各ベース部材(1)は、トラックなどの搬送手段により搬送可能な可搬式であって、柱状のコンクリートブロック(10)と、このコンクリートブロック(10)と一体成形されてその上部が、該コンクリートブロック(10)の上面より突出する単管(11)と、前記コンクリートブロック(10)の上面に着脱可能に連結される複数のハンガー(12)とより構成され、地盤(G)上に搬送設置された、複数のベース部材(1)の単管(11)に、前記架台(2)を取り付けたことを特徴とする、太陽光発電装置における太陽光発電パネル架設構造。
