Abstract
【解決手段】衛生用品を粉砕した粉砕物30〜50重量%と添加物5〜15重量%及び熱可塑性樹脂30〜50重量%、イルライト1~5重量%を含んで構成される自動車内装材の基材層の両面に不織布などのような表面層を付着して製造される衛生用品を用いて製造する。また、本内装材及びこれを用いた製造方法は、製作コストが安く、4大重金属である環境有害物質が発生しないので親環境的であり、常温及び低温で衝撃性に優れて、SAPにより水分吸収率に優れて、水分吸収後、自然乾燥が速いという効果が提供される。

Description
2.破砕された破片を粉碎機に投入してファイバー(Fiber)形態に粉砕し、打孔網を通過した粉砕物はスクリューコンベヤに押送されながらイルライト、ワックス、DOPとPE及びPP樹脂と共に攪拌混合されながら圧縮機に移送される。この際、粉砕物30〜50重量%、添加物5〜15重量%、PE及びPP樹脂30〜50重量%、イルライト1~5重量%の組成比で混合される。
3.圧縮機に移送された組成物を一定サイズに圧縮し、溶融機に移動後、溶融させて混合する。
4.溶融された混合物を押出機に入れてT−DIEで押出して1次成形し、1次成形された成形品をカレンダーの間を通過させて加圧して自動車内装材の基材層を成形する。
5.成形された基材層の両面に不織布を熱融着させて付着させ、形態とサイズによって裁断する。

5.成形された基材層の両面に不織布を熱融着させて付着させ、形態とサイズによって裁断する。
上記の<表1>に示すように、実施形態1、2で製造された本発明の自動車内装材は厚さが薄く、比重が少なく、引張強度、伸率、屈曲強度、VICAT、寸法変化率、衝撃性、吸収率、曇価が優れることを確認することができる。また、難燃樹脂を添加しなくても燃焼性が低く、環境有害物質である4大重金属(鉛、水銀、カドミウム、六価クロム)が発生しないことが分かる。
Claims (5)
- 基材層と基材層の両面に付着される表面層からなる自動車内装材であって、
基材層は、
衛生用品粉砕物30〜50重量%と、
添加物5〜15重量%と、
熱可塑性樹脂30〜50重量%と、
イルライト1~5重量%とを含んで構成され、
前記衛生用品粉砕物は、
衛生用品粉砕物100重量部に対し、
パルプ20〜35重量部と、
SAP(Super Absorbent Polymer)20〜35重量部と、
PP及びPE30〜50重量部とを含んで構成され、
前記イルライトは1000メッシュの平均粒子サイズを有し、
前記添加物は、ワックス、可塑剤、食用油のうち、いずれか1つ以上のものから構成されることを特徴とする、衛生用品を用いた自動車内装材。 - 熱可塑性樹脂は、ポリ塩化ビニル(PVC:poly vinyl chloride)樹脂、ポリスチレン(PS:polystyrene)樹脂、ポリエチレン(PE:polyethylene)樹脂、ポリプロピレン(PP:polypropylene)樹脂、アクリル(acrylic)樹脂、ポリアミド(polyamide)樹脂のうち、いずれか1つ以上ののみから構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の衛生用品を用いた自動車内装材。
- ワックスは、PE(polyehylene)ワックス、PP(polypropylen)ワックス、アミド(amids)ワックス、Derurexワックスのうち、いずれか1つ以上のものから構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の衛生用品を用いた自動車内装材。
- 可塑剤は、DOP(dioctyl phthalate)、DINP(diisononyl phthalate)、DOA(dioctyl adipate)、TOTM(trioctyl trimellitate)、TCP(tricresyl phosphate)のうち、いずれか1つ以上のものから構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の衛生用品を用いた自動車内装材。
- プラスチック及び高吸水性高分子樹脂(SAP:Super Absorbent Polymer)を含むパルプ材質を有する衛生用品を不良衛生用品と廃衛生用品とに選別する選別ステップ(S10)と、
選別ステップ(S10)で選別された廃衛生用品を破砕ステップ(S30)の以前に吸収抑制処理し、洗浄する中和ステップ(S20)と、
衛生用品を一定サイズに破砕する破砕ステップ(S30)と、
破砕された衛生用品を粉碎機でファイバー(Fiber)形態に粉砕する粉砕ステップ(S40)と、
粉砕された衛生用品とイルライト粉末、添加物及び熱可塑性樹脂が共にスクリューコンベヤに押送されながら攪拌混合される攪拌・移送ステップ(S50)と、
前記攪拌・移送ステップ(S50)の以後、圧縮機で圧縮される圧縮ステップ(S60)と、
前記圧縮ステップ(S60)で圧縮された圧縮物を溶融機で溶融させて混合する溶融ステップ(S70)と、
前記溶融ステップ(S70)で溶融された混合物を押出機に入れてT−DIEで押出する1次成形ステップ(S80)と、
1次成形された成形物をカレンダー(calender)の間を通過させて加圧して自動車内装材の基材層を成形する2次成形ステップ(S90)と、
成形された基材層の両面に表面層を熱融着させ、裁断する裁断ステップ(S100)と、
を含んで構成されることを特徴とする、衛生用品を用いた自動車内装材の製造方法。
