- エンジンと、蓄電装置と、前記エンジンの動力及び前記蓄電装置の電力の少なくとも一方を用いて作動する少なくとも1つのアクチュエータと、前記エンジンの動力により発電する発電機とを有するハイブリッド建設機械の動力制御装置であって、
前記エンジンの駆動効率が予め設定された効率範囲内となるエンジン出力の制御範囲の上限値と下限値との間で前記エンジンの出力が推移するように、前記エンジンに要求される必要動力が前記上限値を超える場合に前記蓄電装置の電力を用いて前記エンジンをアシストするとともに、前記必要動力が前記下限値を下回る場合に前記発電機を駆動して前記蓄電装置を充電するように前記蓄電装置の充放電を制御する通常制御を実行する制御器を備え、
前記制御器は、前記必要動力が前記上限値を超え、かつ、前記蓄電装置によるアシストが継続して行なわれている期間中における前記蓄電装置によるアシスト動力の積分量又は継続時間が予め設定された第1閾値を超える場合に、前記蓄電装置によるアシスト動力を前記通常制御におけるアシスト動力よりも小さく0よりも大きなアシスト動力に減らす第1制御を実行し、前記必要動力が前記上限値を超え、かつ、前記積分量又は前記継続時間が前記第1閾値よりも大きい値として予め設定された第2閾値を超える場合に、前記アシスト動力を0に設定する第2制御を実行する、ハイブリッド建設機械の動力制御装置。 - 前記蓄電装置の充電率を検出可能な充電率検出手段をさらに備え、
前記制御器は、前記充電率検出手段により検出された前記蓄電装置の充電率が小さい程、前記第1閾値及び前記第2閾値が小さくなるように前記第1閾値及び前記第2閾値を変更する、請求項1に記載のハイブリッド建設機械の動力制御装置。 - 前記エンジンにより駆動されて、前記少なくとも1つのアクチュエータに含まれる複数の油圧アクチュエータに対して作動油を供給する可変容量式の油圧ポンプをさらに備え、
前記発電機は、前記蓄電装置の電力を用いて電動機として作動することにより前記油圧ポンプの動力を補うように前記エンジンをアシストする機能を有し、
前記制御器は、前記複数の油圧アクチュエータのうち必要馬力が高いものとして予め設定された高馬力アクチュエータが作動する場合に、前記高馬力アクチュエータ以外の油圧アクチュエータのみが作動する場合よりも前記油圧ポンプの流量を大きく設定するとともに前記第1閾値及び前記第2閾値を低く設定する、請求項1又は2に記載のハイブリッド建設機械の動力制御装置。 - 前記制御器は、前記通常制御から前記第1制御へ切り換わるまでの時間よりも前記第1制御から前記第2制御へ切り換わるまでの時間が短くなるように、前記蓄電装置の充放電を制御する、請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載のハイブリッド建設機械の動力制御装置。
- エンジンと、蓄電装置と、前記エンジンの動力及び前記蓄電装置の電力の少なくとも一方を用いて作動する少なくとも1つのアクチュエータと、前記エンジンの動力により発電する発電機と、請求項1〜4の何れか1項に記載の動力制御装置とを備えている、ハイブリッド建設機械。
