Claims (20)
- 部品の複数の冷却孔の修正方法であって、
複数の冷却孔出口を含む部品の陥凹部に、該陥凹部を実質的に埋めるように形成された陥凹形修正材であって複数の修正冷却孔がその内部を通っている陥凹形修正材を配置するステップと、
陥凹形修正材の複数の修正冷却孔を部品の複数の冷却孔出口と整列させるステップと、
陥凹部に配置した陥凹形修正材を部品と接合させるステップであって、陥凹形修正材の複数の修正冷却孔が部品の複数の冷却孔と流体接続するステップと
を含む方法。 - 陥凹形修正材を陥凹部に配置する前に、部品の外側部分を除去して陥凹部を形成するステップをさらに含む、請求項1記載の方法。

- 部品の複数の冷却孔の修正方法であって、
複数の冷却孔出口を含む部品の陥凹部に、該陥凹部を実質的に埋めるように形成された陥凹形修正材を配置するステップと、
陥凹形修正材を通して部品の複数の冷却孔出口と整列する複数の修正冷却孔を形成するステップと、
陥凹部内の陥凹形修正材を部品と接合させるステップであって、陥凹形修正材の複数の修正冷却孔が部品の複数の冷却孔と流体接続するステップと
を含む方法。 - 陥凹形修正材を陥凹部に配置する前に、部品の外側部分を除去して陥凹部を形成するステップをさらに含む、請求項8記載の方法。
- 部品がタービンバケットを含んでおり、複数の冷却孔出口がバケット翼端に位置している、請求項8記載の方法。
- 陥凹形修正材で埋められた陥凹部がタービンバケットの後縁に隣接している、請求項10記載の方法。
- 陥凹形修正材が予備焼結プリフォームを含んでいて、予備焼結プリフォームが、母合金と第2の合金を含む混合物を含んでおり、母合金が混合物の約30重量%〜約90重量%をなし、第2の合金が、母合金よりも融点が低くなるように十分な量の融点降下剤を含んでいる、請求項8記載の方法。
- 予備焼結プリフォームが、母合金粒子と第2の合金粒子を結合剤と混合して粉体混合物を形成し、粉体混合物を圧縮して圧縮プリフォームを形成し、圧縮プリフォームを加熱して結合剤を除去するとともに予備焼結プリフォームを形成することによって形成される、請求項12記載の方法。
- 陥凹形修正材を通して複数の修正冷却孔を形成するステップが、陥凹形修正材を部品に接合させた後で実施される、請求項8記載の方法。
- 複数の冷却孔をその中に備えた原部品ベースであって、複数の冷却孔は陥凹部の位置に複数の冷却孔出口を有している原部品ベースと、
陥凹部に配置されると共に原部品ベースの複数の冷却孔出口と整列した複数の修正冷却孔を備えた陥凹形修正材と、
を備える修正部品であって、
陥凹形修正材は、陥凹形修正材の複数の修正冷却孔が原部品ベースの複数の冷却孔と流体接続されるようにして原部品ベースに対して結合されている、修正部品。 - 原部品ベースはタービンバケットを含み、かつ複数の冷却孔出口はバケット翼端に位置している、請求項15記載の修正部品。
- 陥凹形修正材はタービンバケットの後縁に隣接している、請求項16記載の修正部品。
- 陥凹形修正材が予備焼結プリフォームを含んでいて、予備焼結プリフォームが、母合金と第2の合金を含む混合物を含んでおり、母合金が混合物の約30重量%〜約90重量%をなし、第2の合金が、母合金よりも融点が低くなるように十分な量の融点降下剤を含んでいる、請求項15記載の修正部品。
- 予備焼結プリフォームが、母合金粒子と第2の合金粒子を結合剤と混合して粉体混合物を形成し、粉体混合物を圧縮して圧縮プリフォームを形成し、圧縮プリフォームを加熱して結合剤を除去するとともに予備焼結プリフォームを形成することによって形成される、請求項18記載の修正部品。
- 母合金と部品とは共通の組成を共有している、請求項17記載の修正部品。
