-sectional shape corresponding thereto. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and the cross-sectional shape of the column engaging portion is formed into another polygon such as a quadrangle, a semicircle, or another shape, and the base engaging portion is formed. You may form in the shape which can be engaged with this pillar engaging part.

Further, the road marking body 1 of the present embodiment includes insertion members made of screws B in each column through hole 11 provided in the column body 10 and each base through hole 31 provided in the insertion portion 3 of the base 2. The nut B is inserted and threaded into the column 10 so as to be skewered in the lateral direction, and the nut N is screwed. However, the present invention is not limited to this.
For example, instead of the screw B, another member such as a pin or a rivet may be used as the insertion member inserted through the column through hole 11 and the base through hole 31.
Further, a nut in which an insertion member such as a screw inserted from the outside of the column body 10 is arranged inside the insertion portion 3 of the base 2 without inserting the insertion member into the column body 10 so as to be skewered in the lateral direction. A configuration in which the distal end portion of an insertion member such as a pin inserted from the outside of the column body 10 is locked to the inside of the insertion portion 3 of the base 2 may be used.

Further, the road marking body 1 of the present embodiment is provided so that the base 2 at the lower end is embedded in the installation surface, but is not limited thereto, and the base 2 is formed in a pedestal shape. It may be provided so that the male screw of the anchor bolt protrudes downward from the lower surface and is screwed into an anchor nut embedded and fixed on the installation surface, and an adhesive is applied to the lower surface of the base 2 formed in a pedestal shape. It may be provided so as to be adhered and fixed to the installation surface.
