Abstract
Description
図1は、実施の形態にかかる無線通信回路の第1の例を示す図である。図2は、図1に示す無線通信回路における信号の流れの一例を示す図である。図1及び図2に示すように、無線通信回路1は、電力増幅部2、包絡線検波部3、オフセット生成部4及び電源電圧変調部5を有する。無線通信回路1は、無線通信に用いられる回路であって、送信側の信号処理を行う回路である。
図3は、実施の形態にかかる無線通信装置の一例を示す図である。図4は、図3に示す無線通信装置における信号の流れの一例を示す図である。図3及び図4に示すように、無線通信装置11は、例えばベースバンド処理部12、送信側RF部13、受信側RF部14、デュプレクサ15及びアンテナ16を有していてもよい。無線通信装置11は、例えば携帯電話機、スマートフォンもしくはタブレットなどの携帯端末、または基地局などの無線通信装置であってもよい。
図5は、実施の形態にかかる無線通信回路の第2の例を示す図である。図6は、図5に示す無線通信回路における信号の流れの一例を示す図である。図5及び図6に示すように、無線通信回路31は、可変利得増幅器32、電力増幅器33、包絡線検波回路34、電源電圧変調回路35、カプラ36、直交復調器37及び歪み判定回路38を有する。

Claims (5)
- 信号を増幅して出力する電力増幅部と、
前記電力増幅部への入力信号の包絡線振幅波形を抽出する包絡線検波部と、
前記電力増幅部の出力信号の歪み量に基づいて、前記電力増幅部に印加される電源電圧に対するオフセット値を生成するオフセット生成部と、
前記包絡線検波部によって抽出される前記包絡線振幅波形と前記オフセット生成部によって生成される前記オフセット値とに基づいて、前記電力増幅部に印加される電源電圧を制御する電源電圧変調部と、
を備えることを特徴とする無線通信回路。 - 前記電力増幅部の出力信号の歪み量は、前記電力増幅部の出力信号の電力と、前記出力信号のチャネルに隣接するチャネルの電力との比で表されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の無線通信回路。
- 前記オフセット値は、前記電力増幅部の出力信号の歪み量と、予め設定される目標歪み量との差分に比例する値で表されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の無線通信回路。
- 前記電力増幅部の出力信号の歪み量と、予め設定される目標歪み量との差分に対する前記オフセット値を格納するテーブルを有することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の無線通信回路。
- 信号を増幅して出力する電力増幅部と、
前記電力増幅部への入力信号の包絡線振幅波形を抽出する包絡線検波部と、
前記電力増幅部の出力信号の歪み量に基づいて、前記電力増幅部に印加される電源電圧に対するオフセット値を生成するオフセット生成部と、
前記包絡線検波部によって抽出される前記包絡線振幅波形と前記オフセット生成部によって生成される前記オフセット値とに基づいて、前記電力増幅部に印加される電源電圧を制御する電源電圧変調部と、
を備える無線通信回路を有することを特徴とする無線通信装置。
