Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a polyurethane elastomer and an elastic fiber obtained using the polyurethane elastomer.
More specifically, the polyurethane elastomer of the present invention is a film obtained by reacting a polyester polyol having an aromatic skeleton, a diol having an aliphatic skeleton having 2 to 6 carbon atoms, and a diisocyanate, and made from the polyurethane elastomer. , The measurement values obtained under two different measurement conditions are both within a specific range. By exhibiting an unprecedented elastic recovery behavior that is small, it is possible to obtain an elastic fiber capable of expressing an excellent feeling of support.
Conventionally, elastic fibers obtained from polyurethane elastomers, for example, innerwear, sportswear, legwear, stockings, take advantage of comfortable wear (fitness), support, softness, elastic recovery, stretchability, etc. , Socks, swimsuits, supporters, medical supplies (bandages, gauze, wrapping material bases, bandages, surgical tapes, etc.), industrial materials, clothing, or paper diapers, etc. It has been used in a wide range of applications such as artificial baits, artificial flowers, electrical insulation, wiping cloth, copy cleaners, gaskets, etc.
Especially in applications such as clothing, medical supplies, and fastening materials, it is important to have elastic fiber products once stretched when worn, and then shrink due to recovery force to fit the body (or affected area) appropriately. Become. Appropriate wearing feeling (fit feeling) and support feeling (soft wearing feeling or strong pressure feeling, etc.) at the time of wearing are determined by product design (for example, resin composition, additive type, elastic fiber weaving method) Etc.).
Recently, not only such a feeling of wearing and support but also a delicate control of the time from wearing on the body (or affected area) until the appearance of a stable and comfortable wearing is required in product design. It has become. That is, immediately after the elastic fiber product is stretched and worn, it gives a soft wearing feeling with a large strain, but after that, it gradually contracts to reduce the strain and become smaller, and the body (or affected part) feels a proper tightening feeling. There is a demand in the market for an elastic fiber product that fits while being fitted.
Various proposals have been made to meet such strong market demands.
For example, it is a polyurethane elastomer comprising a high-molecular polyol, an organic polyisocyanate, and a low-molecular polyol, having a branched structure, and 0.1 to 50% of all urethane bonds are aromatic. A polyurethane elastomer that is a urethane bond composed of an aromatic hydroxyl group and an aromatic isocyanate group is known (for example, see Patent Document 1).
According to
However, since the polyurethane elastomer described in
。 Also known is a polyurethane elastic fiber material comprising a polyurethane elastomer and a plasticizer having a weight average molecular weight of 100,000 or more and 1,000,000 or less comprising a high molecular weight diol and an aromatic diisocyanate as main constituents (for example, , See Patent Document 2).
According to
However, the polyurethane elastic fiber material described in
As described above, the conventional polyurethane elastomer and the elastic fiber obtained by spinning the polyurethane elastomer still have many problems to be solved.
The purpose of the present invention is to provide an excellent feeling of support by exhibiting an unprecedented elastic recovery behavior that the recovery after stretching is moderately slow and recovers slowly and elastically immediately after wearing, but the final strain is small. Another object of the present invention is to provide a polyurethane elastomer and an elastic fiber using the same.
As a result of diligent investigations to solve the above problems, the present inventors have conducted two different measurements using a film prepared from a polyurethane elastomer obtained by reacting a specific polyester polyol, a chain extender, and a diisocyanate. Because all measured values obtained under the specified conditions are within a specific range, the elastic recovery behavior is unprecedented in that immediately after wearing, the return after stretching is moderately slow and elastically recovers slowly, but the final strain is small. As a result, it was found that a polyurethane elastomer and an elastic fiber capable of expressing an excellent support feeling can be obtained, and the present invention has been completed.

[Evaluation method and criteria of viscoelasticity of film]
Using a film prepared using a DMF solution of polyurethane elastomer, the tan δ peak temperature (also referred to as “loss coefficient peak temperature”) (° C.) is determined by dynamic viscoelasticity analysis according to JIS K 0129 according to the following procedure. Measurements were made to evaluate the viscoelasticity of the film.
The storage elastic modulus (E ′) and loss elastic modulus (E ″) of the film were measured using a viscoelastic spectrometer (model: DMS6100, manufactured by SII Nano Technology Co., Ltd.) in a temperature range of −100 to 200 ° C. The measurement was performed in the tensile mode under the conditions of a heating rate of 5 ° C./min and a frequency of 1 Hz.
When E ′ / E ″ is tan δ, the temperature at which tan δ reaches the maximum value is defined as “tan δ peak temperature (° C.)”, and viscoelasticity is evaluated according to the following criteria.
Criteria for judging viscoelasticity of film ○: When tan δ peak temperature is 0 to 40 ° C.
X: When tan-delta peak temperature is less than 0 degreeC or exceeds 40 degreeC.
